This Sunday from 5:30 to 8:30, we will be having our International Holiday Friendship Picnic Dinner. We hope you can come! It will be at David Wheeler's home which will be decorated for Christmas. This year Bridges International is helping sponsor the event.
Ruston Families will bring lots of delicious food, and students are welcome, but not required to bring food. Those students who want to add to the feast are, however, welcome to bring a dish of food.
Address: 206 S. Chautauqua Road, Ruston, LA 71270
Anyone needing a ride can get a ride at the back of Keeny Hall at 5:00. Anyone willing to help give rides please come to Keeny Hall Circle Drive at 5:00.
See you there!
What’s the best cure for a Monday? Jerry the Bulldog, of course! 🐶 Russellville concurrent students met our campus ambassador right before getting their official ATU IDs and #heckyeahtechyeah shirts! We love our Cyclones!! 💚🌪❤️ (swipe to see how spoiled Jerry is...)
Meet your Student Leader of the Month for October! Alida Gutierrez, a junior Health Information Management student from Dardanelle, is one of many familiar faces you might have seen while visiting our beautiful campus. The Student Leader program serves to thank our student workers for their leadership, initiative, and passion that they possess as Arkansas Tech University students and representatives. Go Alida! #heckyeahtechyeah#arkansastechuniversity#go2atu#studentleader#trailblazer#rockstar
Congratulations to last week’s scholarship winners: Taylor from Pottsville and Alexa from Dover!! We can’t wait to see you on campus next fall! 💚
Seniors from Atkins, Two Rivers, Hector, and Mountainburg - stay tuned!! We’ll see you this week! 🏈💰 #heckyeahtechyeah
Who needs sunshine when County Line seniors are here to brighten things up! 🤩 The weather didn’t stop them from exploring campus and documenting their antics. It may have been the first time to ATU for some, but we hope you’ll ALL be back as part of #ATU23 ! #heckyeahtechyeah
Today, my husband’s musical about the Brooks-Baxter War had a reading at the Old State House Museum—the very building that was at the center of the war. It was a wonderful crowd, and the reading received a standing ovation. But most touching to David and to me was watching our college students be given the opportunity to be treated and paid as professional actors. And they rose to the occasion beautifully. My heart is full. #whywedowhatwedo#heckyeahtechyeah#arkansashistory#blackandwhitephoto
A little rain didn’t keep these Hector High School concurrent students from a campus tour (and shenanigans)! We loved having you here, Wildcats! #heckyeahtechyeah#wondercats#go2atu (swipe ⏩ for campus shenanigans).
Little late but, it was a GREAT weekend on lake dardnelle! Cold &Wet two day tournament but we didn’t do too bad at all. Day One we had 5 fish for 11.60 finished in the tops 25 out of 203 teams. Day two we had a rough day had 2 fish for 5.94 and finished the tournament in 56th out of 203. I never would have thought I would be on a collegiate fishing team but I definitely LOVE it. Thanks to the love of my life none of this would be possible with him.💚 #heckyeahtechyeah
