I have tried to figure out exactly what I am--not keto altho I do enjoy keto meals. Not paleo since I refuse to give up peanut butter & dairy (won't happen!) but I eat what I like and try to eat more low starch veggies than anything else and watch my carbs, stick to healthy fats and avoid refined sugars, white stuff and processed as much as I can...so here's my supper-there's meat in there, but I'd prefer chicken or tuna but we were out. I LOVE cannelini beans & capers, and for me to eat salad as my meal is not a sacrifice since I LOVE veggies of all kinds. I guess my eating style is, LOVE what you eat and make it REAL food, watch the portions and don't DIEt.
