Heart burn is a perfect example of a common digestive symptom that is often misunderstood and as a result suppressed as opposed to truly corrected. Many people who experience heartburn take antacids to neutralize what they think is an overproduction of stomach acid. Ironically however, the vast majority of the time heartburn is a symptom of LOW stomach acid. An antacid will relieve your symptoms and make you feel comfortable, but it is actually making the problem worse and there are long term complications from taking this approach.
Instead, by taking a digestive enzyme with HCl, an individual with heartburn can experience the same relief of symptoms while correcting the underlying problem.

Things are changing! I feel very pregnant now and it’s definitely Not like ten weeks ago.
My app describes this time for momma as heartburn, veins and packing on the pounds while chip just continues to beef up and get cuter and stronger. FAIR TRADE LOL but spot on. ⚠️At 29 weeks, I am Currently accepting that my daily actions are dictated by my body and what it needs versus what my mind and I want.
Putting my shoes on is becoming a new yoga pose.
My appetite is bigger than my stomach and the full life is very uncomfortable so I definitely have had to shrink my meals to that of a more normal person.

Missin my boo thang. Although Cedarwood, Valor and Lavender kick some serious tail...there’s no amount of oils in the world that will help me sleep the way I do when my baby is home. That’s just real talk y’all. However, I’m surely not about to attempt the sleep without him AND w/out the oils. I’m cray but not that cray. Y’all I’m used to this. It’s my life every other week. But something about him being in a different country on opposite sleep cycles of me is insane. Diffuser loaded and hitting the pillow. Just a couple more sleeps. Tomorrow I see at least a full pot of coffee in my system.
For years I have dealt with acid reflux. And it got so bad this last spring I went to the doctors to have some test ran. The opening to my stomach is larger than it should be, so that plus a small hiatal hernia has been causing all this pain and extreme acid reflux. I have changed my diet and do things to help with the discomfort until I can get it fixed. One of the most helpful things I do is use Digize! When I feel the symptoms of acid reflux or heartburn I put some fractionated coconut oil in my hand, add a few drops of Digize and run it all over my abdomen! It works so fast and adds more relief than any medication I have ever taken!

The main chemical component of Peppermint is menthol, a chemical that, when ingested, interacts very well with the ion channels of the body.* Ion channels control the flow of ions through a cell membrane, which controls nerve impulses and muscle contraction.* Among other benefits, this means it can help the smooth muscles of the colon relax to ease movement of the bowels and help with occasional looseness of the bowels.* If you’ve ever been too hot, you know you would do almost anything for relief.
