Drawing from his own research, scientific researcher, healer, and popular lecturer Dr. Masaru Emoto describes the ability of water to absorb, hold, and even retransmit human feelings and emotions.
Using high-speed photography, he found that crystals formed in frozen water reveal changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward it.
Music, visual images, words written on paper, and photographs also have an impact on the crystal structure.
Emoto theorizes that since water has the ability to receive a wide range of frequencies, it can also reflect the universe in this manner. He found that water from clear springs and water exposed to loving words shows brilliant, complex, and colorful snowflake patterns, while polluted water and water exposed to negative thoughts forms incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colors.
Emoto believes that since people are 70 percent water, and the Earth is 70 percent water, we can heal our planet and ourselves by consciously expressing love and goodwill.

There’s a great amount of things I don’t know. I have no idea what is right or healing for you. All I know is my energy and what is healing for me. At times in my journey, there will be people that will learn from my experiences, some will appreciate it, others may find it crazy and won’t understand AND I honor everyone because they are mirrors for me and present things I get to heal.
I am learning how to present this to people but I care so much about everyone that all I truly care about is my own healing. Nourishing Broth 🌌 Transitioning into the colder months can be difficult for many reasons. As someone who has dealt with a lot of digestive issues in the past, the change in diet is particularly hard for me to adjust to. I crave grounding foods but that often means heavier foods. Broth can be an excellent way to stay warm and grounded throughout the winter months without burdening the digestive system. Mushrooms are probably my favourite ingredient to use when making broths. They are packed with nutrients and immunological compounds that make them an essential winter staple (in my world). I used to think healing was all about crystals and unicorns and gratitude lists. And then i discovered healing is also watching sunsets and writing in coffee shops and crying on your yoga mat and laughing with friends until you almost wet yourself. It’s staying when you want to run and feeling when you want to numb and 3am conversations when hearts are open and walls are down. Healing is often quiet gentle moments that look a lot like ordinary life — it is an opportunity to explore what masks we’re still wearing, where we have hardened our hearts to the world, where we are still asleep, still trapped.
I used to think healing was something to add to my to do list, usually right at the bottom — something i’d get around to in the foggy distant future. And then i realised healing is something you have to pre-plan into your life — something you have to make time for, daily if necessary, something you have to participate in.
I used to think healing had to be done alone — that no one could ever understand. And then i realised we’re all healing from something — an illness, a death, a mistake, a broken heart, a lost dream, a missed opportunity...
We’re all healing — and it’s a lot easier if we do it together.
THIS sweet boy is 15 today! He's been loved over the years by so many and I'm glad to say that even though he's older than dirt he's still hanging in there. The poor boy is blind, deaf, can't bend his rear knees, pees wherever the heck he feels like, is consistently demanding, wanders the house until he finds someone to follow and often lets out farts that scare the crap out of him and make him sound like a squeaky toy but we love him to pieces and hope that we have to deal with his new list of ailments for a long long time to come. The Modern Soul Monday’s: Creativity is intertwined in every aspect of our life, our relationships, our “work”, our thoughts, our hobbies, our interactions with random people etc. I know for me personally, I’ve struggled with being “creative” by definition rather than just considering it energy. This is unfortunately where a lot of societal conditioning works to create labels and groups of people based on the need to identify as something other than gifted spiritual beings. As energy beings we need to recognize that creativity should flow through us naturally based on the theme of our lives without the need to label what it presents itself as. For example I know a strong theme of my life is to learn to effectively communicate my creativity through learning and speaking. This for me is what I LOVE to do and happens naturally when I don’t attach an outcome to my “creativity” other than to expand my auric field. As we become more conscious about ourselves we need to work to catch our thoughts and our words and how they directly block ourselves from being creative. Language and communication is a form of creativity as it’s a form of energy exchange that we share with the world. This week I’m focusing on the words that I share with the people around me as my creativity with no other expectation other than to share my energy with the world. We truly never know what spark will be ignited in others by simple sharing our gifts whether thats simply through talking with a friend, journaling about your day, drawing a picture, building new furniture or building a house. Your gifts are needed to create more harmony in this world 🌍 *
Adrenal Fatigue 🥀
Let’s sit down and talk adrenal fatigue over a nice cup of adrenal friendly matcha 🍵
The adrenals are two small glands that sit atop each kidney. They produce cortisol and other stress and sex hormones.
Here’s the thing when they get overworked when we are stressed and stress can be anything from physical, emotional and psychological. Stress leads to the “fight or flight” response, and this leads to the release of stress hormones, to get us through the “fight or flight.” Now because our stresses rarely require us to physically fight or run, we don’t need this release all the time and this constant release of stress hormones eventually leads to exhaustion of the adrenal glands.
Curious what this is like in the body, gets a list of symptoms (but not a complete list)
•fatigue, feeling wiped out and weak. Sleep doesn’t help. In fact you awake not feeling rested. •insomnia •irritability, anxiety, panic, worry, etc
•poor memory and concentration •crave sweets, salt and carbs
•can’t stand the heat
•digestion issues •low blood pressure, feel dizzy from lying to standing
•chronic respiratory problems like allergies and asthma •low libido
•eyes sensitive to light .
Again not a complete list. But this is a serious and debilitating health issue that so many are dealing with and are not aware of it or do not know what to do.

Wednesday/Thursday: Birth energy! This doesn’t have to refer to an actual birth this could be a metaphorical birth such as growing a business or a project that needs your full attention. There may be some ‘labor’ involved but use this time to focus on something new and it will be a fruitful time. I see someone thinking about a business plan or new inspiration coming to an existing business. I’m hearing just do it! .
The Weekend: If you’ve been questioning if you’re On Track with your life this is your sign! You are exactly where you’re meant to be even though I feel like you are like what??? It doesn’t feel like it! This could also indicate a trip or beginning of a new journey. So embrace that energy and get on that train! Now is not the time to falter. Take a deep breath and say to yourself, “My life is on track” and let that energy of readiness move through you. .

Start listening to the warning signs your body is sending you (like skin issues, bloating, migraines, mood changes, allergies and more) and truly committing to doing something about them NOW - before those warning signs turn into a potentially more serious chronic disease that can’t be ignored. ⠀
You need to make the time to get to the root cause of your skin (or any health) issues - INVEST IN YOURSELF! ⠀

The last couple of years Magnus and I have been experimenting with what we need and what we don’t need in our life. And for most of the time It’s been a really fun process. Probably since I haven't been too attached to my stuff😜
Now, with MY GLASSES 👓 on the other hand, my story is a bit different. I mean that is something i actually need right, like I can barely see without them(!) The only problem is that every time I put on my glasses, I feel dependent on something else than myself. I feel small, inadequate and helpless. I feel like an victim in my own reality. That I have nothing I should say. Words cannot express how much I hate my glasses, and how much I’ve hated to wear them every day since I was 8 years old.
Yeah. Since I was 8 years old, I’ve been telling myself that I have a bad vision and that I need glasses to see. And over the years, my eyes have gradually gotten worse. The last 6 years my vision have been -5,25 on the right eye and -4,25 on the left eye.
That is up until last week.
Now what have I been up to lately you may ask. The answer to that is: I've thrown my glasses away, this time for good. One morning two months ago I got so fed up with them that I decided not to wear them ever again. Enough is enough. I decided it was time to stop telling myself that I’m not good enough the way I am anymore.
And last week I had my eyes checked. You want to know the results? My right eye is now down to a -3,75 and my left eye is -2,75. I couldn’t believe it.
Go figure! There were never anything wrong with my eyes, they can heal themselves. Like our body heals itself when we have an open wound. And just like the body our eyes need patience, love and to be given time to heal.

What are you holding onto that you know is creating dis-ease in your life? The first step towards wellness is LETTING whatever IT is GO. We’re not meant to cling to anything in this life, especially not things that hold us back and make us sick. Notice that death alone is trying to teach us to be OK with change and loss and letting go. Notice how children teach us this same lesson in letting go as we lose a person/a version of them with each passing moment as they grow and drastically change before our eyes. If you start the process of letting go of things that are no longer serving you with grace and trust, you’ll find that the Universe begins to fill those spaces with better things, situations, people, and ideas. Stop following fear and start following your love and joy and watch as your life becomes an exciting adventure. In this existence, trials do not cease, but you learn to maneuver through and around them better.
That moment when you realize... you don’t even remember what it was like to feel like sh*t all the time. ✨

Yesterday I was sharing with a friend who is having a tough time with their health about my own journey. I hadn’t reflected on it in a while... and I sincerely had the feeling while sharing it that it had happened to someone else. To a different body completely. And I realize it was... a totally different body, brain and person. 💫
I still have areas where I am growing and improving. (Till the day this body dies and beyond, I hope!) But I no longer carry the story or identification of having “health issues”. Not because I “believed” my way out of it but because I did the work. And I’m still doing the work. And because there is no “pay off” for me in identifying with having health issues. (More on “unconscious payoffs in a future post)... 💪🏼
This transformation has been and continues to be a truly holistic approach. Eating a high fat, gluten-free, sugar-free diet (with organic, grassfed animal sources— absolutely) has been a huge part of this change. But it’s also looking at my beliefs, where my thoughts create stress/anxiety, all of it. That moment of realizing that your brain just works in ways it didn’t before... and it’s officially your “norm” now is an insanely good feeling. 🙌🏽
If you’re going through it right now... don’t give up. The body does take some time to heal but it is extremely resilient, adaptable, and capable of rejuvenation. If you stick to it, in a few years, you won’t even recognize yourself. 🧘♀️
I will take a stand for my whole health in 2019. I will listen to my choices with great awareness and candor. I will forgive myself first and start over again and again knowing all the while that evolving and ascension are my birthrights. I will have courage in the face of adversity. I will be myself no matter what the cost. I will live according to the light that resonates within my own being. I will have trust in myself first. I will put down the unconscious conditioning that only allows me to live and operate from fear and lack like a weak entity. I will design my life to bring into it more creativity - more abundance and more balance. I will set healthy boundaries and take calculated risks. I will honor myself first before honoring anything or anyone else first. I will never give up, assume or take for granted anything or anyone in my life. I will support and cheer on others as I do so equally myself. I will open my eyes to life again and again and again. I will respect and cherish my body mind and being- in all its shapes, stages and facets. I will not allow myself to be taken advantage of or Suppressed from my own innate freedom of expression and actions.

I've been in a funk all morning, + THAT'S OK.
Negative feeling states are inevitable at times. There can be great value in trying to help yourself get out of them, with the tools in your toolbox. But sometimes, no matter what you try, they don't dissipate right away. Then, perhaps the best tool is to breathe into the discomfort + say "I see you. It's ok. There's room for you, too. Pass when you're ready. Until then, I honor your existence." 🍃
Ayurvedic Smart Tips to Cook Green Peas!
We all love them, but in case they make you bloated, next time, try sautéing the green peas in clarified butter (Ghee) versus regular butter or other oils. Never eat them raw. This will overcome the dryness and bloating quality of green peas.
Diced or grated ginger is a must in any recipe containing green peas (add to soups, etc)! Simply toss it in while sautéing the peas.
Fresh ginger known as 'adraka' in sanskrit balances the dry quality of green peas (rukshata) naturally since it contains natural oiliness (snigdha).
It is a mild natural laxative and great carminative, and a super digestive too, so it prevents bloating and indigestion big time! (note -dry ginger power won't do the same work - dry and fresh ginger have different qualities in Ayurveda; see the pointers below : )
Add cumin (optional but awesome) and use rock salt (versus regular salt)- and presto, a warm any time, super healthy, delicious and easy to enjoy snack is ready to delight your senses!
Tip: Give preference to cooked peas versus eating them raw in salads! My students love this snack.
Fresh Ginger Root / (Adraka)
Hot and pungent, moist, oily, Appetizing,
Beneficial in cough, cold, constipation because it is a mild laxative.
Dry Ginger Powder / (Shunthi)
Hot and pungent,, dry, non-oily, stool binder
Immensely beneficial in joint pain, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, vomiting.
Cumin Seeds / (Jeerak)
Hot, bitter and pungent
Increases digestive fire, helpful in digestion, removes flatulence.
