🥕 2 #carrots and #celery
🌿 #rosemary and/or #basil

Everything should be as #fresh as possible, that is the true secret. 
Steam or boil the carrots and celery for a few minutes, not very long.
Blend the tomatoes with some rosemary and basil, with the celery and carrots. Add salt and as much white pepper as you would like. Serve with Parmigiano and basil leaves (if you are not as hungry as me and you have time for presentation and all that 🤣)

SUP AYAM SIMPLE
(Tanpa rempah2)

Resep:
500gr ayam kampung
*selama 7thn ak di dapur, ak ga pernah beli ayam boiler, apalagi utk sup ak selalu pakai ayam kampung, klo utk goreng2 ak pake ayam kalasan 😊 tapi kalo mau pake broiler maupun kalasan bole yahh..sesuai dgn selera masing2 ya 👍
2batang wortel, potong sesuai selera
1kentang uk.sedang, potong sesuai selera
1 bh tomat uk.kecil, potong2 dan buang biji (supaya ga asem)
1btg daun bawang, iris2 besar
1btg seledri, iris2 besar
1sdm bawang goreng
Garam secukupnya
Gula 1/2sdt (pengganti penyedap)
2.2L air

Cara:
==didihkan air di panci, lalu masukkan ayam kampung (ak ga pernah nemu kotoran yg mengapung2 di kuah kalo pake ayam kampung, tp cuci bersih2 ayam kampungnya pake air mengalir, buang semua bulu2 nya..keruk pke pisau).. setelah mendidih lagi, tutup panci dan rebus selama 1jam
==setelah 1jam masukkan wortel,  tutup kembali panci dan didihkan 15menit, lalu masukkan kentang. Kemudian tutup lg dan didihkan selama 10menit
==lalu masukkan tomat, lalu didihkan lg 10menit, lalu buka panci masukkan seledri, daun bawang, garam, gula dan bwg goreng. Tutup kembali panci.. didihkan 5menit, buka lagi test rasa.. kalo kurang asin bole tambah bumbu. Selesai.

NB: Total masak 1jam40menit dijamin ayamnya empuk dan kaldu dr tulang ayamnya keluar semua. Lalu klo ayamnya agak tua.. masaknya sampe 2jam 😄

Quinoa Vegetable Soup

My lunch for today and I can’t wait 🙌🏼 I love making a batch of soup for the week, and this one has a nice acidity due to the lemon juice. The quinoa absorbed more of the liquid than I expected making it like a stew, but it’s been so tasty, especially after I covered it with Parmesan cheese 😏

This week we’re detoxing our Delhi bellies with some fresh bone broth. Broth is basically another word for home made stock, it’s easily and simply made by boiling bones (beef, chicken, fish, etc) in water with an acid (I used apple cider vinegar) and optional spices, vegetables and herbs. Broth can boil for as little as 4 hours or up to 48 hours.

For me, bone broth in a soup is a much better option than a stock cube. Not only do you get more depth of flavour from it, but it’s also nutrient-rich, and it’s amino acid structure and high gelatin content makes it soothing and healing for the gut as it reduces inflammation.

We tend to make a batch of bone broth each week. This week we made our bone broth with bone marrow, carrots, onion, whole garlic and cabbage, we threw it all in the slow cooker and let it simmer for 24 hours before pouring it through a fine sieve to finish.  I used our broth to make this yummy soup but you can also drink it on its own with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Give it a try. 👌🏾

1.2l vegetable or chicken stock (we used home made stock/bone broth)
2 large handfuls of coriander
4 whole cloves of garlic 
Salt and pepper

✔️Roughly chop the carrots and put them in a pan of stock, garlic, and half the coriander.
✔️Boil for around 15 mins until the carrots soften and then add the rest of the coriander. ✔️Put the whole lot into an nutri-bullet to blend, season with salt and pepper, and serve 👌🏾

- 2 ziemniaki
- 3 ząbki czosnku
- cebula
- 500 ml bulionu warzywnego (1 marchewka, por, pietruszka, seler, liść laurowy, ziele angielskie)
- łyżeczka papryczki chilli
- świeży tymianek
- kurkuma, papryka słodka, papryka ostra, sól himalajska, pieprz, 2 łyżki sosu sojowego
- łyżka masła klarowanego

Opcjonalnie:
- mleko kokosowe (Real Thai lub Aroy-d)
- mieszanka nasion diet-food.pl
- ryż

Kukurydzę obrać z liści i przygotować na parze lub ugotować. Po ugotowaniu oddzielić nasiona od kolby. Cebulę, czosnek, paprykę chilli zeszklić na maśle klarowanym. Następnie dodać kukurydzę, tymianek i przyprawy. Wszystko wymieszać i dodać do wywaru warzywnego. Gotować około 15 min, po czasie zblendować na gładki krem. 
Przed podaniem można dodać mleko kokosowe, mieszankę nasion z ryżem. *Część kukurydzy odłóż do dekoracji.

This is another refreshing and beautiful soup using just five ingredients ( 4 sweetcorn, 1onion, 200ml almond milk, 1 tbsp oil and salt - sufficient for four people) . Don't throw away the cores, which are used to make a lovely nutritional stock. The queen of spice, "cardamom” helps you with digestion😋.

 We had this with our usual sprouted brown rice ball ( which I mixed with turnip leaves). It is also nice with some pitta or grain bread - @bfreefoods 's pitta bread and @puregrainbread 's grain bread, which I stock in my cupboard and freezer all the time💚

🥄Take off the kernels from the cob stalk . Sauté the thinly sliced onion with oil until they turn transparent. Add both the corn kernels and the cores,  and fry for 1 minute.  Add some water to just cover all the ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.Take out the cores, sieve and add 200cc of almond milk.  Warm up to just before boiling. Season with salt.  Chill them or have them warm. Garnish with ground cardamon, cucumber and fennel leaves.

7 to 8 carrots, one big tomato, two teaspoons fennel seeds.
- slice and dice the carrots and place them in a pressure cooker with the tomato and fennel seeds. Pressure cooks for ten minutes. Blitz the cooked mixture in the mixer. Pour the thick broth into a pan and liquidate it as per your choice( I like it a bit thick broth). Add salt, pepper and a dash of butter and boil. Serve hot.
(You can strain the broth before boiling, if you like).

Mussel and Scallop Chinese Cabbage Soup
🥣The dry mussels and scallops require a few hours soaking, less if use hot boiling water.  Sauté with olive oil and sesame oil.  Add in water or vegetable/chicken broth.
