Hi Guys 😍. 🇺🇸 Green Goddess Boosting Soup by this cold weather 💚.
📍Recipe : Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in large pot. Add spices (salt,pepper,paprika,basil) and stir for a minute.
Add one leek, two zucchinis, and stir to coat in the spices, cover the pot and sweat the vegetables over low heat for five minutes. Add 240ml of vegetable stock (about 1 cup) and cook for another 10 minutes or until the zucchini is fork tender. Add one handful spinach and stir. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the soup to a blender, add 1 portion of 0% cheese and blend until completely smooth.Drizzle chili flakes on the top and seeds of your choice ! 🇫🇷Regardez moi cette merveille 🙈 Une bonne soupe aux légumes verts pour booster votre énergie par ces temps froids. 📍Recette : Réchauffer de l'huile d’olive dans une grande casserole. The other day I was craving some Olive Garden chicken gnocchi soup! The best! The problem is gnocchis are typically made with potatoes! So after some searching around i finally tested out this baby right here! So amazing! For the gnocchi I used @gnomgnom.yum recipe! Which I love! They have a very cheesy flavor which compliments this soup so well! The soup called for chicken breast but I switch it out for chicken thighs mostly because it always provides a better flavor! I just topped it off with a tad more parmesan for flavor and looks haha The recipe also asks for corn starch but I added a little bit of xanthan gum. المقادير :،
3 بطاطا حلوة
1 قرنبيط متوسط، بدون الساق
1 بصلة مفرومة
2 أعواد كرفس
1 جزرة مقشرة ومقطعة
5 فصوص من الثوم 
1 مكعب مرق الدجاج العضوي
1 ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من الزعتر المجفف
1/4 - 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
* للتزين: بحبن البارميزان والبصل الأخضر (اختياري)
الطريقة: 
ضعي جميع المقادير في قدر على النار. يغطى ويترك ليغلي. اطهي الحساء حتى تصبح الخضار طرية - حوالي 25 - 30 دقيقة.
يترك حتى يبرد قليلا ثم يطحن في محضر الطعام جيدا 
يوضع مره اخرى على النار ويخفف بالماء حسب الحاجة

SWEET POTATO AND CAULIFLOWER SOUP
INGREDIENTS
3  sweet potatoes 
1 medium cauliflower, stems removed and chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
5 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
1 organic chicken broth cube
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon salt
* Toppings: cheese, green onion(optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large stockpot, combine all ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil. Allow soup to cook until vegetables are soft – about 25 – 30 minutes.

Preheat the soup and serve with cheese and green onion.

Carrot Soup with Crispy Za'atar Chickpeas:
1 lb. carrots (around 7 carrots)
1 medium sweet potato
1 large shallot, diced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
extra virgin olive oil
5 cups water
sea salt and pepper

1 can chickpeas, dried off really well
1 tsp za'atar
1 tsp sumac
Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt

Sauté the shallot and garlic in some oil for a few minutes. Then add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.

Spread chickpeas out on a baking sheet and toss with the other ingredients. Roast at 375 for 30 minutes, or until beginning to crisp. .
Blend the soup once it's cooked. Serve crispy chickpeas over top.🤗

I roasted the tomatoes on a sheet pan along with the peppers and onions. After roasting I added them to a pot and continued cooking until the tomatoes became mushy. Blended the ingredients in a blender. I didn’t add anything else except the basil while the tomato mixture was in the pot.

Don’t worry!! This hot chicken soup is anything BUT  boring. And it was so easy!! If you saw my stories earlier, you know I am trimming down before the holidays so I can button my jeans again comfortably. (Believe it or not, 3 days of hot veggie soups and clean protein has me almost back to normal!!). Low sodium beef barley soup recipe! 
Ingredients =
2 containers chicken broth LOW sodium or no salt added (I know it’s chicken but beef is always high sodium)
1 can no salt added diced tomato 
3/4 lbs top round beef or any lean cut

1/2-1 cup of the following vegetables -frozen green beans
-frozen corn
-frozen peas
-frozen Lima beans
-fresh onion
-1 medium potato -fresh carrots
-fresh celery
1/4 cup pearl barley 
Seasoning= bay leaves, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, red pepper flakes

Add all ingredients, Bring to boil and simmer for 2 hours or until beef is tender and all vegetables soft. *warning this is a VERY low sodium soup so if you prefer more salt add to taste!

So fun taking time to chop veggies and make homemade soup 👩🏻‍🍳 and so good when you add extra love to your soup like seeds, ghee, pepper & hot sauce is 👌🏼

INGREDIENTS (recipe thanks to @simplydeliciousnutrition & some additions by me)
~1 butternut squash
~1 whole onion ~3 carrots
~3 stalks celery
~garlic
~6 medium red potatoes ~chicken, veggie or bone broth
~extra fixings per your liking
⠀⠀
DIRECTIONS 🧭 
1. In extra large soup pan, sauté chopped celery, garlic and onion for 5 minutes not going to long as this could change flavor
2. Add chopped squash & carrots 🥕 for a few minutes. Add chopped potatoes, salt and pepper and top with broth. *the broth should cover the vegetables and be twice the amount as veggies in coverage.
3. Let cook on medium heat for 30-40 minutes until potatoes are cooked
4. With hand blender, blend soup and enJOY 😊 ⠀⠀

To serve two people, I used chicken broth, 2 spiralized zucchini , 2 carrots, 1 clove of garlic, and 1 large chicken breast, shredded. I seasoned the soup with oregano, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. If you have never tried subbing zucchini noodles as a healthy alternative for regular noodles in a recipe, I encourage you to try them! It is a great way to get your veggies in👍🏼

we got 7 inches of snow this morning and xtina made some soup ‼️ I’ve seen my mom make soup from scratch a million times before, but have never done it myself and let me tell ya IT WAS SO EASY and my whole apartment smells amazing. 
I never really go off a recipe and just kinda put whatever I had in my fridge into this Dutch oven. I started with sautéeing 2 cloves of garlic and about half a large onion in some olive oil. Then I tossed in my veggies (use whatever you have) which were carrots, mushrooms (I had shiitake and baby bellas) and bok choy. Boiled some ramen noodles, added about 2 cups of vegetable stock (low sodium, duh) and a cup of the pasta water and voilá. I also used random spices and let the soup simmer with the noodles so you can use whatever u want. I dumped in some salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili flakes and coconut aminos. 
This was so quick and easy and so much healthier than a regular pack of ramen 10/10 would recommend

Bake till everything is a little softer and add 1 liter of water and buillon, juice of 1 orange and cayenne pepper. Wait till everything is soft enough to blend it till a soup! Creme fresh on top and enjoy💕

牛絞肉和豬絞肉,我抓6:4
麵包粉(可以用吃不完的吐司打成粉)
牛奶
洋蔥
三星蔥(加一點點可不加)
雞蛋

. 👩🏻‍🍳作法
1.洋蔥和蔥先用調理機打碎或是切碎, 超到透明放涼備用
2. 吃不完的吐司先打成麵包粉, 加牛奶浸濕, 可以留一點乾的備用
3. 絞肉加少許鹽後先攪拌,之後再加入浸濕牛奶的麵包粉、炒過的洋蔥和一顆蛋繼續攪拌、拍打出空氣後塑形
4. 先表面稍微煎一下、再拿去烤箱用200度烤10分鐘,就完成惹!

On days like this I make soup! Soup instantly warms me up and helps with that comfort food craving! Especially creamy soups like this slow cooker cauliflower soup!

What I love about this recipe is that you just dump frozen cauliflower and frozen leeks in the slow cooker, add broth and water and you come home to the house smelling like heaven and dinner ready in minutes!

The cauliflower gets nice and creamy after blending and the leeks add that deep flavor without being overwhelming (like onions would).

I always pick up a few bags of frozen leeks @traderjoes and stock the freezer with frozen cauliflower florets from @wholefoods
.
Having frozen veggies on hand is one of my top tips, since they require zero chopping or prep making them perfect for busy folks! .
Oh and for my instant pot fans, I’m guessing this soup would also be great in the instant pot on the soup setting for about 30 minutes, but I haven’t tried it yet to tell you 100%!

‼️Warning: I don’t cook by measuring (food bloggers don’t hate me) I like to estimate so I’ll do my best at guessing what I use for you!

➖ 4 pieces of chicken
➖ Half- ish of an onion chopped
➖ 1 can of white beans
➖ 2 cloves crushed garlic
➖ 1 big container of salsa verde
➖ 1 container of low sodium chicken broth or water - if you use water it depends on how soupy you want your soup. You can always add more as you go, I use a generous amount.
➖ Cook 4 hours on high
🖤 When soup is done 🖤
➖ Stick a fork in the chicken and it should fall apart
➖ Serve a bowl and add cilantro and lime juice (optional) I also use a scoop of sour cream!
