GUYS chocolate drizzle on açaí bowls is LIFE CHANGING!😍🙌🏻😋 hope you all are having an amazing day! my friend & i got saved by a lifeguard in the ocean today bc the tide was so rough so there’s that! great start to the day hehe but this bowl made it 10x better🤤💜✨happy thursday! also i most definitely spilled this on myself while eating it & added like 1/4 jar of PB so u could say i’m winning🤷🏻‍♀️

. 👩‍🍳Sprouted bread toasted @foodforlifebaking, coarse grain mustard @heb, Asia zing microgreens, thinly sliced Persian cucumbers, zaatar, thin slices of garlic, fried egg, jalapenos, and avocado. Sprinkle, salt, pepper, sesame seeds, and cayenne.

The avocado rose is really easy to make so check out the instructions in my highlights under pretty cuts. If all else fails, you could also watch a YouTube video on it 🙈 I plan on recording cooking videos in the future once the girls are a little bit older (not being crazy in the background), and I have more time to myself. My priority is family, so bare with me 😉😁 .

• 500g Ricotta
• 4 Eggs
• 4 TBSP Sugarfree maple syrup • Zest of 1 Lemon
• Juice of 1 Lemon

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk the ricotta until smooth. Whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Add the maple syrup, one tablespoon at a time. Whisk in the lemon zest and juice. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Place into the preheated oven and bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven, cool completely and then refrigerate.

Even my meat eater boys ate it up 👩‍🍳 . Nutritional yeast and nut butter made it all creamy if you’re wondering 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

How often do you feel overwhelmed? When those feelings come across you like a load of bricks on your shoulders, do you take a minute to check in and breathe? Or do you push through it and tell yourself that being busy and exhausted is the norm? 
We all do it. We allow our schedules to get the best of us at times. But what do you think would happen if you made an intention to pause each time you felt overwhelmed? And in that pause you grab your choice of calming essential oil, put a drop in your hand, cup over your nose and mouth, taking deep breathes in slowly releasing the tension and allowing your mind to just chill for a moment. 
Do this for a week and tell me what happens. And if you don't have essential oils, I still encourage you to take a minute to breathe. But if you want to include them as you try this exerise, I know a gal that can hook you up 😉

(低脂肪的產品為了維持甜味
可能反而會加入更多糖份 😲) ⭐飯吃很少,但卻吃很多餸菜

(eg. 每一份量寫的營養標籤可能
只在說明 100g 或一小包的份量
沒有注意把自己把整包都吃完的話可能會攝取了 1500 kcal ) .

(eg.普遍這些產品只會讓你更快感到飽滿

Meatless meal 🍽 first off this isn’t super common for me to have a meatless meal because whenever I have meat I feel as though it really satiates my hunger. 👩🏼‍🍳 Every once in a while I’ll go for a meatless meal and it so happened to happen a couple times this week! One time out to eat and another today with this delicious homemade quinoa & bean salad! 🥗 
Everyone is different and you personally might feel better without meat in your diet, that’s completely fine. There are health benefits towards eating meat and not eating meat. 🥩 So today I’m swinging towards less meat, again it’s completely okay 👌🏼 I love eating this quinoa and bean salad topped on salads, on toast, as a side, by itself, every which way! 🤙🏼
It has 3 types of beans: garbanzo, Black, and navy beans. It also has 3 types of vegetables: bell peppers (green, yellow, & orange), cucumber, and red onion. Mixed together with a whole grain: quinoa. 🤩 I love this salad because it provides so many nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and great source of all the macronutrients. 💕
