Introducing the ones who really rule the roost around here! Meet Chloe, on the left, and Tripp, on the right. Tripp came to us 2 years ago and Chloe 1 year ago. They were both rescued by loving families who weren't able to keep them, and we're so lucky to have them. They're quirky, crazy, and loving and not near as serious as they look in this picture 😆
Not only am I looking forward to the benefits of essential oils for us but for them too. They both come from trauma and although they have come miles in recovering from it, I'm hoping the oils and a cleaner lifestyle will help take them that extra step. 🐾
It was hard to get out of bed! Had one of those mornings where you wake up to pee and you think it’s like 2 am but realize it’s already 5!!! 😳 Hate when that happens!
My alarm was set for 5:15!! 😞 I reset it for 5:45 and went back to bed 🤣 every book I’ve read says not to do this! But I did 🤷🏻♀️ Thankfully I did get up at 5:45 as much of a struggle as it was I got my morning workout done! I’ve got goals and I’m determined.

1 cup coconut sugar (can use powdered stevia or brown sugar instead)
1/4 cup egg whites (can use banana or flax egg if vegan)

I’ve been about the same weight for most of my adult life. And during that time, the scale dictated my life. Down a few lbs, eat the cupcake. Up a few lbs, don’t eat the junk. It’s a miserable, yo-yo, way of life. .

It’s been 18 days since I completely changed how I nourish my body. It’s been extreme and hard but the benefits have been crazy. No more rashes, I sleep through the night, no migraines, I’ve lost an incredible amount of bloat and weight and my brain isn’t foggy. I’ve noticed a lot of change in my face and in my smile.

Truth be told today i had such a great day with my nutrition but when I got home from work I didn’t want to push play and it could be because it was long day but also I had so much to do after work etc!
But guys if you don’t schedule yourself as a priority on your schedule there will always be something else to do!!! And guess what?? YOU will always be the last thing to get to! I know that because I been there many times! So today I decided that I wasn’t going to let that happen. I am blessed to have a easy access workout where in 30 min I can sweat away the stress of the day and check that off my todo list and go on with the rest! And most of all I am extremely THANKFUL

Everyone has to start somewhere.
Everyone feels a bit sore and knackered after those first few training sessions.
Everyone one thinks their lungs are going to explode, their legs give out and their arms and shoulders are going to burst in to flames.
And Everyone is beyond proud of themselves for completing the workout and realising that they DID IT and feel absolutely AMAZING for it!
And then they realise that if they keep training, keep giving it their all and tell themselves that they CAN do this, several things start to happen:
💪🏼they start to feel fitter and healthier 💪🏼they have increased flexibility and mobility making those every day tasks easier to do 💪🏼clothes feel looser
💪🏼their bodies are stronger 💪🏼they have more energy 💪🏼 stress levels decrease dramatically 💪🏼doctors are giving them a big high 5 for all of the changes happening to their body on the inside
💪🏼they make it up those flights of stairs without feeling puffed 💪🏼chasing after their kids is a breeze
💪🏼they feel more confident and happy
💪🏼they start looking forward to and craving their next training session.
You can become “They”. All it takes is some self belief that you CAN do it, some consistency with your training and a desire to be better than you were yesterday. If I can do it, ANYONE can do it.
