Long day shift at work yesterday. Forget to take pics of what I had for brekkie and lunch. I had overnight oats with milk instead of yoghurt because I'm on the SP plan this week with fruit and for lunch I had a tomato mug shot 2syns with an apple and aldis Thai sweet chilli lentil curls 4.5syns. Then for dinner was a hubby to be spesh chicken and veg with a tsp of gravy 1syn.
