Ayam Rica Pedas dan Rujak Sayur

Assalamualaikum semuanya... Lama sudah tidak upload makanan dan juice... Hehehe.. Ini makan siang saya tadi,  lupa euy di upload... Ayam rica pedas dan rujak sayur.. Rasanya endeuuss maa syaa allah... Cucok buat makan siang syahdu diantara cuaca asep nan panas iniiihh... Yuk kita intip resepnya ya... ====================================== AYAM RICA PEDAS DAN RUJAK SAYUR

Bahan A :
Ayam Dada (dipotong panjang) 
Paprika merah setengah pcs,  potong memanjang

Cabe besar 1, cabe rawit 1, bwg merah 1 yg sedang,  bawang putih 1 yg sedang,  garam,  lada (ulek sampai setengah halus) 
1sdt kecap manis

Olive oil 1,5 sendok teh utk menumis

Bahan B:
Kol ungu potong halus

Nanas 50gr potong dadu

Bunga kol putih,  wortel potong korek api kukus sampai matang,  baby kailan diseduh dengan air panas. 
Tomat cherry potong 2 
Cara buat:

Tumis bahan A yang diulek sampai matang,  lalu masukkan ayam, kasi air sedikit dan masak sampai ayam matang,  setelah ayam matang masukkan paprika.  Aduk sebentar,  lalu berikan garam atau lada jika rasanya masih hambar,  terakhir masukkan kecap manis dan aduk rata. Taro di piring saji

Untuk bahan B,  campur semua sayur mayur dan buah nanas,  beri olive oil setengah sendok teh,  sedikit perasan nanas aduk rata dan sajikan disebelah ayam rica pedasnya.

I’m convinced there’s no better combo than a fried egg, japanese sweet p and avocado. This bfast took all of 5 min and was easily a 10/10. Heated up a sweet p toast, topped with smashed 🥑 + a crispy @vitalfarms egg fried in @chosenfoods avo oil. Finished it off with @sietefoods habanero hot sauce for some kick. Sometimes you just can’t beat simple! 🙌🏼 #kalemesam

🥞 В сезон кабачков предлагаю приготовить кабачковые оладьи. 
Готовятся очень быстро, около 15 минут.

Такие оладьи можно кушать и на завтрак, и на обед, и на ужин (на ужин при условии использования миндальной или кокосовой муки). Если у вас нет миндальной муки как в рецепте, то добавьте цельнозерновую пшеничную, овсяную или полбяную.

В «тесто» можно также добавить любимый сыр, предварительно измельчив его или натерев на терке, желательно козий. 
Сверху можно положить сметану, сыр, яйцо пашот или яичницу, слабосоленую рыбку, авокадо.

Можно добавить различные любимые специи. Вместо козьего йогурта, можете использовать сметану или греческий йогурт, добавив туда щепотку укропа, чеснок и соль.

Итак на 1 порцию нам понадобится:

* 200 г натертого кабачка
* 1 яйцо * 1 ст л с горкой миндальной муки
* 3 помидорки 🍅 черри * щепотка морской соли и черного перца
* капля масла, чтобы оладьи не прилипли к сковороде (я использую масло гхи)

1. Кабачок/цуккини натереть на крупной терке и с помощью марли отжать насколько возможно лишнюю жидкость. 
2. Добавить к кабачку яйцо, муку и специи и тщательно все перемешать. 
3. Смазать сковороду каплей масла. 
4. Столовой ложкой сформировать прямо на сковороде оладушки и обжарить с 2х сторон. 
5. Подавать с любыми указанными выше добавками по вашему вкусу. Я добавила 2 ст л козьего йогурта и посыпала укропом.

Mahlzeit: Hühnchen mit Schupfnudeln und Erbsen 😋Hatte heute einen ewig langen Frühdienst, von 6-14:30 Uhr hauptsächlich Fernsehen gucken, ist nicht so cool wie es klingt - vor allem bei dem Fernsehprogramm 🙄 Ok, das ist Meckern auf höchstem Niveau 🙈 bin aber froh wieder zuhause zu sein und was ordentliches zu essen. Calling all snack lovers!!! This blueberry yogurt toast is a dream 🤤 I was getting pretty snacky feeing around 3:30 yesterday and this toast was perfect to help me get through to dinner 💯 I used to be bad at just munching in the afternoon on thing like chips and salsa, making feel kinda gross and not hungry for dinner 🙅‍♀️ I’ve found that when I actually make myself a little snack, like this toast, I’m better at stopping myself from snacking too much, and I’m actually able to enjoy my dinner 👌 ————————————————

Hoy vengo con una buena ración de verdurita en receta nueva!!

Y como casi siempre sin quitarnos mucho tiempo 😉

👉 Salteado de kale y calabaza con almendras, semillas de sésamo y queso cottage.
.
Lo que lleva más tiempo es preparar la calabaza así que es lo primero que hacemos. La cortamos, pensamos, troceamos y la cocinamos como nos guste más, en el horno, en una cacerola con agua o al vapor. (En la vaporera al micro en menos de cuatro minutos la tenéis blandita)
.
Después en una sartén salteamos el kale con un ajito, que le dará más sabor al plato. .
Lo tenemos al fuego hasta que pierde dureza y las hojas son flexibles y añadimos la calabaza y las semillas de sésamo (y sal opcional)
.
Cuando emplatamos añadimos unas almendras y queso cottage.

Para comer algo más de proteína me he comido una rodajita de merluza 😋
