Cauliflower soup- serves 2
One head of cauliflower
1/2-1 C of veggie broth (the more, the creamier!) 1 TBSP of lime juiced
Pink salt, garlic, and everyday seasoning.
That’s it! . .
What to do- bring water to boil in a pan. Then dice up the cauliflower into small pieces and throw it all in the boiling water till the cauliflower softens. once the cauliflower has soften, drain it, and throw it in the food processor. (along with everything else) blend till it’s creamy soup texture. You can add more broth for less thickness. Warm it up and you’re done.😎 #_afreshpurefood .

When you say this to most people they're like 'where's the camels?' 🐫.
Pyramid sets are commonly used by lifters in the gym. What many people tend to do is start with lifting relatively light weights close to failure and then gradually build up to their heaviest set.
A drawback of this training structure is that performing "light" sets close to failure generates fatigue , which then can affect your performance on your heavier sets. If you want to be able to express your max strength potential while using heavier loads, it's a good idea to prioritise the heavy sets by performing them first.
This is known as "Reverse Pyramid Training" (RPT). The goal here is to spend most of your energy on your heaviest overloading sets and then use the lighter sets later in your workout as "back-off" work. RPT is one of the many training structures that can work well for those who are able to make progress on their main lifts every few training sessions.
It's important to note that when you perform your heaviest sets first, your warm-up starts playing a more important role. In both performance and injury prevention [2, 3].

Zucca zucca delle mie brame.. Anche questa volta ti ho utilizzata per una nuova ricetta salata 🙆♀️ #Taralli alla zucca - #senzaglutine . Ho utilizzato due tipi di farina per questa ricetta ovvero la farina senza glutine per pane di @nattura_benessere e la farina di ceci. Ho aggiunto all'impasto la polvere di buccia di psillio e spezie! Dopodiché come ingredienti liquidi ho messo acqua, 1 cucchiaio di olio extravergine di oliva e la purea di zucca, precedentemente cotta in forno con paprika, curry e altre spezie a piacere. Non ho aggiunto sale, la scelta di quest'ultimo dipende dai gusti personali! (Ma ho aggiunto molte spezie)! Trovate la ricetta completa su @coconutavocado
Take me back to this past weekend where the weather was MUCH warmer, I got to eat all the yummy things, and life just seemed a little simpler. 💁🏽♀️

Been on the down low on the food gram cause I just recovered from a really bad fever (bad to the point I barely ate, vomit, body aches and body sweat from the heat) and trying to gain back my appetite slowly. Honestly I have been eating just lunch and a bit of dinner every other day 😓 slowly and surely I will be back to my hungry powerlifting apetite hehe 💕 .

Challenging week starting my 30 Days to Healthy Living and 1st week back at the gym💪🏽👍🏾 Felt AMAZING after being home 6 weeks with my baby girl🙏challenging part is getting the baby ready & my 3 year old to leave the house & hit the gym. 🙏🙏🙏Working on a schedule with both but it’s never a set one; you never know what kind of night you will have with them 🤕🙏& than it throws you off in the morning. 😂 I tell myself “you just had a baby don’t be to hard on yourself” ❤️🙏 “do the BESt you can!” My other self says “CRUSH it”💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽😂

My 15 year old checked out what was for dinner on her phone on the way home on the school bus.
After work I got all the ingredients out and left for my hairdresser and to deliver a thermomix. Whilst I was gone my daughter searched the weekly planner on the thermomix and followed the guided cooking feature.
