I do WEEKDAY WARRIORS BOOTCAMPS Monday, Wednesday, WEEKEND WARRIORS BOOTCAMP Sundays, treadmill when I can and walk my dogs

I feel more confident and happier in my mental health. I also feel a sense of achievement at the end of each session! .. 4. WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE WANTING TO START EXERCISING AND HASN’T QUITE STARTED YET?
Just do it! I wasted years worrying I wouldn’t fit in or be able to keep up - forward is forward! .. 5. HOW HAS EXERCISING CHANGED YOU? I’m happier and can start to see changes in my body shape. Met some lovely people too!

Since I made some serious lifestyle changes I can feel and see a huge difference physically and mentally. I now understand how super sensitive the human body can be, as soon I eat something unhealthy I can feel the difference in my body and mood/concentration. Talking from experience all I can say is if you are feeling permanently tired, moody and cloudy headed... good food, good nutrition and regular exercise is what you need. If you can stick to it then you will 💯 see a massive difference. .

En el slow cooker deje toda la noche: ✔️ 1 1/2 tazas de avena en grano completo (steel cut oats) ✔️ 1 manzana 🍏 verde en cubitos ✔️ 2 cdas de semillas de chia ✔️ 2 tazas de agua ✔️ 2 1/2 de leche de almendras ✔️ Canela en polvo
Cuando uno se levanta o llega de hacer ejercicio está en la olla el desayuno listo y calientico! Lo acompañe con blueberries frescos.
Este desayuno es excelente para personas con que necesitan nivelar sus niveles de azúcar en la sangre, como también para personas con el colesterol alto. O simplemente para quienes disfruten desayunar con algo delicioso!

Woke up to snuggles from a little man and the hubs, soon followed by a remote to the head but that’s all good. 💕
Super yummy family breakfast of Açaí bowls, bacon, eggs and a BIG cup of delish coffee! 😋 💕
Listening to the hubs reading to the kids about dinosaurs and Sophie asking questions so she really understands what she is learning! 🤔🤓 💕
Taking a ride enjoying the scenery on a way to a friends house to celebrate her sons birthday. 💕
But most of all feeling stress free because I don’t have to go to work tomorrow like I used to. I’m excited for our week to start tomorrow. I get to spend that AM getting the kids ready for school and taking Sophie to her kindergarten camp then I have two exciting meetings tomorrow that I cannot wait for. The rest of the day I get to do what is needed working in the pockets of the day. 💕
I am my own boss and set my work hours. It feels amazing that I am now physically there for my family when they need me and I can still pursue my passion of helping others. 😍 💕
This is something my soul has been craving for a long time and I’m so grateful that I’m able to do this now even though how I got here wasn’t how I planned it to happen. 💕

VEGAN CREAMY LENTIL PASTA
Really tasty, sweet, salt and hot🌶 🌱
Sweet potato cream:
1 oat creme fresh
1 small organic sweet potato (roasted). Salt, pepper and chili flakes.
Mix the sweet potato and fresh to a smooth creamy sauce, then add salt, pepper and chili flakes. You should taste the chili and salt so dont be shy😌
Then blend the cream with the lentil pasta. Serve with fresh broccoli or whatever veggie you want 🤤

Bowl details: chocolate oatmeal (make oats and mix in choc protein powder, vanilla extract, maple syrup & cinnamon). Topped with banana, @elliquark brownie batter, and a good helping of @wild_friends (of course 😉)

My favorite gym buddy ♥️ I love that I can play my workouts at home, but it’s so nice to be able to stream them from my phone at the gym. Cody and I like to take advantage of our time not spent at work to hang with each other, so naturally if he chooses the gym that day, so will I. ☺️ anddd dang our pre-workout is delicious! 😋

Three years ago I started to change the way I live. Since that, almost everything changed for me.
