E o que dizer sobre ontem?...
Dps de pensar que seria mais um dia frustrado, sem conseguir treinar (estava bastante desanimada, tendo ficado na cama a maior parte do dia, literalmente com as pernas pro alto, tentando reverter um inchaço absurdo que já durava 2 dias...), à tarde consegui levantar e dps desse "almoço/lanche" pré-treino, consegui ir pra academia, na companhia do melhor personal que poderia ter, meu filho lindo e atleta dedicado @t.goncalves17! Que experiência maravilhosa, ter meu filho, que por tts vezes tive que levar no colo e pela mão, me conduzindo, orientando e acompanhando de perto, corrigindo qdo necessário, incentivando qdo parecia que eu não ia aguentar e apoiando até qdo quase "deu ruim"... kkkkkk 😰😫😵😅

Yesterday I decided to start a Keto diet, after my friend had recommended it and seen such great results. Day two and I’m sticking to three meals a day without feeling hungry! Tonight’s dinner was a chicken fajita bowl. I’m not sure how long I’ll last without any carbs at all because I don’t want to go back to eating them in the future and put all the weight back on. Therefore, I’m going to try two weeks without any carbs and then start adding in good carbs like potatoes and brown rice. I’m a sucker for weighing myself every day so I’ve put away my scales and will only be weighing every Wednesday so watch this space! .

KEEPING IT REAL!! Had to stop myself from being all negative this morning 🤦🏻‍♀️. I haven’t been feeling 100% these past few days and it was really making me feel like a failure. This little reminder really helped me feel better 😭💕 We aren’t always going to be feeling amazing and energetic ALL of the time. There are always going to be those days where we aren’t happy or we aren’t feeling like hitting the gym. And that is perfectly okay!! Let’s not lose the fact that we have come so far 💪❤️ As long as we are trying our best and getting through each day, I would say we are all doing pretty damn good. Keep pushing and don’t give up! We will get through these tough days 😊 Promise! .

Maple Mustard Glazed Salmon 🐟 
Makes 4 servings
 Per serving
 1 Lean protein
 3 condiments... 2 healthy fats (need to add your greens) 
Ingredients • 1 3/4 lb salmon fillet cut into 6 equal pieces • ¼ cup fish or parve chicken broth • ¼ cup Walden Farms pancake syrup • 2 tbsp grainy mustard, I used Dijon Wholegrain Mustard • tbsp low sodium soy sauce • ½ teaspoon pepper to taste 
Directions:
 1. Preheat oven to 425 F degrees.
 2. Arrange the salmon pieces in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, maple syrup, mustard and soy sauce. Pour over salmon. Add some freshly ground pepper, if preferred.
 4. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.

Combine cooked ground beef with, tomatoes, laughing cow cheese and taco seasoning until combined over medium high heat. Set aside.  Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray over medium high heat. Add egg beaters. When one side is done, flip to cook the other side like an omelet.  Place the omelet on a plate. Add ground beef mixture to the center and fold one side over the meat mixture. Then fold the other side over the meat to form a burrito. Top with 1 tbsp of salsa. • One of the hardest parts of starting ANY new goal is to stay consistent with it.🤭 When I first started working out, it was like pulling teeth to get me to go everyday🤷🏼‍♀️. I loved the IDEA of a lifestyle change but I wasn’t proving to myself that I truly WANTED it.
When you set a goal for yourself that you are more than capable of achieving, I feel like you owe it to yourself to see it through! Otherwise, you’re only letting yourself down!
I hate seeing others create a goal for themselves that will only act as a positive influence in their lives, and quit because they simply can’t find the motivation to continue.
I wanted to share a few tips that have helped me stay consistent for the last 2.5 years that you can try and implement if you’re finding it hard to stay motivated

1️⃣Download new music frequently that makes you happy and feeling energetic!
2️⃣Find (affordable) cute gym outfits! There’s nothing wrong with wanting to look good in the gym where most people feel super vulnerable. If you look good you’ll feel good!
3️⃣Surround yourself with like-minded people! 
4️⃣When you’re feeling demotivated, give yourself a pep talk! Remind yourself WHY you started this and what your end goal is so that you can hold yourself accountable
5️⃣Lastly, take progress pictures.

Pizza Bagels Two eggs

Ingredients:
 One cup riced cauliflower
 One cup part-skim mozzarella
 one cup diced tomato
 30 vegan pepperoni slices
 1 tsp of garlic powder
 half of a tsp of crushed red pepper 
Directions:
Combine the following ingredients: two eggs, a cup each of riced cauliflower and mozzarella, one diced tomato, 25-30 vegan pepperoni slices, a tsp of garlic powder, and half of a tsp of crushed red pepper. For best results use a donut pan, but really anything that will keep the round shape will work. Bake @ 400° for 30 minutes!

Am I the only one that needs to stretch more? I feel like the older I get, the tighter my muscles 💪🏽 are. My hips get sore, it’s even hard for me to touch my toes 😣 and I’m an ex-cheerleader 📣 . We actually need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. ...then, when we call on the muscles for activity, they aren’t weak and unable to extend all the way. Am I the only one that needs to stretch more? I feel like the older I get, the tighter my muscles 💪🏽 are. My hips get sore, it’s even hard for me to touch my toes 😣 and I’m an ex-cheerleader 📣 . Not to mention, I’m so strapped for time...that I’m lucky to get in a daily sweat 💦 sesh...let alone, take a few extra minutes to stretch and breathe! 🏃🏽‍♀️ • But it’s important...did you know that stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy? We actually need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. ...then, when we call on the muscles for activity, they aren’t weak and unable to extend all the way. Tight muscles put you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage. And those are Harvard’s words...not mine. Annnnnd those people are pretty smart. Megamässig lecker! Ich hab mich auf jeden Fall überfressen.😄
Es gab frittierten Blumenkohl mit Reis in Süßsauer Sauce und Sesam.
Das schmeckt, wenn man den Vergleich denn ziehen will, wie chicken nuggets. Nur viel besser.

Den Blumenkohl habe ich in die einzelnen Röschen zerteilt und etwa 8-10 Minuten in reichlich Wasser gekocht. Er sollte noch gut bissfest sein. Dann abgegossen und länger stehen lassen bis er noch warm, aber ordentlich abgetropft ist. Also quasi trocken.
Nun wird er in einem asiatischen Backteig (beim Asia Markt des Vertrauens zu finden) gewälzt und in Öl frittiert. Frittiert bitte nach belieben, manche mögen das heller andere knuspriger. Für "knusprig" müssen die Teile etwa noch mal 5 Minuten auf der einen Seite, 5 Minuten auf der anderen in die Pfanne.
Mit Haushaltstüchern etwas vom Öl befreien und zum warm halten und  für das i-Tüpfelchen für weitere 5 Minuten in den auf 100 Grad vorgeheizten Ofen.
Während der Vorbereitung für die Blumenkohl Nuggets auch den Reis nach Anleitung kochen.
Das i-Tüpfelchen ist die Süßsauer Sauce, die man noch in der letzten Minuten über den Blumenkohl im Ofen gibt.
Alles auf einen Teller, Sesam drüber und sich's am besten mit Stäbchen schmecken lassen.
