As much as I try, I’m not naturally someone who craves working out. BUT. I do know how good it is for me, and how good it makes me feel, so I’ve picked up a few tricks to get it done. 💪

A lot of these things are similar to what I work on with my clients who are trying to find a more sustainable approach to healthy eating. My first step: MAKE IT EASY. 💆‍♀️

I’ve signed up for a dozen gym memberships over the years (including a few weeks ago haha 🤦🏼‍♀️) but to be honest, the gym isn't really my thing. For me, it presents too many barriers: all the time driving or walking to/from the gym that I could spend actually working out, not really knowing what I'm doing there, and feeling some pressure to change out of my lounge yoga pants into my cute yoga pants. 💁🏼‍♀️🙈 (Kidding, but ya know.) 😂

But a workout I can do in my living room, even if I'm in my pajamas, even if it's the last thing I squeeze in that day? That's something I can make happen. If you haven’t checked them out already, I love @toneitup and/or @bodybymuse workouts for this reason. I can play them on my laptop or my mobile phone from my living room, even if it's in a little apartment or hotel room halfway across the world.

Things I would tell my past self:
Hey, mama! I know you're tired. I know you are feeling run down, alone, and exhausted. Feeling like no one sees you and that you are just a shadow of the girl you used to be. Know this though, the Lord has big things coming for you. This is just a season and I know it is hard right now, but it won't last forever! He will keep you safe and get you where you need to go. Just be still and know that He is God. He is good. He is going to lead you to a place where you will be welcomed, loved, and accepted. He is going to introduce to so many amazing women who are going go encourage you, lift you up, and teach you all they can about the Gospel. You will finally feel at peace and FREE from the chains of limiting self beliefs. You will feel brave enough to dream again. To try new things and take chances. He loves you and calls you by name! You are a daughter of the king! Keep your trust in Him. Everything is going to be alright.

Guys. GUYS! I did a progress weigh in for my diet bet... and 😱😱 Holy Crap! ONEDERLAND!!! I am absolutely in awe! I stepped on the scale about a dozen times! It went over 200 twice, but my 2yo felt he needed to join me! 😂 I am totally doing a happy dance right now!! I’m even still retaining fluid and I made it!! I have been trying for 8 months using the diet my surgeon gave me, and all it’s taken is 2 weeks on my own again! This sweet, little boy changed our world for the better almost 10 months ago!! But I must say- it was a rough few months in the beginning. Little to no sleep, husband overworking, hormones out of whack & and a very fussy, colicky baby left me at a loss most days and wondering when the newborn bliss would begin! We changed up his eating routine, (insert formula=VERY HAPPY PARKER) & I slowly began to incorporate oils into our world. My favorite month was his 6 months: the constant crying calmed down & we began to catch a break. We were all much happier & I knew this was just the beginning. Dikutip dari Healthline, kram merupakan sebuah kejadian yang umum terjadi pada seseorang yang terlalu berat melakukan olahraga tertentu. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi pada atlet serta non-atlet.

Kram dapat terjadi karena adanya kontraksi otot secara tiba-tiba yang membuat otot menjadi tegang. Akibatnya orang yang mengalami kram akan merasakan sakit serta sulit menggerakkan bagian tubuh yang mengalami kram.

Ia menyebutnya "Pre-red carpet spark" Zac mulai meracik smoothiesnya dengan sayuran berdaun hijau yaitu bayam dan kale. Untuk menambahkan rasa manis alami, ia pun menambahkan raspberry dan blueberry.

This morning’s breakfast👀 some soy yoghurt with home made coconut milk raspberry coulis.
. This was so easy to make and without the added sugar of a jam! . 
Combine the frozen fruit and coconut milk and put it in a little saucepan. Heat it up and whiz it up in the pan so it becomes smooth. Then add a thickener like gelatine, agar agar or even chia seeds and transfer to a pot and store in the fridge for at least 3 hours. After that you’re ready to enjoy🤗

The kettlebell enables you to increase your strength, help build up speed and also help your endurance level. Kettlebells strengthen the tendons and ligaments, which make your joints tougher and less susceptible to injuries.

If you’re interested, you can do 12 reps and each workout, and then count it down until you get to 1 rep. You’ll feel that burn 🔥.

So, what’s my favorite thing about summer 2018? Being a family. This was our baby boy’s FIRST summer and our first as parents. 💕 There were so many precious moments, so many firsts. From swimming lessons to a first family road trip, I’m so grateful for it all. For these two guys, for my marriage and for the really scary and difficult choices we made that allow us both sooo much more time with our son and each other. In deze jaren naast mijn studie heb ik talloze mooie, sterke en zelfbewuste vrouwen mogen ontmoeten, begeleiden en coachen op het gebied van bewegen, voeding en mind. Weemoedig neem ik dan ook afscheid van jullie en bbb. Just a mum over here trying to live healthier, become stronger, totally imperfect and not getting it right all the time...
BUT 
Committed to this health and fitness journey. That looks like not giving up, if I miss a day-because life happens-I don't feel guilty I just carry on the next day. Being committed doesn't look like perfection; it means showing up the next day and wanting to be better than I was yesterday. 
Don't beat yourself up.
Just decide that you are committed to the journey and will do the best you can...one day at a time!

Supper consisted of a chicken leg and jalapeno poppers wrapped with bacon. It doesn't look like much and it wasnt but the heat today made me lose my appetite. I have drank way more water and green tea today then I normally do so I think that also filled me up. Going for a 18 hour fast tomorrow. .

The new and current me can’t wait to work out. I am different, and I almost can’t believe my own eyes. I know this is sustainable because it’s been proven over and over. The community support enables me to keep going and to even have extra energy to help others get healthy too. God has seen fit to bless me in so many ways with this new life He’s given me...and who knew it would include better health and fitness too?! 😉

With that AND my monthly success group coming up, there are plenty of spots for you to join us, no matter what your need or interest is... registration opens for the October groups NEXT WEEK!
