Jeez, two years ago today I was officially starting my battle against cancer with chemo. It feels surreal that it’s been two years and I’m grateful every day for my continued good health 🙏🙏 fear of the unknown is scary, but you come out on the other side stronger and braver than you’ve ever imagined. If you’re going through a similar situation, stay strong, you got this, champ 💪🏻
5 minute dinners are the best dinners 🙌 Meal prepped quinoa with tofu, edamame, mushrooms, zucchini, asparagus and chopped kale all sautéed in soy aminos! I also apologize for the aggressive amount of pepper on top but I’m obsessed with spice so 🤷♀️

BANANA FREE SMOOTHIE RECIPE🍌🙅personally I love adding a banana or so into all my smoothies and smoothie bowls to get a super good, creamy consistency and delicious taste😋but on the off chance you don't like bananas or have none (frozen works better btw;) like me the other *sad* day😂here's how you can still make a super creamy bowl!🥄1-2 cups frozen mango, a frozen pear, a handful frozen raspberries, optional tablespoon of pomegranate powder, maca, cinnamon, and a small drop of plant milk or water!🍐I topped mine with some puffed kamut, raspberries, pb, and cacao nibs🍫🥜anddd to be honest, I find smoothie bowls too sweet without greens powder (but wanted the pretty pink😅) so as I was eating it I sprinkled @amazinggrass on top😂🌱I hope you all have a lovely day!!💛🌞

Anyone in healthcare or really that has a hectic work day knows how hard it can be to have time for lunch! I was prepping lunches you had to microwave the last few weeks and found I was skipping meals instead of actually eating the food I brought!
Sooo back to my adult lunchable I go 😉 This is super easy with carrots, hummus and deli chicken. I have an apple as well has multigrain crackers with this depending on what I have time for throughout the afternoon! Simple tweaks like this is SO much better than me skipping a lunch and grabbing candy or something else unhealthy quick. Plus, when I skip meals I usually am even more hungry later and tend to eat more than I usually would!

There are many benefits to burning candles. Many see it as a stress release and a way to soothe our souls.
Candles are a very calming thing to have around with their low light and fragrance.
Stress release is so important in our busy lives. I have the white set in my kitchen and the black set in my family room.
Some of the relaxing fragrances are lavender, jasmine, cinnamon, peppermint and rosemary.

Made this salad today with my new hand-powered food chopper (whaaat? Right? It’s so cool!) and it has alllll my favorite things. Radishes. Peppers. Avocado. Basil. Arugula. (Yes, there are greens hiding under there!) Oh, after this photo, I smothered it all with pesto.

➖cup frozen blueberries ➖30g brown rice protein ➖1 tsp maca powder ➖1 tsp tahini (optional) ➖1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds ➖1 cup unsweetened almond milk/ milk of choice .

➖gluten free rolled oats ➖strawberries ➖raisins ➖chia seeds ➖sesame seeds ➖raw almonds .
