Goodmorning @swiftfit army (5am club) 👻👽👾! Im always going to preach that the gold standard of all breakfast meals is oatmeal(Complex carbs = long lasting healthy sustainable energy). Heres an incredible recipe by one of my favorite pages:
Easy creamy porridge recipe
1/2 cup porridge oats
1/2 cup hot water
1 handful raisins
3/4 cup oat milk (you can also use almond, soy, etc, just be sure it's unsweetened)
1 tbsp peanut butter
pinch of Himalayan salt
In a pan, pour hot water over dry oats and leave for 10 minutes to soak. After that time add the rest of the ingredients, mix well and bring to a boil. Cook for 3-5 minutes until creamy, let cool down a bit before serving

1/2 çay b zeytinyağ
1 kuru soğan,2diş sarımsak
1portakal,1 limon suyu
Çeyrek demet maydonoz
2 büyük domates veya konserve domates rendesi(4-5 yemek kaşığı kadar)
1 lt sıcak su,tuz,karabiber
Bu yemeği yapmak için beyaz ve kalın pırasa seçiyoruz.
Pırasaları üç parmak boyunda kesiyoruz,yanlarından tam bir çentik atıp,uzunlamasına ince ince çentiyoruz,tuz ve yarım limon sıkıtığımız kaynar suda 10 dkk haşlayıp süzüyoruz.
1 kuru soğanı piyazlık doğrayıp,zeytinyağında soteliyoruz,sarımsakları ve domates rendesini ilave ediyoruz tuzunu,karabiberini atıp kapatıyoruz.
Süzülen pırasaları,fırın kabına alıp,Domates sosu ve kıydığımız maydonozları üzerine yayıyoruz,portakal ve limon suyunu gezdiriyoruz.
180*fırında suyunu hafif çekip kızarana kadar pişiriyoruz(maydonozların ve sosunun kurumaması için bir servis kaşığıyla hafifçe üzerlerine bastırıyoruz)

It may be cold outside and very nearly Christmas, which makes it very hard to keep on track with fitness regimes & goals. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My advice is be healthy when you can, but don’t skip out on the fun 🤗🍫🥂 life is all about balance! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
250g de frutillas
200ml de agua
1 cucharada sopera de gelatina sin sabor
2 cucharadas soprras de semillas de chia
stevia u otro Edulcorante no artificial (puede ser algún polialcohol como xilitol, yo mezclé de ambos)
Procesar la mitad de las frutillas y la otra mitad picarlas en trocitos. Mezclar todo con el agua (reservar un chorrito de agua para la gelatina) y el endulzante, y llevar 3 minutos al microondas. Disolver la gelatina primero en un chorrito de agua hirviendo y luego incorporar al resto de la mezcla, y volver a llevar un minuto al microondas. Finalmente incorporar las semillas de Chía y dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente. Luego llevar a un recipiente (de vidrio preferentemente) y este a la hadera por al menos dos horas.
Nota: Con esta misma idea puede hacer también mermelada ciruela o durazno. También se puede hacer en una ollita al fuego en vez de usar el micro. .

•2 tsp olive oil •2.5 cups @365bywholefoods egg noodles •1 cup chopped carrots 🥕 •1/2 cup chopped celery •8 cups @365bywholefoods low sodium chicken broth (I like using low sodium so I can add my own and have better control; I despiiiiise a super salty soup that has to be watered down!) •1 @365bywholefoods rotisserie chicken, shredded
•2 cloves garlic, chopped •1/4 cup chopped onion •two handfuls @bright_farms local baby spinach •1/2 tsp dried basil •1/2 tsp dried oregano •1 tsp sea salt (or to taste) •1 tablespoon garlic powder • a healthy dash of black pepper when served (can become carcinogenic when cooked at high temps so it’s always best to add it at the end)
simmer olive oil + veggies for 5-10 minutes
Boil egg noodles in a separate pot, drain and set aside
Add in seasoning, chicken, and broth to veggies in stock pot
Bring to a boil
Add in egg noodles
Simmer on medium-low at least 25 minutes, adding spinach during the last 5 minutes
serve into bowls + top with black pepper

would you believe me if i told you that since going plant-based, i’ve developed a bit of an obsession with pizza? 😋 that’s right, once i cut out dairy and meat, i enjoyed pizza even more! i think it’s a common misbelief: if you go vegan or plant-based, you have to give up everything you love, like pizza. well i am here to tell you, that is far from the truth! you can still enjoy the foods you are familiar with that you love, maybe even more so. pizza feeds the soul in every way imaginable. warm, delicious and everything in between! this 🍕 VEGAN HAWAIIAN PIZZA 🍕 is definitely a game-changer! so many different flavours… sweet, spicy, and savory, coming together to bring this round treasure.// pineapple is one of my favourite fruits ever, it’s between that and avocados. the two are always battling for the number one spot. i asked you guys on my ig story recently if you are pro or anti pineapple pizza and, as expected, the group was divided right down the middle. apparently, pineapple 🍍 is a very polarizing pizza topping! i’m pro-pineapple all the way. i love the sweet and savoury combo of fresh fruit with italian spices and tangy tomato sauce. these pizza is so good that I think it can convert even the most fervent pineapple critic. i remember the very first time i had hawaiian pizza i thought it would taste weird because “who puts fruit on pizza?” then i had it and it blew my freaking mind! 🤯 then i discovered that there’s a debate on this topic. well the debate is over people, pineapple goes on pizza! can you believe that there are some people that don’t agree with this, i don’t understand people lol.// i can absolutely confirm that this vegan pizza is better than any i’ve had in a restaurant 😘 it is a crispy thin-crust delicious pizza base made up from scratch. the tomato sauce is piled on thick and then i topped it with pineapple, tofu “ham” and vegan cheese. let’s talk about this pizza crust for a sec. my homemade pizza crust is like finding gold. the recipe is incredible. soft and fluffy and oh-so-chewy on the inside, crispy on the outside 🙌🏻 #pippinsholidaycontest (recipe in comments)
