Ever since, I started storing cucumbers🥒 and carrots🥕 in an airtight seal container, my husband thinks it's the most amazing thing ever lol 👌
1) Not only they stay fresh for longer
2) Easy Accessible Snack
3) You are not reaching out for naughty snacks. These are as healthy as you can get.

🔻ФЕНИЛЕФРИН: таблетки 💊Терафлю, Риниколд, Ринза и т д.
В составе капель в нос (Полидекса с фенилефрином, Виброцил, Назол и др.), обычно системная биодоступность низкая, однако,  возможны дозозависимые побочные эффекты особенно у групп риска. 
В своей практике нередко сталкиваюсь  с гипертоническими кризами у пожилых на фоне приема сосудосуживающих капель в нос. .

One more week until we are all flying to Germany for Christmas. Sooo much to do, and I have to find the time to make an album of the girls first two years for my parents. That's all they want and my my keeps reminding me every day 😬
. 
Here is a recipe of my delicious Buckwheat Burgers with Green Sause 
INGREDIENTS
200g roasted cooked buckwheat
200g soaked and cooked chickpeas
1 courgette, grated and excess moisture squeezed out 
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
Pinch of chilli powder 
2 tbsp plain flour 
sunflower oil to fry
METHOD
Blend the chickpeas, mix in the cooked, cooled buckwheat  and all the other burger ingredients and pulse 3 x, season and chill for at least 1 hour.
Shape the mixture into patties, brush with oil and cook in a hot skillet for 3 mins each side.

Serve with a nice dip like this Green Sause, made from a mix of 7 herbs, namely parsley, chives, chervil, borage, sorrel, garden cress, and salad burnet, together with 1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight and blended with 3tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp lime juice, 1tbsp acv, 1 tsp nutritional yeast, 1/4 cup oilve oil, see salt and pepper

Goodmorning @swiftfit army (5am club) 👻👽👾! Im always going to preach that the gold standard of all breakfast meals is oatmeal(Complex carbs = long lasting healthy sustainable energy). Heres an incredible recipe by one of my favorite pages:

Easy creamy porridge recipe
1/2 cup porridge oats
1/2 cup hot water 
1 handful raisins
3/4 cup oat milk (you can also use almond, soy, etc, just be sure it's unsweetened)
1 tbsp peanut butter 
pinch of Himalayan salt
In a pan, pour hot water over dry oats and leave for 10 minutes to soak. After that time add the rest of the ingredients, mix well and bring to a boil. Cook for 3-5 minutes until creamy, let cool down a bit before serving

Bu yemeği yapmak için beyaz ve kalın pırasa seçiyoruz.
Pırasaları üç parmak boyunda kesiyoruz,yanlarından tam bir çentik atıp,uzunlamasına ince ince çentiyoruz,tuz ve yarım limon sıkıtığımız kaynar suda 10 dkk haşlayıp süzüyoruz.

I incorporated organic canned butternut squash again to boost the nutrients and vitamins but also added in an egg to up the protein and to get me ready for this week of training. I have also been loving frozen organic fruit so I topped with organic wild blueberries, sliced banana, and pb!! Good luck to those taking finals this week!!!

This make-ahead brekkie can be served warm or cold.  And as per my morning meal mantra, it is absolutely loaded with antioxidants, fibre, healthy fats, and protein.

Quinoa is often referred to as a grain, but it is actually a gluten-free seed.  It is rich in antioxidants, fibre, and vitamins & minerals including magnesium, zinc, and B vitamins.  Quinoa is one of the few plant foods that contains all nine essential amino acids.

Shrimp Tacos with Adobo Slaw ***++***++***++***++
Shrimp 🍤 Ingredients:
✅2T coconut oil
✅2T garlic- minced
✅1.5 lb. wild caught USA shrimp- peeled, deveined, de-pooped, etc.
✅1 tsp chili powder
✅1 tsp smoky paprika
✅1.5 T lime juice
✅Corn Tortillas .
Slaw Ingredients:
✅2C red cabbage- shredded
✅1C @nancysyogurt Greek yogurt
✅1.5 T lime juice
✅3T adobo sauce with 3 of the peppers minced .
Instructions:
1)Heat a large skillet with the oil, once hot add the garlic and stir about 2 minutes then add the shrimp, chili powder, paprika and lime juice. Cook until the shrimp are done.
2)While the shrimp are cooking, combine the cabbage, yogurt, lime juice and adobo sauce/peppers. Stir really well.
3) Heat tortillas and place the slaw and shrimp inside. Eat up! 😊

You know I love eggplant, so any excuse to make it and I’m all about it. ~
Baby eggplant, halved and roasted on parchment (about 30 or so minutes, until tender). I started skin side up and then flipped it about 20 minutes in. ~
Maple tahini sauce:
1/2 lemon
2 tbsp tahini
2 medium garlic cloves, grated
1 tsp maple syrup 
1 tbsp olive oil
Water to blend ~
Pomegranate seeds. Because color. 
Would’ve chopped some fresh herbs over the top if I had them washed and THIS is why we meal prep, people.

Ingredientes: 
250g de frutillas

200ml de agua

1 cucharada sopera de gelatina sin sabor

2 cucharadas soprras de semillas de chia

stevia u otro Edulcorante no artificial (puede ser algún polialcohol como xilitol, yo mezclé de ambos)

Preparación:

Procesar la mitad de las frutillas y la otra mitad picarlas en trocitos. Mezclar todo con el agua (reservar un chorrito de agua para la gelatina) y el endulzante, y llevar 3 minutos al microondas. Disolver la gelatina primero en un chorrito de agua hirviendo y luego incorporar al resto de la mezcla, y volver a llevar un minuto al microondas. Finalmente incorporar las semillas de Chía y dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente. Luego llevar a un recipiente (de vidrio preferentemente) y este a la hadera por al menos dos horas.

Nota: Con esta misma idea puede hacer también mermelada ciruela o durazno. También se puede hacer en una ollita al fuego en vez de usar el micro. .

they do say chicken soup is good for the soul and I’ve gotta say it gave me all the cozy feels, like a warm scarf for your belly🧣
•2 tsp olive oil •2.5 cups @365bywholefoods egg noodles •1 cup chopped carrots 🥕 •1/2 cup chopped celery •8 cups @365bywholefoods low sodium chicken broth (I like using low sodium so I can add my own and have better control; I despiiiiise a super salty soup that has to be watered down!) •1 @365bywholefoods rotisserie chicken, shredded
•2 cloves garlic, chopped •1/4 cup chopped onion •two handfuls @bright_farms local baby spinach •1/2 tsp dried basil •1/2 tsp dried oregano •1 tsp sea salt (or to taste) •1 tablespoon garlic powder • a healthy dash of black pepper when served (can become carcinogenic when cooked at high temps so it’s always best to add it at the end) 
simmer olive oil + veggies for 5-10 minutes 
Boil egg noodles in a separate pot, drain and set aside 
Add in seasoning, chicken, and broth to veggies in stock pot 
Bring to a boil 
Add in egg noodles 
Simmer on medium-low at least 25 minutes, adding spinach during the last 5 minutes 
serve into bowls + top with black pepper

would you believe me if i told you that since going plant-based, i’ve developed a bit of an obsession with pizza? 😋 that’s right, once i cut out dairy and meat, i enjoyed pizza even more! i think it’s a common misbelief: if you go vegan or plant-based, you have to give up everything you love, like pizza. well i am here to tell you, that is far from the truth! you can still enjoy the foods you are familiar with that you love, maybe even more so. pizza feeds the soul in every way imaginable. warm, delicious and everything in between! this 🍕 VEGAN HAWAIIAN PIZZA 🍕 is definitely a game-changer! so many different flavours… sweet, spicy, and savory, coming together to bring this round treasure.// pineapple is one of my favourite fruits ever, it’s between that and avocados. the two are always battling for the number one spot. i asked you guys on my ig story recently if you are pro or anti pineapple pizza and, as expected, the group was divided right down the middle. apparently, pineapple 🍍 is a very polarizing pizza topping! i’m pro-pineapple all the way. i love the sweet and savoury combo of fresh fruit with italian spices and tangy tomato sauce. these pizza is so good that I think it can convert even the most fervent pineapple critic. i remember the very first time i had hawaiian pizza i thought it would taste weird because “who puts fruit on pizza?” then i had it and it blew my freaking mind! 🤯 then i discovered that there’s a debate on this topic. well the debate is over people, pineapple goes on pizza! can you believe that there are some people that don’t agree with this, i don’t understand people lol.// i can absolutely confirm that this vegan pizza is better than any i’ve had in a restaurant 😘 it is a crispy thin-crust delicious pizza base made up from scratch. the tomato sauce is piled on thick and then i topped it with pineapple, tofu “ham” and vegan cheese. let’s talk about this pizza crust for a sec. my homemade pizza crust is like finding gold. the recipe is incredible. soft and fluffy and oh-so-chewy on the inside, crispy on the outside 🙌🏻 #pippinsholidaycontest (recipe in comments)
would you believe me if i told you that since going plant-based, i’ve developed a bit of an obsession with pizza? 😋 that’s right, once i cut out dairy and meat, i enjoyed pizza even more! i think it’s a common misbelief: if you go vegan or plant-based, you have to give up everything you love, like pizza. well i am here to tell you, that is far from the truth! you can still enjoy the foods you are familiar with that you love, maybe even more so. pizza feeds the soul in every way imaginable. warm, delicious and everything in between! this 🍕 VEGAN HAWAIIAN PIZZA 🍕 is definitely a game-changer! so many different flavours… sweet, spicy, and savory, coming together to bring this round treasure.// pineapple is one of my favourite fruits ever, it’s between that and avocados. the two are always battling for the number one spot. i asked you guys on my ig story recently if you are pro or anti pineapple pizza and, as expected, the group was divided right down the middle. apparently, pineapple 🍍 is a very polarizing pizza topping! i’m pro-pineapple all the way. i love the sweet and savoury combo of fresh fruit with italian spices and tangy tomato sauce. these pizza is so good that I think it can convert even the most fervent pineapple critic. i remember the very first time i had hawaiian pizza i thought it would taste weird because “who puts fruit on pizza?” then i had it and it blew my freaking mind! 🤯 then i discovered that there’s a debate on this topic. well the debate is over people, pineapple goes on pizza! can you believe that there are some people that don’t agree with this, i don’t understand people lol.// i can absolutely confirm that this vegan pizza is better than any i’ve had in a restaurant 😘 it is a crispy thin-crust delicious pizza base made up from scratch. the tomato sauce is piled on thick and then i topped it with pineapple, tofu “ham” and vegan cheese. let’s talk about this pizza crust for a sec. my homemade pizza crust is like finding gold. the recipe is incredible. soft and fluffy and oh-so-chewy on the inside, crispy on the outside 🙌🏻 #pippinsholidaycontest  (recipe in comments)

Today for dinner I made fried Latkes (olive oil spray) with scraped potatoes, eggs, a little Spelt flour, minced garlic, scraped onions, black pepper and salt.
I also made a sour dill-garlic paste (5% greek yogurt, sliced dill, minced garlic and salt) and a veggie salad.
The coldness of the yogurt goes amazing with those hot Latkes!

It has been a long time since I've eaten a donut. I tried for the first time to make baked donuts by myself and it's very good I have to say, way better than I thought. They don't has any filling because I didn't want to add more calories and for my opinion, the topping is enough :)
I made a few kinds of toppings, each donut has a different one:

The one that's above: Dark chocolate + Bamba.

Half dark chocolate, half white ganache + roasted minced Pistachios.

White chocolate ganache + dry sugar free cranberry.

Dark chocolate ganache + lines of peanut butter + peanuts m&m.

Dark chocolate ganache + Oreo cookie.

Dark chocolate ganache + little sprinkles.

White chocolate & coffee ganache + lines of dark chocolate ganache.

Ferrero rocher: Dark chocolate ganache + minced salty roasted hazelnuts.

I made a super easy Granola with whole oats, roasted almonds, date honey, sweetener, vanilla, dry coconut and a little coconut oil. I mixed it with 1.5% Yogurt and it's great for breakfast or even as a satisfying sweet snack :) And it doesn't have too many calories like the Granola that you get at the store, which is high in sugar & contains unhealthy fats.
