Jak jste si užili dnešní snídani? Já měla zase "boule za ušima " 😍. Nějakou představu, co bych si dnes dala, jsem včera večer měla, ale všechny smysly a chutě jsem zapojila dnes ráno 😉. Základ stejný, jen jiná kaše s další dobroty si dávám dohromady dle chutí a podle toho, co se k sobě hodí 😊.
40 g jalová kaše Nomina
1/2 půl cuketa
vanilkové kapky Zdravý den
40 g bio pudink Amylon jahoda (ten jsem si po čokoládovém zamilovala)
200 ml sojové mléko Provamel
120 g maliny
110 g Šmakoun švestka a skořice
15 g arašídové máslo Šufánek
15 g dýňové máslo Šufánek (vyzkoušela jsem poprvé a další láska je na světě)

How did you enjoy your breakfast today? I had a "bump over my ears" again. Any idea what I would have given tonight, I had last night, but I had all the senses and tastes involved this morning 😉. The basis is the same, just another slurry with other goodies I put together according to taste and according to what is suitable 😊.

These chocolate protein bars are soooooooo delicious. I was honestly worried about posting the recipe because they are highly addictive ( I ate about 4 yesterday... Woops) 🙈🙈. They are healthy, great for a little energy boost, and will definitely hit the spot.
•2 cups pitted dates
•1-2 tbsp maple syrup (depending how sweet you want them)
•1 scoop @genuinehealth chocolate protein powder
•1/4 @manitobaharvest hemp hearts
•3 tbsp raw cacao powder
•1 tsp @simplyorganicfoods cinnamon
•blend all ingredients in a food processor, form into a ball, roll mixture out between two pieces of parchment paper, top with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and hemp hearts. Store in the fridge for about an hour, cut into slices, and enjoy 😋

Quinoa con verduras salteadas. Feliz almuerzo mi querida healthypeople, por acá les dejo este delicioso y nutritivo almuerzo. Puedes prepararlo con o sin carne de verdad que está de muerte lenta.
Ingredientes (para 2 o 3 porciones): 2 tazas de quinoa cocida, 1 1/2 taza de verduras picaditas, yo use zanahoria, habichuela, alberjas y brócoli. 1/2 taza de cebolla picadita y pimentón picadito, 350 gr carne de cerdo en julianas
Preparación: sonreír la cebolla y el pimentón en un tilín de aceite de coco @amanosaceitedecoco, luego adicionar las verduras y saltear por un par de minutos, luego agregar media cdta de curry, sal y puentes al gusto, finalmente agregar la quinoa mezcla todos los ingredientes y dejar al fuego por un par de minutos mas. Sirve caliente.
