Airfried salmon with zucchini & green pepper

This #airfryer #salmon will be made often, so the recipe needs to be noted down. 
First I took the zucchini and cut it in finger - sized bits, added some kosher salt and 1 tablespoon of EVOO. 
Then I put it in the airfryer, set at 180oC, 15 min. 
In the meantime I prepared the fish - 200g of salmon fillet (I got the tail part, so there would be no bones), I rinsed it, pat dried and cut in 3 pieces, added some salt and powdered smoked paprika.  When the airfryer was nice and preheated with the zucchini remembered I wanted to test the green bell pepper, so cut up a half in fours. When the airfryer had 7 minutes to go I took out the drawer with the zucchini, tossed it around a bit, and placed the salmon skin down in the basket, and the pepper somewhere on the zucchini. 
It all air fried in the remaining 7 minutes. 
Result: 
The fish was nice and juicy, the veggies well done but not overdone! All very very tasty! Total 550 kcal, low carb. 
Powietrzem smażone heh łosoś i cukinia. 
Najpierw pokroiłam cukinię w kawałki wielkości mniej więcej palca, posoliłam i posmarowałam oliwą i wstawiłam do frytkownicy beztłuszczowej na 180oC na 15 minut. 
W czasie kiedy rozgrzewało się urządzenie umyłam, wytarłam i pokroiłam na 3 części 200g  kawałek łososia (kupiłam część od ogona żeby nie było ości), posoliłam, posypałam i wtarłam paprykę wędzoną i przypomniałam sobie że jeszcze papryka miała być, więc rzeczoną pokroiłam. 
Jak frytkownica była już rozgrzana i zostało jej z 7 minut wyjęłam szufladę, wstrząsnęłam cukinią, ułożyłam łososia skórą w dół, dorzuciłam na wierzch cukinii paprykę i wstawiłam z powrotem. 
Wynik: 
Całość upiekła się pięknie. Łosoś wyszedł soczysty, tak samo jak warzywa, które pozostały jędrne ale upieczone w całości. Całość robiła się w jakieś 20 minut, a ma ok 550 kcal. #pyszne

👉🏼 Ingredients.
• 125 grams Thinly sliced beef steak - I used lean hanger steak
• 1/2 tbsp avocado oil
• 1/2 tbsp coconut amino teriyaki version (or use a soy sauce add 1 tsp honey + 1/2 tsp of garlic + ginger powder)
• Pak Choy
• Mixed Mushrooms
• Baby corn
• Snap peas
• Red Chilli

👉🏼 Recipe.
1. Heat a pan on medium high. Add the oil and coconut amino teriyaki sauce.
2. Add the beef. Move around making sure all pieces have slightly browned for 2 minutes.
3. Add the mushrooms, Baby corn and Snap peas.
4. Stir around for a minute. Then add the Pak Choy and sliced red chilli.
5. Remove from the heat and serve.
For extra flavour points:
Add a squeeze of lime juice, season with salt, add some torn coriander leaves and voila magic in 10 minutes.
You can double, quadruple the potions but bear in mind the pan size.

Chia/flax seed.  Top with banana and apple slices, cacao nibs, crushed walnuts, drizzle almond butter, and cinnamon!

Ingredients:
1 can #PureFoods corned beef chilli garlic
1 8g pack #Maggi #MagicSarap seasoning
1 pack Mamasita's Kare kare stew mix
4  cloves #garlic crushed
2 small red #onions chopped
1 small wombok (chinese pechay), cut into half
1 bundle string beans, cut 2" long
2 eggplants, cut diagonally, 1" thick
6 cups water
1 tablespoon Jolly Claro #cooking oil
1 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions:
1. Sauté garlic and onion and add corned beef.
2. Add water, stew mix and peanut butter. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Place the vegetables and seasoning.
4. Simmer until vegetables are cooked.
5. Serve with rice. 😊 *Makes 3 - 5 servings.

Without a doubt my favourite breakfast now. Slimming World friendly pancakes are so easy! I mix 2 eggs, 40g blended oats (HexB), 1/2 tsp baking powder, cinnamon and 4 tbsp fat free Greek yoghurt for mine. Today I had them with chopped pear and defrosted mixed berries, plus my leftover Nestle Kvarg (only like 1/4 of the tub so not worth stunning). It was the one with the chocolate pieces and it’s delicious!

Почему то большинство людей считают что ПП это для качков или для фитоняшек (ненавижу это слово). На самом деле питаться правильно - это всего лишь сохранять баланс белков, жиров и углеводов. Огромная ошибка ограничивать себя в потребляемых калориях. Мучиться голодом и жевать одни овощи. Ведь из-за недостатка необходимых нам элементов мы становимся злыми, раздражительными и в конце-концов несчастными. И что в конечном результате? Вес не уходит, результата нет и ... "Да пошло оно все к черту!" Срываемся и жрем все подряд. Можно жить вкусно, просто и при этом иметь ту форму - которую мы хотим. А точнее, в которой чувствуем себя комфортно. Day 4,5 & 6 C9

I am finding the C9 so easy to stick to. 
This morning I had a breakfast shake made up with coconut milk, vanilla shake and a spoonful of peanut butter. 
Sooooooo yummy 😋 
Then topped off with some high protein granola. 
I am loving having more energy and sleeping through the night. 
It’s amazing how just a few changes to your eating habits can have such a huge impact. 
My husband is doing C9 with me. 
The shakes and supplements are easy to take to work and he looks forward to a big nutritious dinner in the evening. 
So far he’s already lost 6lbs!

I’m off to the gym.

We eat so much in Berlin!
They have vegan food everywhere! I wanna taste that all but first I can’t eat even more because every day I eat like 5-6 times a day many things because i want to dry so much. Even if I wasn’t hungry I eat. 
First day we was in Asian Restaurant.

Vegan Sate-Spieße with Peanut-Chilisauce and Salad decoration.

Yes I had 2 main dishes and the other just one 😅

On the left Sukiyaki Hu: (On picture 5 again)
roasted vegan beef imitation made with soybean protein (picture 7) and tofu (picture 6) Bambus, Asian mushroom, Chinese cabbage, carrots, leek, soysauce and glass noodles.

On the right : Vegan Duck
Fried vegan duck breast made with wheat protein. (picture 4) Serviced with rice in red- curry- coconut milk sauce and vegetables. This main dish was sharp it had 2 from 2 chili’s 🌶 on the card.

LASAÑA DE VERDURAS .
🍅 🌶 🍆 🧀.
INGREDIENTES: Para una bandeja de lasaña como la de la foto (3-4 raciones).
✔️ 1 berenjena.
✔️ 1 pimiento rojo.
✔️ 1 cebolla morada.
✔️ Un cuarto de calabaza butternut (de las alargadas).
✔️ 500 gr tomate triturado troceado.
✔️ Pasta de lasaña integral.
✔️ Queso rallado y queso azul.
✔️ Hierbas provenzales, aove y sal.
PREPARACIÓN:
- Cocinar el tomate a fuego lento con las hierbas provenzales y sal y reservar.
- A la vez en otra cazuela pochar las verduras cortadas en dados también a fuego lento.
- Mientras se prepara el relleno,  hidratar las láminas de lasaña en agua tibia entre 20 y 30 minutos (hacerlo en un recipiente amplio para evitar que se peguen cuando se vayan hidratando).
- Montar la lasaña, para ello comenzaremos poniendo salsa de tomate en el fondo de la bandeja, a continuación las láminas y las verduras. Repetiremos este procedimiento hasta tener todas las capas y colocaremos encima los quesos.
- Meter al horno precalentado a 180 grados entre 20 y 25 minutos gratinando en los últimos minutos...
▶️ Ya tenemos nuestra lasaña lista para cortar y servir. A veces no tenemos mucho tiempo para cocinar, así que es una buena idea hacer de más y congelar lo que sobre en porciones. Cuando vayamos a consumirlo un toque de horno y lista para comer!!! 0 excusas!!!
