This morning’s avocado and scrambled eggs was awesome. I added tumeric, paprika and cumin powder to mine because... flavour. And my eggs had no yolks due to an odd intolerance (I swear I can’t catch a break). 🌈 WEEK ONE over. I only did 6 workouts this week; 6/7 days is a lot for some and probably ample but my brain disagrees. It’s hard to kick this ‘overtraining’ habit of mine, it’s so tempting to do doubles every day.

So happy and content with life right now. Everything between my physical health, mental health, and the way my business is going. I have never been so motivated to keep pushing for more in all 3 of those aspects. If you work hard you will be given greatness. If you sit around wishing for things to happen, but not doing anything about it then absolutely nothing is going to change. I just feel so appreciative and full of so many happy & positive vibes right now lol I can't even begin to explain how thankful I am for everything. Everything is in God's power, do not worry because he is taking care of you and has your entire future laid out. What happens happens. He puts you through hard times to make you work for the good ones and keep your faith in him. Pray just as much during your highs as you do your lows 💓✨
