Have leftover pumpkin seeds from carving a pumpkin or from a pumpkin recipe? Don’t throw them out! Instead try making these HONEY ROASTED PUMPKIN SEED CLUSTERS. I mixed honey and  @vitalfarms pasture raised butter together that smells oh so yummy in the oven! I also added some sea salt to give a little sweet + salty combo because who doesn’t love sweet + salty together?! These are so good on their own or perfect to add to salads! .

Ingredients: roughly 1 cup of pumpkin seeds from pumpkin or store bought, 1 tablespoon @vitalfarms pasture raised butter, 2 tablespoons honey, pinch of sea salt

Directions: Preheat oven to 325F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop seeds from pumpkin and remove stringy parts from the seeds. Rinse seeds in a colander and pat dry with paper towels. Place all seeds onto baking sheet and lay out evenly. Melt butter in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir in honey afterwards. Pour honey + butter mixture all over seeds. Use a spoon to stir seeds on the baking sheet so that all seeds are covered. Sprinkle sea salt all over. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until seeds look crisp and golden brown. Store in an airtight container for a week! Enjoy :)

А вот и мои булочки-тыковки, которые показывала на днях в сториз. Какие же они вышли симпатичные! Я в восторге, семья и друзья тоже 🧡 и хлеб! Хлеб получается такой яркий и красивый, он невероятный 🙌🏻🍞 выложу отдельным постом! Он того заслуживает)) а тот что был в виде большой тыквы....🙈 когда испёкся, световой день для фотографии у меня закончился! И он был тут же поломан и съеден! Честно скажу обалденный!! Рецепт тот же самый что и у булочек, только в него я добавила льняное семя и тыквенное прямо в само тесто! Очень очень всем рекомендую приготовить, не пожалеете 😊 главное - долго вымешивать тесто! Рецепт есть в сохранённых сториз в папке 🍁🍂Autumn🍂🍁 не забудьте добавить в большой хлеб льняное и тыквенные семена!🤗🧡 из данного количества ингредиентов получается 15 булочек и 1 большая буханка хлеба. Не помню говорила или нет в сториз, надрезы делаются по периметру ножницами, ножницы смазываются растительным маслом. 😊

Mis panecillos-calabacitas que hice la semana pasada!! Que ricura de pan, hermoso a la vista y delicioso! Y lo mejor es que no tiene nada de químicos, ni conservantes, porque es caserito 🧡🧡🧡 al pan grande, que era en forma de una calabaza grande (al que no le alcancé a tomar la foto de cuando ya estaba horneado porque se me acabó el día solar para las fotos y se lo comieron🙈), a la masa le añadí semillas de linaza y semillas de calabaza, generosamente! Delicioso!!! Háganlo, con semillas! Queda súper rico, no se van a arrepentir! Lo importante es amasarlo mucho, si no tienen un mixer como el mío, no importa, háganlo con las manos, 15-20 minutos, es importante, así saldrá súper bien 😃 puede ser un plan?! Un fin de semana, no? La receta está en stories guardados en la carpeta 🍁🍂Autumn🍂🍁 o sea de esta cantidad de la masa le salen 15 calabacitas y 1 pan grande. Si tienen dudas, pregunten por acá! Importante! Los cortes se hacen con las tijeras, las puntas se mojan en aceite vegetal para que no se peguen a la masa 🙌🏻

¡Madre del amor hermoso que bueno está esto!🤤. Me encanta celebrar Halloween con mis sobrinos, nunca ha sido costumbre en casa pero con los peques una aprovecha 🤭.

Este hummus de calabaza y ajos asados con garam masala es un auténtico vició. El sabor de las hortalizas asadas se nota en este hummus y se mezcla con las especias y la cremosidad de los garbanzos. Es una forma divertida y sanota de hacer algo divertido para Halloween 🎃.

Para acompañar he hecho estas divertidas tortillas 👻🎃de maíz que van espaciadas y le dan un toque crujiente y sabroso a la mezcla.

📌RECETA:

INGREDIENTES:
.
200 grms de calabaza, 2 ajos, 200 grms de garbanzos, 1/2 cucharada de garam masala, sal, aceite, limón, pimentón, perejil, tortillas de maíz. Pipas calabaza.

Elaboración:
. Asar la calabaza con aceite, ajos,sal y garam masala durante 25’.
Triturar los garbanzos con la calabaza, ajos, aceite un chorro, zumo medio limón, pimentón 1/2 cucharadita.
.
Mezclar el aceite en distintos tarros con pimentón, perejil otro, garam masala otro. Pincelar cada cortilka con su color y hornear 5-6’ a 200 sacar primero las calabazas y gorros y por último hasta que estén oscuros los murciélagos. ¡Disfrutar todo!

October brings mushroom season in all it’s glory to Oregon. I drove 40 minutes to #newseasonsmarket to purchase chanterelle mushrooms. It was the last day the chanterelles were on sale for $7.99 a pound! Normally they are $19.99 a pound and I just can’t bring myself to pay that much for them. I am going to attempt to make a chanterelle, barley, wild rice risotto.

(Please don't be turned off by the horse food looking fiber cereal... Anyone know why it needs to be shaped like that!?)
I promise you it is so so so delicious! And even better, it keeps me satisfied between meals!
Here's what I did:
Mix plain greek yogurt with some vanilla extract and a bit of stevia if you'd like. Then top with a tablespoon of natural apple butter (looove this stuff in yogurt!), some TJ's coconut chips, a shake of cinnamon, and fiber cereal. I used @naturespathorganic smart bran cereal.

E se il ragù di verdure diventasse un condimento per rendere più saporita una frittata cotta al vapore?
Non bisogna rinunciare al sapore per creare piatti leggeri!! Che ne dite di questo piatto semplicissimo?
Abbinatelo ad una porzione di verdura e il pranzo è composto!

Per la frittata a vapore ho utilizzato semplicemente 2 uova sbattute con del prezzemolo e ho cotto per circa 20 minuti.
Per il ragù di verdure: ho fatto cuocere in una pentola con 3 cucchiai di olio metà cipolla, metà carota e 60 g di sedano. Ho aggiunto 400 g di polpa di pomodoro e 100 g di acqua continuando la cottura per 20 minuti! ( con queste dosi ottenete una buona quantità di ragù, che potete conservare e utilizzate per condire anche i vostri primi piatti!)

@Regran_ed from @twospoons.ca -  Ready to devour these BAKED FALAFELS!🌯 If you haven’t tried this recipe yet, it’s a must. I used to think making falafels was so difficult and time consuming. So I just steered clear. But these baked falafels couldn’t be more simple. I just toss all the ingredients into my food processor, roll them into balls and bake for 15 minutes. .

Onto a baking tray, add diced @heckfooduk chicken sausage, sweet-p, 🍠 brussels, beets, + pumpkin 🎃 Drizzle olive oil, oregano, 🌿 allspice, salt + pepper, all over the harvest veggies + sausage & roast in the oven for 15mins. Stir everything around & bake for another 8-15mins until veggies are tender. Remove from the oven & serve. Toss in pumpkin seeds, pecan nuts & for the maple tahini dressing: Combine 4 tbsps tahini + 1 1/2 tbsps maple syrup 🍯 + 1 1/2 tbsps lemon juice 🍋 + 1 garlic clove minced + 2 tsps apple cider vinegar + 1 tsp olive oil + salt + pepper. Blend well till smooth, gradually adding more water if needed, drizzle all over veggies & enjoy!

✨Avocado + Organic Egg on Seeded Toast topped with more Seeds + Chilli Flakes + EVOO

It was an enormous avocado so I mashed the remaining half with some chopped cherry tomatoes, EVOO, lemon juice and chilli flakes as a dip for later on.

It’s officially soup weather🙌🏻 and nothing beats silky smooth bowl of pumpkin soup for me, talking about celebrating the season here and thumbs up for edible bowl as well;) saves on washing up and making the best eating experience 😌
Ingredients
1 medium pumpkin
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
1 medium carrot
80 grams of hazelnuts
1 chilli pepper
5 sprigs of rosemary
5 sage leaves 
3 tbsp of olive oil
vegetable stock to thin it out 1-2 cups
coconut yoghurt to serve
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cut the pumpkin in half, place one half in the oven. This is going to be your edible bowl and it will take about 45 minutes to roast.
Peel and cube the other half.
Peel and roughly chop the onion and carrot. Arrange pumpkin cubes, pieces of onion, carrot, chilli and gloves of garlic (don't peel them just slightly squash them with a knife to release flavour) drizzle with tbsp of olive oil.
Sprinkle everything with sea salt and scatter leaves of the rosemary and sage over.  Place it in the oven for 25 minutes. For the last 15 minutes add the hazelnuts and give it a good mix.
When the veggies are ready remove them from the oven and transfer everything except chilli and your edible bowl to the blender along with 1 cup of stock and 2 tbsp of olive oil to start with. I would recommend chopping roasted chilli and adding the pieces gradually so the level of hotness is up to your liking.
Blend on high so it is completely smooth, add more chilli or more stock if you wish and serve straight away with a dollop of coconut yoghurt.

🍅For example, H doesn’t like raw tomatoes, but A does. I’ll occasionally add a little of what they ‘don’t like’ just to give them exposure and eventually I’m sure they’ll try it and eventually enjoy it..or at least that’s what I’m hoping 😁

Guten Morgen ihr Lieben! - ich habe soeben ein neues Rezept auf meinem Blog hochgeladen 📲 und zwar für dieses herbstliche Süßkartoffel-Granola 🍂. bei mir gibt es schon seit Jahren Haferflocken zum Frühstück, egal ob im Müsli, als Granola auf Joghurt oder Obst oder einfach in Form von Porridge und sind für mich nicht mehr wegzudenken 🙈 am liebsten verwende ich übrigens die Haferflocken von @koelln_deutschland in diesem Fall eine Kombination aus groben und feinen Haferflocken. habt einen schönen Mittwoch 💗

I laughed when Savannah asked me “Did you bake the cake with magic?” This cake was gluten free and I made my own gluten free flour blend in this bad boy. There was also a more rich pistachio buttercream inside the cake.
