Well first day of week 2 and been 100% compliant at work. I'm still not feeling 100% so I've struggled drinking plenty of water but as long as I keep going throughout tonight it's okay. I've had my start weigh in photos for diet bet accepted which is excited and I have 7lbs to lose, which I am hoping to be a doddle.
So this morning I was in too much of a rush for work to write about it, but being 173lbs means I am now at my lowest weight since having my son! This is a huge deal for me as I always seem to get stuck at around 178lbs. If I can lose another 6lbs then I will officially be in a lower stone bracket so I'm super excited about this!! Scrambled egg for tea tonight and then fruit and fat free yoghurt for breakfast tomorrow!!

How do I Get my Legs to Stop Aching? 👌🌺 ____Take a warm bath, and then gently stretch your muscles. If you have pain in the lower part of your leg, try pointing and straightening your toes when sitting or standing. If you have pain in the upper part of your leg, try to bend over and touch your toes. You can do this while sitting on the ground or standing . . . .

昨天10號風球所以迫於無奈休息運動一天,在家放肆地吃,extremely cheat day. 結果今日上磅重到嚇親自己。所以今日的訓練特別hard core,先來HIIT 21 mins, 再來15lvl 斜坡,4速度跑31分鐘。心跳維持在150至160。
再來chest, shoulder, back 4set, 15 repetition. 
最後晚餐吃了雞胸Caesar Salad with vinegar and Crab cake。嘿,晚上開始要做牛牛了。
