For the base:
250g almond flour (use food processor or high speed blender to make this from whole almonds)
3 tbsp coconut flour
6 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

130g pitted cherries 
3-4 tbsp honey
80ml full fat coconut milk
70g coconut oil, melted
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla bean paste

2 eggs room temperature
.
For the glazing: 
7tbsp coconut milk
1-2 tbsp cacao powder
1-2 tbsp honey
.

Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients for the base. Separately, blend the cherries with honey, coconut milk, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar and vanilla until smooth. Add the blended mixture to your dry ingredients, stir to get an even texture. 
Whisk the two eggs until fluffy in a separate bowl. Gently stir into the rest of the ingredients using a spatula. 
Pour the whole mixture into lined and lightly greased springform, preferably round one with 8 inches diameter. 
Bake for 20-25 mins until a cocktail stick comes out clean when testing. Carefully take out from the spring form and leave cake to cool. 
In the mean time prepare the glaze by blending coconut milk, honey and cacao powder. Pour this over your cake and decorate with lots of cherries. .

Ugh migraines. If you suffer from migraines, I feel your pain!

I’ve had migraines since my late teens and they would knock me in my ass!

I got an aura, sensitivity to sound and light, I vomited, I would lay in bed all day.
