Healthy cheesecake.... Yes or No???🤔 It’s a YES for me✨!!! I was skeptical about it but since I’m trying to be healthy and fit I thought I give it a go. 
I have to say that it tasted much better than expected and my kids loved it!

لایه پنیری: 
پنیر ماسکار پونه یا لبنه(من فتا استفاده کردم )یک ق غ پر
ماست یونانی یا سفت دو ق غ

طرزتهیه: 
مواد کراست رو با هم مخلوط کنید  ظرف مورد نظرتون وبا سلفون بپوشانید مواد و بصورت فشرده پهن کنید در یخچال بگذارید تا خودشو بگیره میریم سراغ لایه پنیری 
پودر ژلاتین رو با یک ق غ آب سرد بگذارید روی حرارت غیر مستقیم تا شفاف بشه پنیر و ماست یونانی وعسل و وانیل با هم مخلوط کنید و خوب بزنید تا صاف و یکدست شود حالا ژلاتین حل شده رو اضافه کنید روی کراست بریزید و دوباره در یخچال دو سه ساعت بذارید با  انواع میوه تزیین کنید 🍰🎂 #چیز_کیک_شکلاتی

And since my cousin @mavie.mock isn't living nearby and was so desperate to try it, i promised to bake with her the next time we're together - so that's what we did yesterday 😀

Healthy Berry Cheesecake
Ingredients
Crust:
- 120g ground hazelnuts
- 30g almond flour
- 100g whole wheat flour (or simply use 250g of any ground nuts)
- 100g coconut oil (can sub for butter
- 30g maple syrup
- 1 egg
Cheesecake filling:
- 500g low fat quark
- 225g full fat cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- juice of a half lemon
- 1,5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp almond flour (can sub for any flour)
- 30g maple syrup
- 35g coconut sugar
- optional: berries (I used about 300g frozen raspberries and 150g frozen ribes) 
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Mix all ingredients for the crust in a bowl and spread the dough in with parchment paper lined baking sheet. Push up the dough about 2cm at the border.
3. Put the crust in the oven for 5ish minutes
4. Separate the eggs for the cheesecake filling
5. Combine the egg yolk with all the other ingredients of the filling and beat the egg whites until stiff
6. Fold in the egg whites
7. Fold in berries
8. Pour mixture into cool crust
9. Bake for 60 minutes at 175°C. Cover the cake with aluminum foil after 30 minutes.

Tenía mucho tiempo queriendo hacer este pay de queso en una versión un poco menos gorda y para ser a prueba y error la verdad quedó delicioso. Creo que no le pide nada a la versión original. Les comparto la receta ✨✨✨

INGREDIENTES ⬇️
La base: (la hice de la forma tradicional)
🍓 1 paquete de galletas maria
🍓 1/2 barra de mantequilla

El relleno:
🍓 1/2 litro de queso cottage
🍓 4 cdas de yogurth griego sin azucar
🍓 8 sobres de stevia
🍓 3 huevos
🍓 1 chorrito de vainilla

La mermelada:
🍓 1/2 kg de fresas
🍓 2 o 3 sobrecitos de stevia (solo si las fresas estan un poco acidas)
🍓 El jugo de un limon

PREPARACIÓN ⬇️
✨ Precalentar el horno a 180°
✨Triturar las galletas, agregarle la mantequilla derretida y formar la base al fondo del molde.
✨Hornear la base por 5 minutos. ✨Licuar todos los ingredientes del relleno.
✨Agregar la mezcla a la base y meter al horno por 35-40 minutos.
✨Triturar un poco las fresas, agregar el endulzante y el limon y dejar hervir.
✨Dejar enfriar el pay y despues decorar con la mermelada si así lo desean.

1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 teaspoons salt

Mine definitely cheesecake or chocolate cake 🍫 I can’t choose one of them 😅 👉🏼preheat the Ofen to 160d/300f 🌸crumble 1/2 Energie cake (or any other flapjack) into a 15cm silicon cake form and mix: 🌸500g low fat cream cheese 🌸1 egg 🌸1 package vanilla pudding powder 🌸sweetener of choice and mix up all ingredients👉🏼Fold 75g blubs 👉🏼fill into the cake form 👉🏼sprinkle with chocolate candy or other delicious stuff 👉🏼bake for 40 min and let stay for more 60 min into the off and closed ofen

Ieri non ho pubblicato la colazione, perché non mi piacevano le foto, ma era buonissima, quindi ho intenzione di rifarla in questi giorni, perché ho usato uno yogurt veramente buonissimo, uscito in versione limitata. Oggi invece Cheesecake alla fragola 🍓, ottima per chi ama i sapori molto dolci. Io personalmente preferisco sapori meno dolci, ma era comunque buonissima e ottima come colazione...ma soprattutto velocissima da preparare.

Le dosi sono per 2 porzioni abbondanti.
1°strato (base della cheesecake):
-45gr di Farina d’avena;
-45gr di biscotto granulato @plasmonitalia ;
-110ml di latte amoesseresenzalattosio.
•
2° strato
-250gr di formaggio Quark;
-8 gocce di Stevia misura;
-1/2 cucchiaino di cannella.
•
3° strato:
-130gr di Composta alla fragola 🍓.
•
In un pentolino unire la farina, il biscotto granulato e il latte. Cuocere il composto a fuoco basso finché non comincia ad ingrossare, quindi spegnere il fuoco e trasferirlo nei bicchieri. In una ciotola mettere il formaggio Quasar, la cannella e la Stevia. Girare bene con un cucchiaio fino ad ottenere un composto liscio, quindi trasferirlo nei bicchieri, creando così il secondo strato della nostra cheesecake. Terminare con uno strato di Composta di fragole 🍓. Coprire con della pellicola trasparente e mettere in frigo per qualche ora prima di servire. .

🔃Para un pastel pequeño:

35 gr. panela
30 gr. harina avena
120 gr. queso fresco batido 0%

〰️Primero llenamos de agua hasta un poco menos de la mitad una bandeja de horno. 〰️Introducimos la bandeja con agua al horno para que vaya cogiendo temperatura.
〰️Luego meteremos el recipiente del pastel ahí dentro para que el pastel se haga al baño maría.
〰️Mezclamos yemas, panela y queso.
〰️Por otro lado montamos las claras a punto de nieve.
〰️Incorporamos poco a poco las claras montadas a la otra mezcla que hemos hecho.
〰️Horno a 180 grados unos 20-25 min.

Den müsst Ihr ausprobieren! 
Hier das Rezept für eine kleine 20er Form:
500g Magerquark, 2 Eier, 200g Frischkäse (fettreduziert), Flavdrops Cheesecake, 20g Vanillewhey, 25g Speisestärke, 2EL Mohn und Johannisbeeren. Je nach Süßewunsch noch etwas #xucker
Die Eier trennen, Eiweiß steif schlagen. Die Zutaten bis auf den Mohn und die Beeren vermengen. Teig halbieren. In die erste Hälfte den Mohn unterheben und in die Form geben. In die zweite Hälfte die Johannisbeeren mischen und ebenfalls in die Form geben. 
Bei 160Grad Umluft 40 Minuten backen.

Terzo strato: gelatina di lampone homemade. 
Topping con latte di cocco e fave di cacao sbriciolate.

STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE 🍓 
I have been obsessed with @sw_danielle dessert ideas for so long so tonight I took inspiration from her recent cheesecake posts. (Although I don’t have cute ramekins so jam jars had to do) & I created this little bit of heaven. 🌸 1 rich tea biscuit crushed up (2 syns)
🌸 I had used my HEXA so instead of philly I used strawberry quark. (No idea on syns, can’t be a lot?)
🌸 fresh strawbs on top for speed
🌸 to finish 2 white choc buttons (1 syn) I started grating them because cute then decided I cba so just put it broken up on top😂🤷🏻‍♀️ YUM YUM YUM YUM YUM

Who DOEST WANT CHEESECAKE for breakfast?!?? If you don’t know already I have an obsession with cheesecakes! 🍰 If I could have it everyday I would!! And you want to know what’s even better about it? It’s only 1 point per slice!!!! Say wahhhhhh?!?! Yes that’s right!! I made a few adjustments to @wwpounddropper cheesecake recipe, but you can swipe to see how the ingredients I used!! —————————
1️⃣ Beat 3 eggs with stevia, and vanilla extract until beaten well
2️⃣ In a separate bowl mix 5 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt with the pudding mix 
3️⃣ Combine egg mixture into yogurt mix. Stir until combined well
4️⃣ Lightly spray a pie pan (I believe mine was 12 inches) and pour into the pan evening out the top
5️⃣ Place 1 tbsp chocolate chips around the top of cake
6️⃣ Cook on 375 for 40-45 minutes, depending on pan size! 
7️⃣ Cool in refrigerator in pan overnight. The longer it sits the better it is! .
Tips: -Make sure to run a knife along the edges to avoid any pieces sticking, when cheesecakes sit they shrink down a little and can cause cracking (like mike has a bit) 
I call it cheese cake stretch marks 😆😆
- Use a yogurt low in moisture like Greek yogurt or fage since it’s strained. If you use regular nonfat yogurt like I did, you might have to pay it dry after cooling ——————-

Quand je goûté ce cheesecake pour la première fois je l'ai complètement détester, mais genre VRAIMENT! Mais comme je suis incapable de jeter la nourriture je me suis dis "Bon ben Célia, il va falloir trouver quelque chose à en faire 🤔"
Au début j'ai pensé à tout mettre dans le mixeur pour refaire une espèce de pâte et essayer de faire quelque chose avec ça (ouais bizarre la fille 😂) mais finalement j'en ai remanger un peu. Et puis, plus j'en mangeais et plus je l'aimais !
Au final je l'ai VRAIMENT bien aimé et j'ai tout englouti telle une grosse goulaffre !!
Pour tout vous dire je pense même à en refaire 🙈😂

Par contre je n'oserai pas vous donner la recette, je doute qu'il y ai beaucoup de monde qui l'aimerait 😂 Il faudrait qui j'essaye d'améliorer ça avant 😄

Я не люблю творог в его девственном виде 😆 От слова СОВСЕМ😝 Даже в детстве я ела его только со сгущенкой, а если быть точнее: сгущёнку с творогом 🤭😂 Поэтому различные запеканки и сырники- это мой вариант! И лучше всего, если рецепт будет : смешать, запечь и готово ✅ .

Поэтому ловите наипростейшей рецепт творожной запеканки с бананом.  Смешать все ингредиенты (см второе фото👉🏼) кроме яичных белков (их мы взбиваем с солью  до крепких пиков и аккуратно вмешиваем в конце). Поставить в духовку на пол часа, дать остыть в форме, чтобы запеканка не развалилась. Готово 🙌🏼 .

Энергетическая и питательная ценность рассчитана на втором фото. .

Мой вариант подачи: с натуральным йогуртом,  ягодой и тертой долькой горького шоколада 🤤

Lemon R I C O T T A cheesecake for lunch 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️ Y E S please ! after waiting an hour baking in oven, and hour cooking in oven, and then cooling overnight in fridge, I couldn't resist licking the pan at breakfast already 😄😄😄 I adjusted the recipe so it's a high protein high calcium cake with 7 serves of dairy, and reduced fat and sugar! -

Very simple recipe using ONE mixing bowl and mixer ! I used 250g cream cheese, 500g traditional ricotta, 4 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tbsp plain flour, 3tbsp cornflour, 100g melted butter, 3 tbsp lemon juice (can do with some zest), 1 tsp vanilla essence and 500g greekstyle vanilla yoghurt (instead of sourcream). Mix together one at a time and baked in springform pan at 180c for an hour. Cooled for an hour in oven. Chilled in fridge overnight and dusted with icing sugar and topped with fresh strawberries 👌🏻👌🏻 Delish 😍😍

CHEESE CAKE:
200g dates sugar
200g cream cheese
100g sour cream 
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

CRUST:
400g crushed Unsweetened digestive biscuits 
10 table spoon butter

Mix the crust ingredients and press into the cheesecake pan and bake for 15 min. Blend all the cheesecake ingredients in a food processor then pour over the crust. Bake for one hour in the oven in boiling water bath. Then remove from the over and let it bake in the same boiling water for another hour. Chill for 4 hours and add your favorite topping. .

(English below) Два дня назад было 34 градуса жары, а сегодня 17 и льёт как из ведра😬 Вот такое бельгийское лето! Синоптики сказали, что погода, наконец, выбралась из какого-то капкана. Но кто знает меня, не удивится, узнав, что я безумно рада такой погоде🤗 в период жары, кстати, аппетита почти нет, и мой рацион естественно состоял почти только из растительных продуктов🌱 Поэтому, если десерт, то такой: веганский чизкейк, максимально близкий по вкусу к оригиналу. Подаётся холодным, а из сезонных ягод можно сделать быстрый джем: пробиваем любимые ягоды с сиропом агавы, можно немного уварить. Ловите рецепт! .
Для основы:
- 180г фиников
- 85г овсянки
- 25г орехов
Вымоченные финики выложить в блендер, добавить остальные ингредиенты, немного воды для нужной консистенции. Основа должна быть липкой, ее нужно распределить по дну и краям разъемной формы (у меня 16см).

Для начинки:
- 40г вымоченных в течение 6ч кешью
- 400г плотного тофу
- 100г сиропа агавы (кленового)
- 15г ц/з муки
- 10г кукурузного крахмала
- 150г кокосовых сливок
- Лимонный сок по вкусу
Все ингредиенты смешать в блендере до гладкой массы. Вылить на основу и выпекать 60мин в духовке на водяной бане при 170гр. Остудить и убрать на ночь в холодильник.

L E M O N ~ CHEESECAKE ~ BALLS🍋

1 cup cashews
1 cup desiccated coconut 
1 whole lemon rind
1/2 a lemon juiced
2 tbls rice malt syrup or maple syrup 
Dash of pure vanilla essence (( Add in JP vanilla complete powder for an amazing flavour plus 1more lemon ))
Combine all ingredients into food processor { hand blender works just as good } .
Set mixture aside in fridge to set, roll mixture into desired size balls. .
Coat in desiccated coconut or sesame seeds.

Tip ~ if you keep your hands a little bit wet the mixture is so much easier to roll.

Made some healthy mini cheesecakes, recipe adapted from BBC eat well for less. I didnt use any sugar (subbed more honey) and used coconut yogurt + extra desiccated coconut. Because coconut is life 😍

⠀💡 Сыр Рикотта - это традиционный итальянский сывороточный сыр. Он низкокалориен и содержит мало жиров. В его состав входит уникальный белок альбумин. Это отличный источник полезных веществ, таких как селен, омега-3, омега-6, фосфор и витамин B-12. Он имеет приятный сливочный вкус и нежную текстуру.
⠀А в наших мини-чизкейках даже основа очень полезная - сделана из миндальной муки, кокосового масла, с добавлением необработанного кокосового сахара.

Non so cosa abbia fatto di diverso dal solito ma queste CIAMBELLINE🍩 sono venute soffici e ‘cicciotte’ il doppio rispetto a quelle fatte in precedenza🤩
Probabilmente è perché ho aggiunto più acqua sul fondo della  padella dove li ho cotti ed è come se avessero cotto AL VAPORE.
In effetti, ora che ci penso la consistenza era simile a quella dei panini al vapore cinesi🇨🇳 •

Per fare queste CIAMBELLINE CACAO e CARRUBE ho usato👉🏼 30gr di farina integrale🌾, 8gr di farina di carrube, 2gr di cacao amaro (all’incirca, la mia bilancia manco ce l’ha la sensibilità di 2 grammi😅), 10gr di farina di cocco🥥 , 110ml di albume, pera a dadini🍐,bic+ aceto
*per la COTTURA AL VAPORE➡️ho messo gli stampi di silicone in una padella grande con un dito di acqua sul fondo, ho coperto e lasciato cuocere per circa 15/20min a fiamma bassa

- 1 uovo + 30g di albumi
- 20g farina di cocco #bionaorganic
- 2g di lievito - aroma di vaniglia e se volete dolcificante
Separate il tuorlo dall'albume, aggiungete quest'ultimo ai 30g e monta a neve. In un'altra ciotola unite gli altri ingredienti. Incorporate gli albumi delicatamente. Versate in pirottini adatti alla vaporiera (quelli in silicone vanno benissimo) e cuocete per una ventina di minuti. Una volta pronti e raffreddati, ponete in frigo tutta la notte e al mattino toppate a piacere e pappate!

Made myself a cheeky pumpkin cheesecake mousse type thing (A choice and 2 syns). I say type thing as texturally I'm not sure what it was but I bloody liked it. Блат - 200 гр смляно ленено семе се изсипва в купа с още около 50-60 гр кокосово брашно 
На око сложих разтопено кокосово масло (сложете повече, за да се слепи блата по-добре) , щипка канела и ванилия на прах.
Отново на око (според вкуса) добавих сиропа от петмез (сладко от фурми без захар)>> всичко се разбърква до мокра  смес и се наслагва с лъжица(с натискане ) в тавичка /чашки (по избор) - оставя се да преседи в хладилника докато се прави крема. 
Крем - в купа се изсипва около 175-200 гр обезмаслена извара (аз използвах "Жоси") с още 150 гр кисело мляко (по гъсто , аз използвах 2 %) - всичко се пасира до гладкост , добавя се малко стевия 1 чл с пакетче желатин (разтопен на микровълнова) , кремът се разтила върху блата. Оставя се да преседи възможно най-дълго в хладилник (минимум 4 часа). Заливка - когато кейкът вече е стегнал, в малка купичка разтапяме черен шоколад 85% ,  2 плочици. Добавяме сироп от петмез (2 -3 сл) , 1 сл кисело мляко и 1 чл протеин на прах с шоколад , с лъжица се разнася заливката върху чийзкейка. Може да оставите за още известно време в хладилник или да консумирате веднага. 👌🏼🥧🤗😍

1.5 bananas, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup cashews, 1-2 tbsp honey, optional scoop of @furtherfood collagen

(I used a parchment paper lined 8x4 baking dish. Double recipe for 8x8)
1️⃣process crust ingredients in food processor until combined
2️⃣press crust into lined pan or dish
3️⃣ process banana layer ingredients and spread over crust in pan or dish
4️⃣ freeze overnight
5️⃣remove from pan or dish and cut into squares
6️⃣ dip each square into a bowl with the melted chocolate coating🍫

I used the spicy chocolate flavor for the crust and loved it! The dates made the spice mellow out. You could also use any flavor of @beefreeglutenfree warrior mix!! 🤩

Food Friday is my favourite Instagram day of the week since I ❤️ to cook new keto recipes and of course try them all out!

Be warned: sticking to one piece is extremely difficult 🙆🏼‍♀️ What to use and how to make this beauty ............................. • 18cm springform • 400 gr Softened Cream cheese
• 200 ml Creme fraiche
• 250 ml Cream (unsweetened) • 2 big ripe avocados
• 1.5 Lemons juice 🍋
• 200 Almondflour • 80 gr melted butter • Erythritol/Stevia (to taste)
• 2 teaspoons cacao powder ⬇️
1. Mix the flour, cacao powder, melted butter and little Erythritol/Stevia (as per sweetness preference) to make a dough. 
2. Put this dough mixture into the springform and level it flat and compact using a spoon/ramekin and put the springform in the fridge for 20 mins to cool. 
3. Add the Creme fraiche and cream to a blender, blend well. Then add the avocado's, lemon juice, and depending on your preference no or little Erythritol/Stevia (as per sweetness preference). If you want it more lemony, feel free to add more lemon juice to the mix and mix it well. 
4. Pour this batter into the springform and put the spring form back into the fridge to cool at least for 6-8 hours.
5. Take the cake out and grate some lemon zest on top as a garnish.

From a dietitians point of view, avocado is definitely a super nutritious powerfruit!💪🏻🥑 This green little monster contains healthy unsaturated fats and good amounts of vitamins and minerals such as E, B6, K, folate and potassium! Perfect fit for a low-carb high-fat lifestyle 😉

Buenas tardes 😍 aquí les dejo una nueva receta. Bueno, en realidad les voy a dejar dos 😜, ya que la segunda que voy a compartir va como toppin de la primera. Que tengan un feliz domingo 🤗. Cheesecake vegano de plátano y chocolate : ✏️Ingredientes: 
Para la base:
🔸 10 dátiles
🔸 1 cda de aceite de coco
🔸 3/4 taza de almendras enteras
🔸 1/4 taza de mantequilla de cacahuete @mybodygenius 🔸 Pizca de sal 
Para el relleno:
🔸 2 tazas de anacardos
🔸 3 plátanos
🔸 1/4 taza de mantequilla de cacahuete @mybodygenius 🔸 4 cdas de cacao en polvo puro
🔸 3 cdas de sirope de arce 🔸 2 cdas de aceite de coco 
Toppin:
🔸 Mini tazas de mantequilla de cacahuete y chocolate
🔸 Mantequilla de cacahuete al gusto 
Preparación:
🔹Se dejan los anacardos hidratando en un bol con agua toda la noche.
Se ponen los dátiles en un bol con la cda de aceite de coco y se meten al microondas 15 segundos aproximadamente (para que se ablanden un poco). Se vierten en la licuadora y se licúan junto con las almendras, la mantequilla de cacahuete y la sal. Se pone de base en un molde de tarta desmontable o en mini moldes de cristal como hice yo en esta ocasión. Se escurren los anacardos y se licúan con los plátanos, la mantequilla de cacahuete, el sirope, el cacao en polvo y el aceite de coco. Se pone la masa encima de la base y se pone la tarta en la nevera 10 min. Se sacan las mini tazas de mantequilla de cacahuete y chocolate del congelador y se pican en cuadritos pequeños. Se pone como toppin a la tarta junto con más mantequilla de cacahuete. Listo!
