El desayuno NO es la comida más importante del día. De hecho, yo casi nunca desayuno, aunque si tengo hambre, como algo porque me apetece... Lo cierto es que es la comida que más Le cuesta a la gente hacerlo de manera saludable y elegir alimentos de verdad. Muy comunes excusas del tipo "es que no tengo tiempo", "no me apetece cocinar" (aunque sea algo tan sencillo como hacerse unos huevos revueltos o incluso cocerlos mientras vas haciendo otras cosas) o "es que yo por las mañanas necesito dulce". Pues bien, siguiendo con mi labor de dar ideas y ayudar a crear hábitos saludables para siempre, os traigo otra buena opción para las mañanas o realmente para cuando te apetezca... 😉

El concepto #bolconcosas saludables es siempre una buena idea. En este caso yo me lo he hecho con yogurt griego natural, uvas, chocolate negro del 85%, crema de almendra #sinazucar coco rallado y canela. Una idea super dulce, pero sin azúcar

- هرست الحمص بشوكه او هراسه البطاط،  خلطته مع باقي المقادير. مسحت التوست الاسمر بحمص و حشيته بالخلطه و الجرجير او الخس

1/2  canned chickpeas, drained + rinsed,  celery chopped,  shredded carrots, chopped red bell pepper
 chopped pickle ,1/2  mayonnaise vegan ,1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp yellow mustard, dried dill  salt & pepper ,TSP unsalted roasted sunflower seeds
2 TBSP fresh chopped basil

FOR THE SANDWICH:
multi-grain sandwich bread
arugula or romaine lettuce
hummus
- drain and rinse chickpeas. mash with a fork or a potato masher. - mix with the rest of ingredients. - spread hummus on multi grain bread.add the chickpeas mix and arugula or lettuce. 
Salad : 
Arugula,  apple,  peacan,  goat cheese. 
Dressing : 
Tbs lemon juice,  tsp olive oil,  1/2 tsp honey,  tsp cider vinegar,  salt and pepper.

300ml @vitacocoeu coconut milk
3/4 cup jumbo oats
1 tsp @thechiaco chia seeds
1 tsp maca powder
1 scoop vanilla protein
1/4 tsp rose water
1/2 tbsp wheatgrass powder
1/4 tsp beetroot powder
mixed nuts, berries, banana and hemp seeds

Method
Measure out the coconut milk and warm in a microwave for 1.5 mins. Then put the protein power, maca and wheatgrass into a blending cup and blend it to creat the froth. Pour it into a pan and then add the oats and chia seeds and rose water. Mix until gets thicker and then add your toppings! This combo worked amazingggg together, highly recommend😁 enjoy😘♥️

Usando el sobrante de la masa de estrella azul del último post, y añadiendo estos ingredientes:
.
⬆️INGREDIENTES:
➖100grs de claras
➖2cucharadas queso batido 0% ➖Esencia de vainilla
➖1cucharada de aceite de coco de @lifepro_oficial ➖2cucharadas de muesli ➖2cucharadas de harina de avena sabor vainilla de @lifepro_oficial
➖1cucharada de levadura

👩‍🍳PROCEDIMIENTO:
✔️Coges los bordes del bizcocho que sobró, añades los ingredientes de arriba (menos el muesli) y lo bates bien.
✔️Pones en los moldes y espolvoreas un poco de muesli por encima.
✔️Metes al horno 20min a 180°C.
✔️Pasado el tiempo lo dejas dentro un rato para que no se bajes.
✔️Sacar del horno un poco más de muesli por encima y.....listo!!!!

Oggi giornata super organizzata 📝 e piena: stamattina dentista 👨🏼‍⚕️ e igiene 😖, commissioni (tra cui spesa 😏🛒🛍), pranzo (comprende la digestione, quindi calma 💆🏻‍♀️), palestra e poi mi preparo per partire per Siena 🤩
Mentre rifletto se farmi anestetizzare 💉 o meno dal dentista (😂), vi lascio la ricetta di questa mini-cheescake 🍓🍰
Base: due fette biscottate integrali sbriciolate, due datteri Medjoul frullati, un goccio di caffè ☕️

Il latte di kefir è un alimento fermentato a base di latte fresco ricavato dall'azione fermentativa di ceppi batterici e lieviti (Acetobacter, Lactobacillus Lactococcus e Leuconostoc, mentre tra i lieviti si distinguono i generi: Candida, Kluyveromyces e Saccharomyces). Si tratta di un latticino poiché, nonostante l'azione microbica, contiene ancora circa il 60-70% del lattosio originario, ma può essere tollerato anche dagli intolleranti al lattosio grazie alla sua fermentazione e acidità.
Essendo un latticino contiene proteine ad alto valore biologico, lipidi prevalentemente saturi, e pochi carboidrati semplici.
Per quanto riguarda le vitamine, possono essere comparate a quelle dello yogurt, quindi vitamina A, vitamina D, e risultano essere maggiori le vitamine del gruppo B: riboflavina (vit. B2), cobalamina (vit. B12), niacina (vit. PP), tiamina (vit. B1), acido pantotenico (vit. B5), piridossina (vit. B6), antiemorragica (vit. K), acido folico. La loro concentrazione cresce all'aumentare dei tempi di fermentazione.

The most delicious post workout smoothie: I soaked 2 dates, 6 almonds, 6 cashew nuts, 4 pecan nuts, 2 Brazilian nuts, and chia seeds in water before I left for my run. When I came back, I mixed everything together with coconut water and added a banana and pineapple cubes to the mix.

Parfait pour bien démarrer la journée et être bien calé jusqu’à midi. Très rapide à préparer, on peut le cuire 4 minutes au micro-ondes (pour les pressés) ou 15 minutes à 180 degrés. 👩‍🍳 La recette
50 g de farine d’avoine goût vanille (ou son d’avoine ou flocons d’avoine mixés)
1 œuf 
1/2 pomme râpée 
50 g de purée de pommes ssa
100 g de fromage blanc 0%
1 CC de levure 
On mélange tous les ingrédients, on rajoute quelques noisettes (ou autres ou rien) et un peu de pomme râpée et on place la préparation soit dans un grand bol (pour une cuisson au micro-ondes) soit dans un petit moule pour la version four. J’ai rajouté un filet de caramel syrup (0 kcal) sur le dessus pour encore plus de gourmandise 😋
