122 calories and 7.2 gr protein per slice of Chocolate Apricot Protein Banana Bread. 
Yes I’ve been on a protein banana bread kick lately - keeps me full long into lunch hour and still feels like a yummy treat. Also chocolate+apricot is apparently a winner!
PS. Makes a small-ish loaf for one person’s breakfasts (me!). If you want a big loaf for the fam, double it up and make sure to bake in a 9x5!

Wet ingredients:
- 2 large spotty bananas mashed (260 gr)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt (I did full fat Fage - 56 gr)
Dry ingredients:
- 3/4 cup wheat flour (I did white whole wheat - 90 gr)
- 1 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (36 gr)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (12 gr)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon optional (Yes I love cinnamon and chocolate!)
Mix-ins:
- 1/4 cup chopped dried apricot or other dried fruit (40 gr)
- 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips (14 gr)

Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment and spray with oil. Combine all wet and dry separately. Pour dry into wet and fold until just combined. Fold in apricots and chocolate. Transfer to loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes until fully baked in the center. Cool on a wire rack. Makes 8 thick slices. E stamattina altro esperimento, una semi cheesecake con banana e cioccolato fondente.. Un insieme di gusti veramente ben riuscito!!
RICETTA:
1° STRATO:
20 gr di Fiocchi di avena cotti in 60 ml di acqua
2 fette biscottate integrali sbriciolate
--> unire i due ingredienti con un cucchiaino di miele

2° STRATO:
150 gr di yogurt greco 0% di grassi (al quale io ho aggiunto un cucchiaino di miele, ma è facoltativo)

3° STRATO:
1 banana
1 quadretto di cioccolato fondente
o
1 cucchiaino di cacao amaro
--> schiacciare la banana, unire il cioccolato fondente o il cacao e mettere per qualche secondo nel microonde (finché il cioccolato non si scioglie)

Riempire un cilindro con diametro di 8-10 cm con i vari strati (io non avevo niente do simile e quindi ho ritagliato la confezione di plastica di uno yogurt).
Lasciare riposare un'intera notte in frigo.
La mattina seguente mangiare con gusto il tutto.. Sono certa che non vi deluderà 😍🤤

Dosi per una torta da 16cm Ø.
Per la torta:
-100gr di farina d’avena integrale @prozisitalia ;
-150gr di purea di mele;
-150gr di albumi;
-70gr di yogurt gusto Strudel @milasuedtirol (potete sostituirlo con yogurt alla vaniglia);
-1 cucchiaino di lievito istantaneo.
Per il cuore cremoso:
-50gr di yogurt gusto Strudel (o yogurt alla vaniglia);
-scaglie di cioccolato fondente @perugina .
•
Montare gli albumi. Setacciare la farina insieme al lievito, quindi aggiungere la purea di mele (mele frullate), lo yogurt e un po’ degli albumi montati. Amalgamare bene, quindi aggiungere delicatamente, con movimenti dal basso verso l’alto, i restanti albumi. Trasferire gran parte del composto in una teglia da 16cm Ø, aggiungere lo yogurt e la cioccolata nel centro, ricoprire con il composto rimanente e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 30 minuti. Spolverizzare con zucchero a velo (opzionale) e decorare con frutta fresca (opzionale).

🌈 DRINK WATER. Whenever I get busy, the first thing to “go” is my water intake. While coffee keeps me focused, water keeps me HEALTHY!

Today marks my 6th year as a vegan 🙉 
I have always made decisions quite intuitively and switching to a vegan lifestyle is by far my best intuitive decision to date. I hadn’t seen any of the documentaries and there wasn’t much of a vegan community on youtube yet. But i just remembered having this deeper part of myself nudging me away from meat and dairy. My body was clearly communicating with me that it didn’t digest those foods well, so I listened. Only a few months after did i start researching into the benefits health-wise and the ethical/ecological side of it. Reading and watching those things is what really sealed the deal for me and made me realise there was no way I was ever going to go back to eating meat. ❤️
If you are still on the fence about switching to a more plantbased lifestyle i highly recommend watching the documentary Earthlings. This is the first one i had ever watched and it really broke open my heart and made me realise what a cruel industry the meat/dairy industry is. I would also recommend watching the Best Speech Ever on youtube and the documentary Cowspiracy 🙏🏼

Mash the banana, mix with eggs and you’ve got a super delicious pancake without flour in 3-5 minutes. 
I prefer 1 spoon of honey and lots of cinnamon on top. If I was bulking I’d add peanut butter too 😀

Little bit naughty and a little bit nice hehe. -

INGREDIENTS:

40g @bulkpowders_uk coconut oil

100g dark chocolate orange

10g agave

50g @bulkpowders_uk dried cranberries

50g @bulkpowders_uk crushed walnuts

30g crushed biscuits OR for a lil extra protein crush up a @bulkpowders_uk macro munch bar 🤷🏽‍♀️👏🏼 .

This made 9 small tiffin bites for me so double the mixture if you want big chunky ones!!!! .

METHOD:

Melt the coconut oil and chocolate in a microwave. Then add in the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Now pour into a lined tray/tin and spread evenly. Put in the fridge for up to 2 hours to set. CUT AND ENJOY 💕👏🏼 @_emilysworld

👩‍🍳PROCEDIMIENTO:
✔Mezclamos las harinas y el bicarbonato en un bol y en otro batimos los huevos, las claras, la esencia de vainilla y el aceite de coco
✔Integramos los ingredientes húmedos en los secos y amasamos hasta tener una masa espesa.
✔Separamos en 2boles.
✔BOL 1: incorporamos la proteína de vainilla.
✔BOL 2: derretimos el chocolate y lo incorporamos, también el cacao en polvo y la proteína de chocolate.
✔Vamos cogiendo un trocito de masa de vainilla y encima ponemos masa de chocolate y encima otra vez vainilla, como si fuera un sándwich ✔Hacemos bolitas y las aplastamos dando la forma a la galleta ✔Aprovechamos para precalentar el horno a 200°C.
✔Vamos colocando las galletas en la bandeja del horno sobre un papel vegetal y con ayuda de la mano lo aplastamos un poco más
✔Metemos la bandeja en el horno durante unos 15min a 180ºC y listo!

Pere e cioccolato un abbinamento perfetto...un tortino semplice ..soliti ingredienti. Cosa aggiungere per rendere tutto ancora più goloso? Granella di pistacchio in superficie..🤩
Ecco la ricetta:
•40gr di farina di avena
•8gr di cacao amaro •4gr di lievito •100ml di albume
•20ml di latte scremato •40gr di yogurt greco 0%
•Una pera 
Mescolare prima gli ingredienti secchi...aggiungere man mano tutti gli altri lasciando alla fine la pera a pezzetti...versare in un recipiente da microonde e cuore a 650w per 6’ (o in forno statico a 180gradi per 15’/20’)
Completare con granella di pistacchi ❣️

📝BIZCOCHO DE LIMÓN/LEMON CAKE:
➡Ingredientes:
↪2 huevos.
↪3 claras.
↪Ralladura de un limón y jugo de medio.
↪4 cucharadas de aceite.
↪150gr de harina de arroz.
↪1 yogur.
↪5-6 dátiles medjoul.
↪Medio sobre de levadura.
➡Preparación:
↪Ponemos los dátiles a remojo 15 minutos en agua caliente, los escurrimos y los batimos con el yogur.
↪Mezclamos todos los ingredientes y vertemos la mezcla en el molde.
↪Horneamos durante 35 minutos en el horno precalentado a 180°C.

↪4 tbls of extra virgin olive oil.
↪150gr of rice flour.
↪1 yogurt.
↪5-6 dates.
↪1/2 packet of baking powder.
➡Directions:
↪Soak dates in hot water, drain them and process them with the yogurt using a blender.
↪Mix all the ingredients and pour the mixtue into a cake mold.
↪Bake for 35 minutes on a preheated oven at 180°C.
