Not exactly pretty but OMG it taste so good. High Protein, low card, low sugar pancakes. I have come a long way from the way I used to make pancakes. All the daily little changes adds up to big transformation which you see years later. Dont know why I am done making and eating breakfast by 7am. Time to LIFT, happy Sunday friends. So here the case is quite different. One of our clients lost 8 kgs in 2.5 months, not a big deal right? But for us it is. Three weeks post op and this week I did a full week of work, blogging every night and an event on each weekend day. Today I found myself running to the bathroom throwing up, spotting, nauseous, headaches and feeling like I was having a horrible endo attack. But it shouldn’t be endo because I just had a lap, right? But she did have to - as always - leave my andonomyosis in my uterus. But I triggered myself. I didn’t let myself continue to recover and breathe, relax, rest. I, as so many women are, am always eager to make sure I do everything! I suffer major fomo and believe so much in my ambitions and goals that I forget I can’t achieve them if my only vehicle isn’t at full capacity - me! So now, I’m curled up in bed, drinking a tea and watching full house reruns. Sometimes that’s all self love is. Thank you body for the reminder that I need to be mindful ✨

My 30 day “Water Closet” challenge has begun! Named after my sacred spot.... my bedroom closet, where I’ll start giving daily reports for accountability! And yes I’m familiar with what water closet means in other English speaking countries 😜 30 days of 60oz minimum water for me. Goal, transform my health starting with water because our bodies are made up of 70 percent water. It only makes sense to begin there. I’m not changing anything else. I just want to see what hydration does! Day 1 is in the books! 60 oz today. 💧

This is me ✨ I’ve been learning about the close relationship between #endometriosis & #ibs and how these effect mental health. ✨ In the last two years, I have gone from a strong country woman to someone who had struggled to get out of bed at her lowest...due to severe pain and fatigue. ✨ Recently I read an article about #endodiet . The one thing I’ve noticed is that EVERY FOOD ALLERGY I’ve been learning to cater for in the last 12 months... it’s on the Endometriosis Diet foods to avoid. ✨ The one thing I’m learning to appreciate is the journey of learning, the growth and development, and finally getting somewhere with identifying my health issues. They say it takes SEVEN YEARS on average for a health condition such as endo to be diagnosed. ✨ Life is about the journey. Accepting the challenges as they come. There will be many UPS and DOWNS. ✨ If you know someone who has been struggling with Endometriosis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or whatever else it may be... please remind them they are loved, and that health is a journey. This puts you at increased risk of problems not only with weight but ‘numerous’ health disorders. * EMOTIONAL health is fundamental in all aspects of health and achieving ones ideal body weight.

The gift that is life. ✖️ Don't let it take a health crisis to wake you up to make changes to your lifestyle... especially if you know that what you are doing needs to be changed. Life is a gift. Your body is a gift. Symptoms and the things that upset you or frustrate you act as a voice, to let you know if it is happy or not. It is up to you to take the necessary action and act on them. The things you dislike the most, are simply indications to eat, drink, move, rest, believe, perceive and act in a new way. Live each day with intent and awareness to the fact that life is a gift and your body and the way it communicates with you will reveal what you need. When you treat it accordingly you live a life that not only looks good but feels good from within ..(symptom/dislike free!). Exercising, eating right and having the ability to take charge of our health is a gift we have been given and one that we should be thankful for everyday.
