I have been amazingly lucky that since April and being allowed to travel abroad again I have been able to do just that - I’ve caught the traveling bug again (I’m not sure I ever really lost it) and feel like I have a bit of catching up to do... 🛫💕
Travelling post transplant can have a different set of considerations though and one of them is most definitely food💭🍽. For one the language barrier means I have to be extra careful when buying of ordering food - it’s simply not as easy to check on specifics, either in shops or in a restaurant and while most people are as helpful as they can be the reality is it’s my responsibility and my risk.
I print and carry a list of my food limitations, outlining the reason, in the language of anywhere I travel and familiarise myself with ingredients I need to avoid...@google is obviously also a huge help with translation and working out what a dish might contain!
And so while I try as much as I possibly can to stick within the limits and suggestions of dieticians it is probably on holiday that it’s the hardest. I’m not saying I suddenly tuck into juicy rare steaks, delicious looking blue cheeses from random deli counters or choose eggs at breakfast but I do sometimes have to be a little more flexible 🤷🏻‍♀️
Despite this, with careful selection and occasionally the decision to leave something on my plate if not 100% sure, you can definitely still really enjoy food on your adventures and I definitely plan on doing so a whole lot more! 🍴🌍

Matcha is a type of green tea made by taking young tea leaves and grinding them into a bright green powder. The powder is then whisked with hot water. This is different from regular green tea, where the leaves are infused in water, then removed. Drinking brewed green tea has been compared to boiling spinach, throwing the spinach away and drinking the water. You get some nutrients but are throwing out the best part. With Matcha You're getting all the goods! 
Matcha contains a class of antioxidants called catechins. Therefore Matcha is believed to have cancer-fighting effects on the body. Studies have linked green tea to a variety of health benefits; helping to prevent heart disease, type 2 diabetes and cancer, and even encouraging weight loss. Matcha is even less studied than brewed green tea, but considering Matcha is a type of green tea and population studies have shown positive effects for those drinking green tea. I would consider Matcha to be equally as beneficial, if not more so. But there have not been studies to prove this claim.

In 2014 there were controlled trials that reported that when people drank tea—especially green tea—for 12 weeks, their blood pressure dropped significantly. A 2011 study reported that drinking green tea appeared to be linked with lower levels of bad LDL cholesterol, but more research is needed.

Крем
🥑105г. мягкого обезжиренного творога
🥑90г. обезжиренного творога из брикета
🥑3г. фитпарада
🥑Банан
Смешать муку, разрыхлитель и сахзам, добавить яйца и кефир. Взбить блендером. Выпекать блинчики без масла. Для крема взбить 2 вида творога и сахзам блендером. Смазывать блинчики творожным кремом, укладывать сверху банан. Приятного аппетита😊

Замесить тесто, оно получится эластичное! Убрать в холодильник на 20 минут! Затем - можно раскатать скалкой, я прямо руками в форме распределила тесто и сделала бортики примерно 2 см! Запекать в духовке при температуре 180 градусов 5 минут
✔️Для творожной начинки:
✔️390гр.мягкого творога ✔️1яйцо
✔️10гр.кукурузного крахмала
✔️4гр.подсластителя
Все перемешать! Выложить на основу, температуру духовки убавить до 170 градусов и запекать чизкейк примерно 45 час,пока не застынет творожная масса, все зависит от Вашей духовки! Полностью охладить чизкейк в холодильнике! Украсить клубникой или другими сезонными ягодами!

Хочу поделиться с вами рецептом вкусной и быстрой творожной запеканки без муки,сахара и масла.
Нам понадобится:📝
🔸300 г. творога (от 5%)
🔸2 яйца
🔸2 ст.л. мака
🔸2 ст.л. манки из ТСП (твердых сортов пшеницы)
🔸3 ст.л. сиропа агавы или меда или любого другого подсластителя на ваш вкус
🔸1 ч.л. ванильного экстракта
🔸Яблочки 🍎🍏(опционально) 
Готовим:
Смешиваем творог с яйцами, добавляем мак,манку,сироп и ваниль.Яблочки очищаем от кожуры,режем кубиками и добавляем в творожную смесь.Перекладываем в форму.Сверху выкладываем нарезанные дольками яблочки и выпекаем в духовке при температуре 180°C 40-50 минут. Приятного аппетита ☕ 🍴

Sorry for the three day hiatus guys, I was out of town and didn’t have the ability to create my morning bowl

Today’s star ingredient is Grapefruit!! C: •1 cup of a frozen strawberry, mango, papaya mix•1 small banana•the juice from half of a medium sized grapefruit•1/2 of a mango• — and then I added in the usual nutrition boosters, —2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed which is one serving, 1 tablespoon chia seed, which is also one serving and my one scoop of plant based protein powder. ~BLEND~ - the consistency was a dream, super thick and smooth and yummy 😌

Toppings: 
Just the basics I suppose, •1 1/2 tablespoons of hemp seeds•2 tablespoons pumpkin/flax granola•1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds• and the other half of a left over peach from a few days ago• 
I miss having berry smoothies so I think I’ll be picking some bags of raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc for next week. 
Maybe even some cashews and other nutrition boosters. 🤔 lol 
Regardless this bowl was super delicious.

👉 Come vedete dalla foto è semplice da preparare , leggero e buono , ovviamente le dosi sono per la mia persona , voi potete adattarla alle vostre esigenze , basta mescolare in un pentolino antiaderente fiocchi d'avena , farina , stevia o aroma , aggiungere il latte scremato e l'acqua , cuocete a fiamma bassa finché non si addensa , mescolate sempre , una volta raffreddato aggiungete lo yogurt e mescolate , aggiungete il topping che preferite tra crema spalmabile bio, burro di arachidi o frutta secca e fresca.
