When I first heard people talk about their higher self, I thought how lucky they knew how to receive some crazy magic from the Universe that I didn’t understand how to tap into.  It all sounded so mystical and completely out of my league.

I believed they must know something I didn't.

It played into my story of being less than.

Which played into me being in victim mode.

A victim to my body and all the pain I carried.

Now I realize that there is no higher self

You are already your higher self.

It’s less about attaining something you do not have and more about releasing everything that is in the way of you feeling connected and grounded in your BEing.

One of the reasons I focus on my food choices and my personal development is because I love the feeling of being limitless. And when you are stuck in fatigue, pain, and addiction, it can feel difficult to live a full life.

It’s like having a fog surrounding you at all time - a haze over the person you are.

Whatever you desire for yourself, it is already possible. 
Instead of forcing or pushing, you clear the foods that leave you feeling like crap, relationships that drain you, and clear your energetic fields so then you breathe new life into them with high vibrational options instead.

I went to the farmers’ market today - such a big variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, cheese, and fish! I didn’t know what to choose! Picking the right fruits and vegetables is not hard, you just need to know some tips. And here I am you help you. 😊
🍇Buy seasonal and local.
🍋Use your senses to pick good fruits and vegetables at the grocery store or farmers’ market. the smell, touch, and look of the fruits and vegetables are very important to determine if you get something ripe, delicious or sour, unripe or bland.
🥕Check the stem of the fruits, if of course, they have any. A green stem with ripe fruit is the best combination you can find.  A green stem with very hard fruit possibly means that the fruit was picked early and will possibly become mealy when ripened. A shriveled dry stem signifies that the fruit was picked a long ago and lacks flavor and texture of the fresh fruit.
🥦Select fruits and vegetables from open storage boxes and not in bulk bags, boxes or packed.
