Many gains, skills and breakthroughs have been unlocked at the den by our entire squad. In the early BARLIONZ days before teaching, we were just a bunch of like minded mates training and elevating together. This was our breeding ground. Rain hail or shine we would rock up in full with 15+ of us going ham in the dark. The energy was electric, raw and contagious. And that’s what the mind is - it’s a story teller.
So , play with your stories, run through them often, ask yourself if you still like them and if you don’t - change them.
