A lovely lady was telling me how tired and down she felt recently and how old she looked with all her wrinkles adding ‘WelI I am 55 so what can I expect...’ ➰Unchecked - it’s our modern lifestyle that makes us look and feel old prematurely. .
➰If we don’t address the stress levels and treat our bodies more kindly then it’s going to show major signs of wear and tear. .
➰Smoke and you’re going to have a shit tonne more wrinkles. 🍷 too much you’re also going to age waaaay quicker and feel sluggish as your liver tries to detox the alcohol rather than process your hormones and detox other things from the environmental pollutants. .
➰A wholistic approach to our health is best for us ALL. It was the only thing that turned my life around ~15 yrs ago. I feel better than I did when I was stressed out and depressed and self-medicating with alcohol. .
➰It took courage and determination and help from various health professionals but the bottom line was it came down to me and my choices, just as it does with you and yours. .
➰Are you going to keep using the same old excuses- like it’s ‘too expensive’ to see a Naturopath, ‘Meditation isn’t for me’; ‘I tried to stop smoking and it didn’t work,’ etc, etc. .
➰With love, I call bullshit. If you want to change badly enough you’ll do it. .
➰Call if you want help with this. I’ve got your back. You can do this and not age in the way you thought you would. You can slow the process down!

When we’re actually committed to great love we understand the importance of vetting a potential new love partner properly BEFORE making a full hearted commitment.
Dating is the phase of time you’re GETTING TO KNOW SOMEONE.
You’re getting to know them to see if there’s legitimately enough alignment to Co-create excellence with this human.
However, when we prematurely jump into relationships without proper pre-game assessment we often end up dealing with yet another “failed” love story.
I’m a big fan of the perspective no relationship is ever a waste of time or failure if it enhances our perspective, alignment with self and directs us closer to optimal relating in the future...in other words we learn from it.
And there is also something to be said about choosing people who you don’t have to repeat old pain patterns with because we’ve done our inner work first. Meaning they love from a full place, and it aligns with the ways you’ve learned to love from your full place.
That creates ease. Understanding. Space for truth. Space for Co-creating. Space for true love.
But we don’t just arrive here magically one day.
It takes effort to meet yourself fully. You gotta face your shit. Meet your demons. Bravely wild the unhealed hurts in your heart that interfere with your ability to see new possibilities. Do the work to bring down the walls that guard against feeling the depths of old unintegrated pain and step into building boundaried bridges of self-awareness, self-worth, self-care and self-love so the people who are equipped to love you have space to enter the sacred garden of your heart.
Stepping over pain may seem like an effective strategy short term, but long term it seriously messes with your ability to relate powerfully from a healthy integrated place.
Leap frogging into a new relationship to avoid discomfort doesn’t set you up for success, it just helps you avoid the pieces you need to meet to love and be loved fully.
Avoiding yourself is a great way to ensure you stay hooked on people who can never fully meet you.
So instead of complaining make a change.
Learn to love you. Meet yourself fully. Let true love find its home in you.

If you asked me a few months ago that a gluten-free diet is the cure to my chronic eczema skin condition, I would probably laugh at you. But, allow me to say that this was life-changing!
