To me the perfect breakfast is a big bowl of nourishing and fresh fruits 🍊🍈🍉🍏🍇🍌🍎 Don't be afraid of the sugar in fruits. Some people think that it could make you fat but that's not true! Your body and your cells love fruits. They always make me feel full of energy and vitality 😄I also ate a little bit of gingerbread granola (recipe from @naturally_nina_). Remember that you are what you eat, so choose wisely the foods that you put into your body. Fueling your body with the right nutrients is key to happiness. Your body is your vehicle and food is the fuel that your vehicle needs. Vegetables and fruits will make you feel vibrant, food can even affect your emotional state. If you don't believe me, go ahead and try it yourself. You are going to live in this body for the rest of your life, so treat it as the sacred temple that it is.
TGIF...my plans this weekend are a little scattered ( we’ll get it together) but for the most part I know I want to work from inspired space and bang out a few online courses for you guy. Plus it would help for us to get to know one another a little better! Any else have exciting plans?

🌱😍 So often I hear "but vegan food is boring" or "vegan food is so limited". ...Really?! There's over 80,000 edible plants, so literally trillions of possible combinations.
Usually the problem is just not knowing *what* else to eat. Pick up a few quality vegan cookbooks and find some simple recipes, and you’ll form new habits really quickly. After going vegan (6 years ago) I discovered so many new tastes and amazing foods that I'd never even heard of before.

Just proof that you can find vegan food anywhere. Pretty sure I've posted this plate before. I was talking about my food anxiety when eating out. I used to get so panicked that I couldn't eat at restaurants with my family or friends because no one eats the way I do, but now I think of it as a "make vegan" work anywhere challenge.
