What I eat in a day post is coming soon but in the meantime I had to share my homemade chopped salad because it tastes so yummy! Ingredients include: corn • romaine • mushrooms • chick peas • chili beans • carrots • tomato • sun dried tomato • cabbage • broccoli slaw • wasabi peas • avocado • and for dressing I used Kens lite Asian vinaigrette #rawveganmeals#eatmoreraw#plantbased#vegan#hclf
One thing I always do on the weekend is going to my local farmers market.
As much as I love my avocado on toast it’s important to acknowledge that avocado is not a local food here in Germany. And with fall knocking on our door we should open our doors to local and seasonal produce<3
This root veggie soup is made with locally grown carrots | celeriac | beetroot | purple potatoes | onion | kohlrabi and kale<3

There is a Chinese proverb that says: “He who takes medications and neglects his food wastes the skill of his doctor.”
It is important for you to do your part, too.
If you really wish to kick-start your health start looking into what you put in your mouth each day.
As you know, my sister and I work very hard to teach people the right nutrition and lifestyle to heal themselves from their diseases, but the distressing fact is, a lot of people are not getting better.
We have people come to us who eat “healthy” (either following paleo diet, keto diet, frutarian diet, wholefood plant based diet and YET are not healing because there is always something MISSING or they are doing something wrong.
By observing our clients on a DAILY basis, we can target EXACTLY what is going wrong and help them conquer the habits, thoughts, and foods that are keeping them from the life they want to live, free of pain and illness.
Our greatest hope for you is that you make sure that every single day you are getting healthier and stronger, and not sicker and weaker. We can make sure you do that. Blessed to have amazing clients <3 @viktoriyaandoksana
I eat too much i admit lol and i love it so for my first meal today i had 1cup of pasta,1/3 of red kidney beans,1 toasted whole wheat wrap and a "lazy salad" lol i have two huge meals during my feeding window and most of my calories come from my first meal 😊

My grandfather is turning 94 today and I'm so sad I'm not there to celebrate with him and my family. Instead I will be reading and writing assignments for uni. I'm hoping to find some time to write a new blogpost again soon - I have so many recipes that I want to share with you 🙈
Enjoy your weekend!
Homemade applesauce! Sweet, delicious, without added sugar and organic. I love to use pears to sweeten my #applesauce . °°°
Last week I was at my parents house and a nearby part of the town we pick up apples and #pears from wild trees. It was a lot of fun for all of us and who would say no to free, #organic stuff!? Ingredients:
1kg chopped apples
500g chopped pears
Some empty jars °
You simply have to cook the apples with the pears in like 300ml of water until there are soft. Then you grab a blender and blend to a smooth consistency. On this point you could also use some spices (cinnamon, vanilla) or in case it is not sweet enough ad brown sugar.
Ad the very hot applesauce in the empty jam jars, put the lit on and pace it upside down on the counter.
I love plants 🌿 this dandelion bowl had mixed greens, avocado, beets, lentils, roasted vegetables, pickled onions, pumpkin seeds and a creamy delicious sauce I forget what it’s made of 😂 from @thedandelioncafe_ that just opened in Calgary!
I want to share something very dear of mine. My best hummus recipe. I will write this down and pass it on to my grandchildren in my testamente. That is how good this is.
* A lot (maybe 5) of tablespoons good tahini, take the most expensive variant with your local middle eastern grocerer.
*Lemon juice from 1 lemon
* Sea salt
* 2-3 tbsp chickpea brine *3 pressed garlic cloves
* 4 cans of chickpeas
Beat together the first five ingredients until you get a white-ish batter (a very important step). Pulse the chickpeas in a high speed blender. Blend everything together and eat (also a very important step). IF you want to, then you can drizzle olive oil on top, but do not put it in the blender. Olive oil in hummus will throw off the texture massively.
With 3 garlic cloves and 1 lemon I guess this will stay fresh in the fridge for two weeks. However, it never lasts that long for me because I eat everything within the first days so I don't know really🙄
Schon probiert? #souptogo

GUYS, THESE WERE TO DIE FOR (so good that I’m planning to batch cook 👩🍳 & freeze them so I can have quick dinners ready to go)
I also made vegan cheese that I’m planning to substitute for the real cheese that’s shown here.
The enchilada sauce was inspired by @ohsheglows with some slight modifications and the enchiladas will filled with quinoa, black beans & spinach!
I’ll be posting the recipe on my blog (hopefully today 😬)!
Could anyone else eat Mexican inspired meals every single day of the week? Because I totally could 🙋🏼♀️!
