We’ve created a new menu item called the Tempeh of Love. It’s loaded with a Genmai Peanut butter miso satay dressing, curly kale, daikon radish, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds and marinated tempeh. It’s 100% gluten free in our pumpkin wrap or can be made into a kickass salad. Ps. We will be offering 3 types of picnic basket options from November as summer starts 🤩
Pineapples, mangoes, coconut & bananas. We all love them and I would eat some every day. Such a pitty Europe hasn't been gifted with a proper climate to grow them.
But I'd say it's always better to eat, as much as possible, seasonal and local fruits and vegetables. And not because it's a trend and there're Instagram hashtags around it. But mostly because fruits reach their maximum nutrient content when ripe. And local foods have a shorter time between harvest and your table, so it is less likely that nutrient value has decreased. Those who come from other continents are never harvested ripe since they need to travel for hours or even days and would be obsolete by the time they reach our European supermarkets.
So cheers to European autumn: grapes, apples, pears, figs, quinces 🍎🍏🍐🍇💕
guys @yoricamoments sell ice-cream by the tub now and I used some to make this SALTED CARAMEL ICED LATTE and HOLY HECK it was iNcReDiBLe 🙏🏻 I just added two scoops of @yoricamoments vegan salted caramel ice cream to a glass and poured over 1 shot of coffee and 3/4 cup almond milk and I have never been happier about an evening beverage decision in my whole life ✌🏻 also fyi the ice cream is free from 14 major allergens and is also crazy good straight from the tub and I know because after I took this picture I had to enforce an official ice cream ban to stop myself eating the whole entire thing in one go (not that that would have been a bad thing at all in terms of health, but because I’d then have no more ice cream to eat tonight and that would be the real tragedy 💔) check out @ocadouk to get ur hands on a tub or two (or four) tysm ily bye x

PERSONAL POST -
Also musste ich was ändern.

nothing like some procrastination meal prep 🤩 these corn & zucchini fritters with cashew ‘cheese’, kumara chips & salmon are so good!! you only need 2 large grated zucchini, 1 & 1/4 cup chickpea flour, 400g corn, green onions, 1 tsp - oregano, thyme & cumin and then let the mixture sit for 5 mins before cooking MAKES 12 🤗 for the cashew cheese whiz up cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder & lemon 🍋
Stuffed potatoes with lemony mixed beans & charred garlic broccoli, topped with @ceresorganics nutritional yeast & @good.pantry hemp seeds.
I used @bu.deli plant based butter & @littleislandnz coconut milk to make the potatoes delicious and creamy!
Great recipe from @thefullhelping
Did you know that dairy farmers operate at a loss? Dairy farmers receive support grants that total 73% of their revenue. That's taxpayer money used to bailout the dairy industry, whether you like it or not. The cost of dairy production is HIGHER than what they earn, and therefore we need to pay for their loss.
It is absolutely insane that the US government is throwing all this money at an industry that economically works this way.

Apparently it’s #nationalpastaday (in some parts of the world) so I’m joining the party with this creamy sun-dried tomato pasta 🤤✨❤️ You know pasta is my favourite food & this tasted even better the next day when I had the leftovers 🙏🏼
I made this by combining sun-dried tomatoes, coconut milk, garlic, olive oil, nutritional yeast, lemon juice & salt & pepper, mix in a food processor & stir through cooked pasta 🌱 its a nut-free option so if you’re sick of seeing soaked cashews in all recipes, you can try it this way 😂
Hey Jude is playing on the radio and it reminded me how hippie tracks make me feel more morbid than hopeful. Funny enough, depressing emo tracks give me more hope than any Journey song ever released also. Ok bye. 🤘🏽PS. A little high on freshly squeezed OJ from the farm. 🍊🌱
ive been taking inspiration from comic book characters for my bento recently... specifically villans i dunno i just like to think they are bad-asses in their own right. they dont conform to social norms and just go balls to the walls crazy whenever and however. i guess it it more fun being bad.🙃 anyhoos im rambling this by the way is an all vegan Carnage bento! with a side of vegan curry puff and fruits❤️
Cereal: a kids approved brkfst that’s easy to prepare (and fun to eat). 🌰 All-bran or muesli? Cornflakes or granola? When it comes to choosing a healthier-for-you version of this pantry staple it can get pretty confusing.
Here’s a few things to look out for on the cereal box:
The fewer & the more wholefoods in the ingredient list the better, if there’s sugar (look for less than 8 grams & from sources like honey vs. high fructose corn syrup), make sure it’s free from anything unrecognizable and too hard to pronounce. 💁🏼♀️
sendiri terpaku memandang langit.
diatas,ribuan bintang menatapku lekat.
yang temaram tanpa sinar.
karena gundah gelisah mengakar.. aku ingin bak sang garuda.
mengepakan sayap gagah berani
tak kenal gentar akan segala goda...
tak kenal lelah akan riuhnya badai....
tapi,aku hanyalah sang kupu.
mengepakan sayap lemah...
dan terbang tak kenal arah.... @puisi_ciinta @tumblr.puisi @petikanpuisi.id
It’s Chanterelle🍄 Season! Finding so many different ways to enjoy this wonderful mushroom. I have put it in soups, salads & even I made some vegan pulled “chicken” out of it. It pulls apart just like boiled chicken would! How do you enjoy your Chanterelles?! #veganfoodshare
Crumpets with coconut yogurt +homemade raspberry jam🌸
For the jam, all you need to do is simmer a handful of raspberries on Low heat and add a little bit of water and a tablespoon of date sugar (coconut sugar will work too) 🌈
Btw @marksandspencer_sg crumpets are vegan! They are slightly crispy on the outside but light and fluffy on the inside😋

If you are having digestion problems of any type whether it be bloating, heartburn, constipation, diarrhea etc. Try having 16 Oz Plain Celery Juice every morning on an empty stomach before any other foods or juices. Wait at least 15-30 minutes after drinking this before you eat anything else. Drinking plain celery juice has been the HUGEST tool I have used to finally get my digestion back on track. Before starting the celery juice protocol I suffered with extremely poor digestion. I was dealing with a really painful stomach ulcer, heartburn, constipation, extreme bloating+gas & I could physically see I was not digesting my food—it would come out almost exactly how it went in. Celery juice rebuilds your bodies hydrochloric acid which is absolutely crucial for the breakdown and assimilation of your food as well as helping your body fight off any invaders that may be coming in with the food you eat. My digestion is 80% better today after over 100 days of daily celery juice...I want to say 95% better but to be transparent I have been having a little flare up of digestive symptoms since I finished up taking oregano oil (this stuff is potent!) but that’s a story for another day and things are already returning to normalcy after a few days on strong probiotics to replenish my gut flora. I will say though in the beginning it did not take long for me to notice a difference in my digestion, things started improving within just ONE WEEK of starting the daily celery juice habit. Digestion issues are not something we all necessarily want to talk about with our girl/guy friends but I know a lot of people are struggling in private... I hope this helps you as much as it did me! —Just a disclaimer I am not a doctor and I do not claim to cure or treat any diseases. I am just sharing my personal journey and what has helped/worked for me. You should always do your own research before trying anything you see someone else promote.
Unfortunately, it's true...I beet my barley. It's something I haven't discussed before, but It's something I should discuss. Also, I eat, drink, and use beets A LOT! I am currently in rehab for beetoholism😬
Jk haha. I'm not guilty. I'm a sane, person who adds #beets to my #barley 😀
Ok, silly joke aside 🤦♀️😀 check my beet and barley concoction above⬆️
Below⬇️ I have the ingredients for what It takes to beet your barley!
●Shredded beet root
●Mint, cilantro, garlic, and ginger
This dish is very unique and distinct as far as the taste goes. Definitely not a common way to cook barley. This is for the overachieving, creative folks haha👌🏽
Stay well my friends! After all, we are all living, but to be living our #bestlife we have to be well enough to enjoy it👍🏼

Happy Wednesday everyone!! I have just finished doing my homework but before I did that I had this nice bowl of veggies. Does anybody else feel like when they're at something before doing anything, they feel much better. Cause I do, Everytime when I finished eating I always feel much better. Anyway for today I had a sweet potato, seasoned chickpeas, broccoli, green Beans, peas, zucchini and spinach with hummus and nooch on the side. So again I'm going to ask, how was your day?? I hope it was or will be nice depending on when and where you are living in.
SIX years ago I decided to start a plant based diet! Wowowow. I heard about the association between animal protein and atherosclerosis and I was hooked 🍎 Since then I’ve learned so so so much about plant based medicine and I’m excited to continue my studies through medical school and beyond! 🍐 Also check out @theveggiemd to sign up for an amazing plant based challenge and make my day ☀️
I am in no way affiliated with @miamifruit. I just love them enough to post a picture of their fruit almost every day 😂 I did another overnight shipping option of the variety box this week. So excited about the sugar apples and all of the soursop in my box!! Some people spend lots of money on overpriced steak dinners. I spend mine on exotic fruit 😊💕
