Who’s ready for a fun yoga challenge? When we think of yoga, we sometimes think of being super bendy, difficult poses, and maybe even certain physiques come to mind. Yoga is so much more than any of these things! It’s a discipline, both spiritual and physical and may consist of breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. This is a beginner friendly yoga challenge that will take a dive into the basics of yoga. So whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, we’d love for you to join us for this exciting challenge! The winner will receive some really cool swag from Gym Junk!
