It was boldly sour and soft. Anyway, a second hard-boiled egg awaits its fate in a little bowl, under the gentle gaze of Eeyore, the coffee master. In the back, pita with tomato, oregano and mozzarella. .

If I ever need a quick high protein snack, I love hard boiled eggs. As long as they are cooked adequately AND can be peeled perfectly. -
What can I say? I have a problem, if they can’t be peeled perfect, I don’t wanna eat it...🤷🏻♀️
➡️So...it’s your lucky day cuz I have come up with the PERFECT RECIPE to make the best hard boiled eggs. I’ve tried everything and finally found it! And I’m sharing with you! -
➡️Here’s my simple, but specific recipe for making the best ever hard boiled eggs that are the perfect consistency of “done-ness” and can be peeled perfectly. -
1. Bring a pot of water to boil
2. Once the water comes to a rolling boil, add eggs, gently, one at a time with a spoon so they don’t crack.
3. Boil eggs for 13 minutes.
4. Set your timer for 13 minutes!!!! (Just do it)⏰
5. Immediately dump out hot water and add cold water with ICE to shock the eggs. 💦
6. Store in fridge or crack and enjoy immediately. Protein Oatmeal Cookie Recipe:
Preheat oven to 250
In bowl, mix all ingredients well:
• 1 large ripe 🍌
• 1/3c @chosenfoods chia seeds
• 1c bobsredmill GF rolled oats
• 1/3c @bobsredmill flaxseeds
• @LifeVantage physIQ vanilla protein powder (ask me for more info or click on link in my bio to purchase)
• 1 🥚
• 1/3c almond milk
• a handful of crushed up Brazil nuts (people w/ Hashimoto’s should eat Brazil nuts for their selenium ! Plus they’re delicious, & add a great crunch!)
• 2T 🍯
Next place on greased cookie sheet & bake for 20 min or desired baked-ness (is that a word?! 😆)
