cold van weather reminds me of this warm & delicious plate of vegetarian food my amazing prof @ladypcoq cooked for my friend on her bday, back in cur. she was so kind enough to make me a plate as well ahh. i mean, look at how pretty it looks! 😍 we had an OSCE final on this day, so this definitely made our day a lot better & less stressed. appreciating the little things 💕 served with a glass of sparkling cider :) 🥂🍾

@sliceofignite sunday breakfast was nothing short of fantastic! Huge portion sizes so if you have a small appetite definitely make sure you bring someone to share with! This being said i probably could have eaten the lot it was soo good!
Service - ‘with a smile’ quite literally. The lovely lady who served us was happy to explain what everything was and advised us on what was most popular etc. Thankyou!
Price - for £9 i would definitely say it was worth it for everything you get in the portion size (2 slices of toast, two fried eggs, 2 sausages, 2 hashbrowns, 4 pieces of halloumi, 2 grilled tomotaoes, 4 mushrooms) •
Atmosphere - was very welcoming and comfortable as there are pre set tables for 6 - 8 or more depending on your group.
Would definitely recommend y’all go and try it out you will not be disappointed

Vegan Pesto Spaghetti Squash
Spaghetti squash is such a versatile food, and you can eat it with almost anything. It’s a great alternative for pasta, and it’s delicious too! Here I experimented with making vegan pesto and topping it with sun-dried tomatoes 🍅 ....
🍴WHAT YOU NEED:
-1 Spaghetti Squash, halved with seeds and string removed
-1 cup chopped organic basil leaves
-1/4 cup chopped pecans (you can substitute with pine nuts or cashews)
-2 tbsp minced garlic -1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil -1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
-Your preference of salt
1. Bake the squash for 35-45 minutes at 400 degrees or until brown
2. Blend the ingredients for the pesto until well-mixed into a smooth consistency.
3. Use a fork to scrape the “spaghetti” out of the shell, then top with the pesto and sun-dried tomatoes.

Helgrillad ört- och citronkyckling med rotfrukter ⭐️ vi rubbade in kycklingen i massa färska örter, vitlök och citron. Skalade och hackade upp rotfrukter på en plåt och skjuts in i ugnen! Till detta hade vi en fetaoströra. Blev sååå gott!😃
