My running track, my battle field. Had to fight myself for every other lap. Finally finished 1 hour of running. I will for sure be able to run faster very soon.

5 x 400m! First speed work in forever!! I went out waaay too fast and tried to slow down. I need to work on going slower, especially as I do more and longer intervals - I know I can’t sustain my paces.
I almost didn’t want to post this photo, because I don’t like the look of my legs. There’s cellulite. My legs look like old lady legs to me. 🙈 But I’m not perfect. I don’t aim to be, this is me. This is the only body I have, I need to treat it well, respect it and love it for what it is. Also, no body got time to be taking more photos!
Feeling a little woozy and headachy these past few days so it felt amazing to get out for a run today. Felt strong and free and I'm itching to get back to some training. Race in a couple of weeks..let's do this! #keepshowingup#runningkeepsmesane
