You can’t wish for it, you have to work for it.
I was totally that girl that WISHED I could lose weight. That WISHED I had more time to exercise. That WISHED I was motivated. That WISHED I had more energy. And guess what? I was stuck in the same headspace, at the same weight, with the same lack of energy for YEARS. It wasn’t until I changed my mindset and realized nothing I WISHED for was going to happen, I had to WORK for it.
And that’s when real changes started to happen. I had to show up for myself. Make myself a priority. Be stronger than my excuses (and I had a lot of them). But I’ll tell anyone who asks, I would make those changes, those sacrifices 1000 times over.

This was my favorite workout shirt during my pregnancy since it was the only one that fit my pregnant belly!🙈I tried it on yesterday for the first time in a long time and was (a little 😉) disappointed that it’s all stretched out!🤷🏻♀️
I love looking back on my pregnancy pictures and seeing how far both Raelyn and I’ve come! Though at times it may have been frustrating and I was wishing I was further along than what I was with my fitness (still waiting on my 6 pack😉🤣) I’m reminding myself to enjoy the journey because all of the hard work will pay off in the end! •

Hi there! I have quite a few new followers to my page so I wanted to share a little about myself! Here are 10 facts you may not know about me.
1. CALLING: I am a branch manager to a local credit union & also an online health & confidence coach!
2. GROWING UP: I’m proud to be an Iowa girl my whole life- grew up on an acreage in rural Iowa & moved to Cedar Falls after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa. Least favorite job? Derouging & detassling- but it did teach me to appreciate the A/C even more!
3. FAMILY: I am a #boymom to 2 littles. I am definitely a chaos coordinator already! My husband & I are tall people & come from tall families so they are predicting these boys will be between 6’3-6’5!! Lots of saving money tips should be sent here because y’all know I will be spending plenty in groceries & specialty clothing.
4. LOVE: I met my husband playing volleyball at our forever church Orchard Hill Church. Let’s just say it wasn’t love at first sight… for him anyway
5. HOBBY: I love old houses- we are currently remodeling our forever home built in the 1940s room-by-room!
6. LIKES: I love to go boating- I am a fish I love my white claw on the water with a little sun & a little sweat- therefore I love for my vacations to be on a beach somewhere I can hear the ocean waves.
7. FAVE SEASON: I’m obsessed with everything fall Leggings, layers, scarves, pumpkin spice, & hot drinks (hot cocoa & Smirnoff peppermint isn’t a bad combo either!)
8. PET PEEVE: I hate spending money on clothes so by nature I love being thrifty- TJMaxx, Ross, Sale rack, etc. Why pay full price for something that will only be the trend for a season or two at most? Instead- I spend them on vacations, experiences, & house remodeling! (oh & diapers & daycare right now!)
9. MUSIC: I have diversified so much musically- I love Country (Hello Carrie!, FGL, & a little Lady A & Little Big Town), but I also love to reminisce my 90s & 2000s- Hello Backstreet Boys, Goo Goo Dolls, Green Day, & Lifehouse!
Literally dripping sweat after 27 minutes! Man have I missed this feeling!! Hitting up all my fave workouts before committing to one program for my challenge group starting November 19!

Day 2 is in the books!! Got my sweat on today with a quick 25 minute workout and damnnnn it feels good!!
Days like this I’m so thankful for my home gym! I was ready to push play, but babe woke up. I was here to feed him, and then put him back down and crush my workout! No pumping, no warming up my car, no drive to the gym and no stressing to get in and out by a certain time. Oh, and to have access to super trainers and benefits of a class workout in my living room, it costs me .27 cents a day! Yup! Money well spent!! Have a kick ass Friday everybody!!

Day 1 is donnnnnne! Although I felt like pushing hard, I kept an even pace (and skipped the ab work), and it still felt soooooooo good to be back!!
I am honestly so pumped for this postpartum journey because this time I know what I’m capable of! I’m not wondering whether the programs or meal plans or shakes are going to really make a difference. I KNOW they will! I am so thankful every single day, especially now after baby, that I have this in my life and I’m not looking for a quick fix to lose the baby weight. What’s more?! My community of kick ass women, who are all on their own journey, who keep me inspired and accountable! Soooo excited to be back!! #postpartumjourney

The best coaches in my life have always been the ones that modeled their expectations.
They poured out their passion.
They left everything they had on the floor for us.
And yet... That didn’t make them perfect coaches.
Some were stuck in broken relationships.
Some were stuck in their wellness journey.
And some were stuck with kids who didn’t want to listen 😬😳😤 Whatever the case... it didn’t take a perfect coach for me to appreciate them & help me on my journey.
So why OH WHY did I think I needed to have it all figured out before I helped others on their wellness journey as a new mom, manager, or chaos coordinator?
I see that now.
Because what those coaches had... Was stories of success.
And had my success as their interest.
Now I’M the coach.
And it’s no different.
Nobody expects me to be perfect to coach others- for in our mistakes comes GROWTH.
Not a day goes by that I don’t wish I would’ve started my online health & happiness coaching sooner. I’ve got so much to be thankful for because of it!

Сегодня хочу поделиться мнением главного инстаграмного детского массажиста @massagist_novokrinitskii по поводу ошибок мам детишек до года. "ВСЕ МАМЫ ДЕЛАЮТ ЭТО - одни и те же ошибки.
Я их перечислю, а вы распространите ❤️ - всем мамам к прочтению:
✅не выкладывают на живот перед каждым кормлением- это можно делать уже в роддоме;
✅забывают чередовать руку при ношении/кормлении малыша; класть на разные бока в кроватке;
✅увлекаются коконом для новорождённых дольше 2-3 мес, таким образом ограничивая двигательную активность ребёнка;
✅боятся излишне приучить к рукам - до 3 мес берите ребёнка на руки как можно чаще, избаловать «ручками» в этот период нельзя;
✅перегревают и пересушивают воздух в квартирах, особенно зимой🤦🏻♂️ это влияет на сон, способность сосать, восприимчивость к инфекциям - идеально +22+23гр, влажность 40-60% (если нужна скидка на мойку воздуха Venta- пишите в директ)
✅оставляют детей на пеленальниках и диванах без присмотра - ребёнок падает за секунду!!! ВСЕГДА придерживайте малыша!
✅боятся опускать ребёнка на пол - дует, грязно, всё оближет😱. Пол с 4-5 мес - БЛАГО для детей!
✅ограничивают подвижность малыша - манеж, кроватка вне сна, шезлонг и т п
✅сажают или ставят ещё не сидящих детей и не стоящих самостоятельно детей - дети должны научится сами;
✅увлекаются ходунками❌, прыгунками❌ - я не одобряю их даже на момент «помыть голову»; кенгуру ❌, эргорюкзаки только для сидящих детей и на 30-40 мин подряд;
✅боятся самостоятельно заниматься с ребёнком массажем и упражнениями- элементарно ПРОСТО БОЯТСЯ СВОИХ ДЕТЕЙ (вдруг что-то сломаю)- я столкнулся с этим, когда мамы, пройдя мои онлайн-курсы массаж+лфк+фитбол со своими малышами, писали мне благодарности, что теперь им не страшно! Кому нужны комплексы для занятий с детьми 3-6мес,6-9мес, 9-12мес - пишите в директ;
✅недооценивают важность ползания;
✅не обращают внимания на несимметричность в теле малыша - наклон головы, толкание одной ногой при ползании по-пластунски, загиб корпуса;
✅обувают ребёнка даже дома - лучше вместо пары сандалей пусть у вас будет набор ортоковриков (@ortokovrik_massagist) - актуально для ног всю жизнь;
I remember dreading getting dressed to go out or when we were having people over, because I knew it would take me forever to find the right outfit that would hide the parts of my body I needed it to. I never felt comfortable in my skin and always admired the confidence of women who seemed genuinely happy with their bodies.
That has been the biggest transformation for me. It’s not about the number on the scale, or how I look or the size of my pants. It’s how this journey has made me FEEL! I started out wanting to be thinner, skinnier etc., but the best change has been about how happy, confident and alive I became! There were obviously physical changes too, but how my mindset transformed was unexpected.
Happiness, self-love, confidence and energy are some of my biggest gains on this journey, and I want to pay it forward! If I can help one person who feels stuck, who feels like change is impossible and who just wants to throw on jeans and a shirt and feel FIERCE, I will be a happy lady! Most of us have/had birth and life plans for baby. I wanted to do a natural birth, was going to breastfeed for 6months, she wasnt going to sleep in the bed, she wasnt going to use a pacifier, and many others things I was so sure I was going to stick to. Well, most of that has gone down the drain. I took the epidural and felt like I failed as a mother immediately. Shes 3 months and I still have her next to me, The first time I gave her a pacifier she was screaming in pain and again I failed as a mother, I couldnt even comfort my own child. And now here I am 3 months in and worried I may have to switch to formula because I cant produce enough milk. Feeling again , the failure starting to wash over me. I talked to a mama yesterday who cant produce any milk and hasnt had the chance to breastfeed her baby, my heart goes out to her and any other mama who cant produce. My advice to any mama is take day by day. Do your best and know everything may not go as planned and thats OKAY! you could NEVER be a failure! Youre strong! And not alone! Im more than thankful I got to experience breastfeeding my sagey and I pray i can continue. But im realizing sometimes we have to just take a step back and accept things and just be grateful we have our little ones.
