We changed things up this morning & did a pilates circuit. We spent 2 controlled minutes at every station.
Slow pace, activated core, control, centre, activated pelvic floor, determination at every station. Followed by meditation 👌
Its nice to slow down sometimes, focusing on control & technique.

Happy hump day! Here’s a tip for all the smoothie bowl lovers out there: Prep ripened bananas by peeling and then cutting them into smaller pieces. Lap 1 - 20 seconds (3 sets)
Lap 2 - 40 seconds
Lap 3 - 60 seconds (Burpees in between each station)
I am a huge over thinker, I analyse and break down scenarios in my head until I am so mentally exhausted I need to have a nap (I am exaggerating just a tad for special effects here) but then I have these really special moments where I will sit down and look at something beautiful. All my thoughts go away and I’m left speechless and in awe. It’s those moments that I’ll be chasing for the rest of my life. Here’s a snap shot of one of those moments.
