Sentado en un sofá al frente del mar ves a un papá con su hija, haciendo figuras en la arena, compartiendo tiempo de calidad. Ambos sonriendo y bailando. Ambos siendo felices.
Luego, ves a una señora bailando y te preguntas ¿Estará borracha... O algo más? Pero no! Solo brinca, Salta y baila porque es feliz. Porque las olas del mar lavan las preocupaciones y te alejan del estrés.

We were ON-THE-GO all weekend! Hiking, swimming, waterfalls, bike riding. Picnics galore! 😎 —
But I’ll be honest - with knowing we’re on-the-go all day comes anxiety for me...
“When are we going to eat?”
“What are we going to eat?”
“How much water do we need?”
“How many kid snacks?”
“Where are bathrooms just in case?”
“Do we need a change of clothes, towels or swimsuits?”
“Do we have enough diapers?”
Holy STUFF! Seriously, SO.MUCH. to remember when you’re out with a family.
So while I’m trying to be mom of the year + remember ALL the things - the LAST thing I usually remember are basic needs for myself!! Anyone else?! 🙋🏻♀️
Everyone is GOLDEN. And then here’s Mom - the one without a water bottle. With ZERO grown-up food + the only person who DIDN’T go to the bathroom before leaving the house!! 🤦🏻♀️ #reallifemomlife
This is one of the mindset shifts I’ve had to work HARD on. And I’ve had to PRACTICE - A LOT - counting myself into the equation + making sure my needs are met just like everyone else.
One key ingredient to better success? SNACKS + A PACKED LUNCH. It sounds insane - but it’s true. Having good, healthy food options have been HUGE when it comes to feeling good on-the-go. And let’s be real - most of our life is on-the-go + will only get crazier with time!
I no longer constantly reach for guaranteed sugar crash foods - like chips, candy bars, scraps of goldfish or twizzlers. It still happens - but the FREQUENCY has drastically decreased. With no longer relying on a vending machine or drive thru - I feel 100X better when we’re out! It’s all thanks to having HELP and slowly learning what works...

Another way,we look after our WELLNESS is by taking time out & connecting with nature🤓Today we visited the Bass Strait,which is a body of water made where 3 very huge OCEANS meet😳namely 🧐The Pacific Ocean,The Indian Ocean & the Antarctic Ocean!
You can only imagine the strong currents that would run through the waters here?😱basically it’s like a gigantic washing cycle!Waters are feral😬here
Did you know that the our oceans provide us with many benefits? Here is just one of the most critical things the ocean does for us humans and our planet: The air we breathe in is cleansed by the ocean,as 50% of the carbon dioxide present in the atmosphere is absorbed by our 🌊 OCEANS!
Plus it provides a treasured source of recreation for us humans.Be it from swimming in it,fishing,relaxing by the water,walking👣on the sand,appreciating grand sunsets or even just sunbathing.We all LOVE & ENJOY being close to water!Don’t we?😉 well,We do!😃💁🏽
