After my class this morning, I spoke to an AMAZING women, who 6 weeks ago took her first hot yoga class, and 2 weeks ago took on a 21 day hot yoga challenge. The challenge was to take 21 classes in 30 days...she completed this last night!!! Most of us would have had a lie in today to celebrate, but no... attended my 6.30am class and gave it EVERYTHING as if she was on day one!! She’s feeling fab and smiling from ear to ear ❤️ .

Back to work. Apparently someone found my account there and started telling others what they “knew” about me, along with an odd rumor that I just quit & walked out half way through the day.

1.) It’s often elusive, and we must set boundaries to achieve it
2.) It’s a sliding scale not an on and off switch. You can do anything you put your mind to just not everything all at once.
3.) You’ve gotta make some time for joyful moments of PLAY! In the midst of all the busy you will get so busy making a living for yourself and others that you forget to have a life. Don’t let it happen to ya!
