Double the flavor, double the fun.
1 - The Pizza. O yeah, the pizza. Really can't go wrong with any of the crazy named concoctions. It's a perfect trifecta extension of happy camper and homeslice. Happy eating.
2 - The Hangover (Pictured). An off the menu happy camper inspired paradise park trade secret. Coffee, vanilla? Vodka and a right-sized old fashioned. Whether you need the jump start from the depths of a hangover or just that extra midday jolt to keep you headed in the right direction, it delivers.
3 - Front bar tables. Chicago winter. Sigh. No patio…what now? The paradise park layout is full of various booths, nooks and main room tables that will keep patrons occupied until the glass patio doors swing open again in April/May. For my money, requesting the few tables that line the front windows is the closest thing you'll get to a sunshiny al fresco experience. It also helps to be out of the waiter/bathroom/host stand traffic. Not to mention, bar people watching.
About last night... I casually whipped a bottle of supplements out of my purse and dosed everyone before we could even order drinks! They thanked me this morning 😉 NAC is an amino acid that boosts production of a key antioxidant, glutathione, in your body, which helps with heavy metal (high mercury fish consumption, pollution - aka, city living) & alcohol detox. NAC can actually “pre-tox” your body pre-alcohol, protecting the liver and minimizing alcohol’s toxic effects. It also works to boost immunity & prevent the flu, is helpful in treating depression, and has shown to up cognition and brain health (even in those with Parkinson’s), and treat concussions. However, my favorite benefit (aside from fewer hangovers) is that NAC can be used in the treatment of PCOS, overall hormone imbalances, AND hormonal acne. NAC is (one of our) fave holiday helpers. Link in bio to read more about those (adaptogenic sachets, probiotic coffee, travel ACVs, boss coffee recipe, etc.) Link in bio for the newsletter/to shop! ***PLEASE note this hangover prevention tactic does not mean you can drink more. You know those night when you might indulge a little extra? 🥃🥂🍷🤦🏻♀️🤪
Soooooo happy to have these two in my medicine “toolbox”...they help flush out any unwanted substances more quickly. Before heading to bed, I took two of each and then again this morning. I also add some Lemon and Grapefruit essential oil in my water throughout the day. Seriously makes such a difference! 🙌❤️🌟
Any favorite remedies that you use?
i made carnitas the other night in a pressure pan so i had a bunch of porky, canela-y broth in the fridge. decided to spin that canela cinnamon flavor into a five spice flavor and make an eggy breakfast stew with daikon and #老壇酸菜豆片 (basically tofu dukbokki).
#DidYouKnow that the flu shots that we offer are preservative-free?!
That means they are cleaner and don’t have the usual side effects generally associated with flu shots. As with our usual full menu of infusion services, our flu shots are available for both in-lounge and mobile appointments.

With the holidays coming up I know a lot of us can tend to indulge in a few more bevies than usual, so I thought you might like to have some of these tips on hand to avoid that not so glamorous feeling the next day!👇
1️⃣Your body is depleted of B-vitamins after a night of drinking & they are essential for so many bodily functions. Taking this the day after with some food can be helpful. I recommend taking with food as B-vitamins can cause nausea on an empty stomach.
2️⃣Hot/cold showers promote circulation & will help wake you up. They are also amazing to prevent & decrease severity of headaches!
3️⃣Hydrate as much as you can while drinking, before bed & the next day. If I forget to drink water before I go to sleep, I feel it the next day for sure.
4️⃣Magnesium may help to metabolize alcohol in the body. It also can help relax tense muscles & reduce the pain of a headache.
5️⃣Peppermint tea is very soothing to your stomach & can help reduce nausea or an upset stomach the day after drinking.
6️⃣Aloe Vera juice contains many electrolyte minerals, which are depleted when dehydrated & alcohol is a culprit of doing this. It is also soothing to your stomach & can be helpful taken before &/or after drinking to ease any stomach upset or acidity caused from excess alcohol.
I hope you like these tips & be sure to tag a friend this could help & leave me any other suggestions for topics to cover next in the comments below! ⬇️
