This morning's work. While I haven't hit that minute target I set myself at the start of the week I have to take pride and be proud of my personal journey. Around a month ago yeah I could handstand but not very well and also not very consistent. This week I have consistently hit 30-40 secs which I am extremely proud of. I could possibly help by using parallettes and break form to hit that minute mark however I believe it's best to do it correct and program my body and mind the correct way which may not necessarily get me that 1 minute this week but in the long term I will thank myself for it.

I’ve been focusing on technique and precision much more last two weeks. I have done lot of small straddle holds and lot of full position blocks walking. Because i want to learn balance more wrist and perhaps shoulder. I think this different approach will give me a very good results.
This is just one of the few moments of self-practice I’ve experienced during the past week - while the majority of time during the @chosenexperiences week was filled with exhilarating team adventures, moments of connecting and reflecting, sharing with real, vulnerable honesty and receiving empowering personal messages with gratitude.
I’m glad how much movement allowed me to connect with all sorts of amazing adventurers, because I was able be present during practice, wether it was Canyoning, Surfing, Ultimate Frisbee, HIIT, Yoga, Locomotion or just good old playin’ around. Presence through not being afraid, not feeling self-conscious, not feeling like I had to perform better than anyone else.
Yeah... that was a key element that made the week so impactful for me. And I haven’t even mentioned yet the multitude of general concepts of personal, mindful improvement and community building that I’m sure I’ll be touching on in future posts.
