Cuz I’m a dreamer like that.
1. I will never be an ambassador for any brand.
It’s not an arrogance thing.
It goes like this:
I’m not a things person.
I have enough things.
I can’t even sell the idea of zoodles to my kids, you guys.
You don’t want me reppin’ your stuff.
2. I keep up to date with the news
but I have zero percent knowledge about pop culture stuff.
I for real don’t even know who Cardi B is.
For awhile I thought it was a new nickname for a sweater....
3. I dance when I’m happy.
4. There is always a song (or 7) in my head. Never alone, yo.
5. I like being nice.
But I can absolutely WWF Smackdown anyone with my words if they deserve it.
(It used to be the WWF it’s fine).
((Yeah I’m old)).
6. It’s not that I’m “not an on-time person,” it’s that on-time is “not a Kristin possibility” 💁🏻♀️
7. I thought I was sad. But I think it’s mostly anger that manifests itself in tears.
8. I also used to think I needed some big plan for my future.
Own a home by this date.
Make this much by this age.
And it’s good to plan.
But I could cut what I own in half and be twice as happy.
So for now,
I’m good with just making memories wherever I am.
9. I apologize probably more than I should, for little things. Operant conditioning in my past, and all that.
10. I love coffee and I’m gonna drink some right now omgsoexcited.

So I just realized that I forgot to put in what I did on Tuesday so I’ll write what I did then and yesterday here! 😆
So on Tuesday my family and I went to Disneyland! It was SO much fun ‘cause the last time we went as a family was when we were really little so it was a whole new experience!
Yesterday we went to the beaches and biked along the boardwalk. It was so so SO nice! 😍 I was quite surprised at the amount of “interesting” people in the area. 😂 There were a bunch of people who would give you “free” stuff but then ask for a tip. Probably just trying to scam tourists I guess. I pet a guys snake but then my mom got mad at me because she thought he would charge us 😂 Bike riding was amazing because it’s SO hot here and biking creates such a nice breeze 😌 And oh my goodness stopping at the beach was amazing! The beaches where I live a very calm, and very cold cause we live very close the mountains. Don’t get me wrong, I love where I live but the beaches here in Cali are SO much better! 😍 the waves are HUGE! My sister and I went into the water and let the ocean such us in and then let the big waves carry us back shore. I don’t care that we were acting like 8 year olds😆Such a great day! 🙌🏼✨

The lower spine has a natural curvature, but in hollow back versions of arm-balance yoga poses, that curvature is increased. These are advanced variations of inversions that can cause injury if not properly executed.
Two keys to protecting the spine in hollow back poses are counterbalancing the weight with the legs and hollowing the upper back by drawing the chest between the arms, thereby stacking the upper spine.— In addition to lengthening the spine, hollow back yoga poses strengthen the core muscles and stretch the front body, as well as strengthen the arms and shoulders.
