Hybrid Staggered RDL💪🏼
I love this variation as it allows you to target one hamstring at a time 👌🏻 the limiting factor for me in a single leg RDL is balance which means I can’t use as much weight 👎🏻 the standard staggered RDL is a little too heavy on the low back for me also.. enter this version❗️
The back toes are only taking a small amount of the load, which allows you to push the hips back further and load the hamstring more 👌🏻bulletproof your strings with these bad boys👍🏻💪🏼✅

Pull ups chin ups are one of the best exercises you can do to keep your shoulders HEALTHY
They work essentially all the same muscles the only thing that changes is which muscle groups are able to be more dominant so it's always worth mixing them up when training! ---
Again a couple of general cues! ---
Don't lift yourself up with your biceps! Pull your elbows down with your lats --- Start with scapula retraction think about trying to pull your shoulders as far away from your ears as possible
Finally! Get your breath in at the top or before you put your arms up!
This is a big lift and you need to act like it! You cannot get that full body of air and tension while you are already hanging loosely off the bar! ---
