After hours of driving and hiking about Salmon glacier, we stopped for some of the best halibut fish🐟 Little family run business. The hubby catches fresh fish from the Pacific Ocean daily. The wife running the bus does the cooking! Delicious spot🌎 #hyderalaska#fishandchips#halibut
Sadly, summer break has come to an end. This was my last fish of the summer, bringing my yellowfin croaker count to 100 since June 8th. I caught 303 fish this summer. Can’t wait to beat that amount next year. Swipe —> to see my fish count Jun 8- Aug 20th
Best recipe yet from @mariaemmerich new book “Easy Dairy Free Ketogenic Recipes”. This was the creamy tomato basil halibut. I served hubby’s over rice. We both gave it a ✋🤚 outta ✋🤚! Not only was it restaurant quality it also only took 20 mins with minimal mess. You know when hurricane Helen doesn’t make a total mess in the kitchen it’s a winner! Woot woo!!!
