I'm happy with that run 🙌 I can feel my son's cold trying to take me down but I'm not going without a fight 💪 so, in an attempt to pretend I feel great and deny the virus it's power, I smashed out a great run. I also had a great sleep last night so I'm sure that's helping me in the battle 😊 A mum from school gave me an amazing tip that worked so well!!! She told me to put Vicks vapour rub on the bottom of my son's feet and cover with socks at bedtime. I don't know why or how this worked but he slept so well and seems to be feeling much better today 🙏 But we'll keep to treadmill runs for the rest of this week until his nasty cough clears up so apologies in advance for the sweaty selfies 😉 Happy Wednesday guys 🤗.
What do you do when you are still getting over jet lag and wide awake at 2am?? 🤷🏼♀️Well if you’re Dave, you decide to put on your running stuff and push out a half marathon distance run! I opted for a dreadmill 5k 🙄today and will attempt a long run Friday. Big cheers to my hubs for his jet lagged fueled 13.1!! 🎉 #runningforrogelio#fueledbyjetlag#werunsingapore
After another 3 mile run today, I have another 10 miles to complete my 50 mile challenge with @raceatyourpace for November 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️ Can't decide whether to complete another 50 miles in December or lower it to 25 as it's going to be s crazy month?🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️

Urgh. It’s cold, it’s wet, I’m full of a cold & I’m pretty sure I’m still hungover from Saturday but I just about managed to get some miles in nonetheless, annnnnd my VO2 has gone up again!!! Must be doing something right!! Happy hump day everyone ☺️

Threw in a recovery day Monday (you know me being a rare thing - sensible) but to be honest I don't think I needed it! The result I had bags of surplus energy! Muhahaha! 😈
First up Spinning - Charged in full on and managed to maintain between 120 and 130 in my sprints - I was nowhere near that six weeks ago! 😁
Next up HiiT - Done with plenty of energy! It was squat and weights heavy so expect opposite ends of my body to be in trauma as DOMs sets in today! 😁
Finally went home ~ ate tea ~ watched Masterchef ~ passed out on sofa! 😂

Only had time for that but delighted with something rather than nothing. School run, trip to Tesco for Chris, drive Chris back to school to visit Jacks class open day, take Ada to playgroup, back to get Chris and take him to train station, home to quickly shower and get ready then back to Ada’s playgroup for her sponsored sing- a - long...phew! Already can’t wait until this morning is done 🙈😂 Had nothing yet so food and coffee will factor in at some point!

✅zancadas overhead con ktb implica saber hacer un snatch y aún habiéndolo probado solo un par de veces me sale bastante natural😁y con 12kilazos esta guay!!!
✅dominadas sigo trabajando el agarre supino y la transferencia entre saltar a la barra desde una altura y dar el tirón, duro durooooooooo💪🏻😛
✅burpee sigo odiándolos con toda mi alma, 8 seguidos y ya quiero morir 🧟♀️ pero va mejor😅
Resumen: estoy fuerte 😆👍🏻y veo mejoras en muchísimos aspectos 😋😋
Hoy también me espera mi entrenador 🤭, a ver qué tortura se inventa😜
