Homemade delicious butter chicken pide
✅1 cup warm water
✅1 teaspoon yeast
✅1 teaspoon sugar
Combine and wait for yeast to dissolve about 2 to 3 minutes.
✅1 teaspoon salt
✅2 cups flour(all purpose)
Add the remaining and make a very soft dough, knead at least 5 minutes. It's going to stick to your hands. It supposed to be. Then use a little olive oil to cover around of your dough to not stick your cup. Cover and wait.
✅ Chicken breast
Stir in medium heat until it's own juice evaporated
✅ 1/2 cup whipping or heavy cream, whatever you find
Add the cream and spices
✅ Black pepper
✅ Garlic powder
✅ Red pepper flakes
This part depends on your taste, I like this way.
Divide your dough into 4 pieces. Use some flour to enlarge it. I tried an oval shape. Then added my filling and mozerella. Close the sides gently. Use a thick based large pan and in very low heat cook the bottom of your pide. Meanwhile open your broiler at 400 F. When you see leopard shape brown parts under it transfer to a cooking tray and send to the oven. Wait close to the oven cuz it can burn quickly. When outer edges turn to Golden brown and seem crispy take it out immediately and brush some butter around the edges. Then, well, enjoy😀
