Ieri ho affrontato un workout che poteva essere benissimo una prova di sopravvivenza dei Marines .
Avevo ansia prima di iniziare anche un po’ di tremarella ma poi mi sono detta : “Gió ma chi cacchio te lo fa fare a spaventarti per un po’ di attività fisica , fai ciò che riesci a fare , è ciò che conta d’altronde .”
Così ho fatto .
Sveglia all’alba , niente colazione , sono andata ad allenarmi a digiuno ma solo perché ero ancora piena dal giorno prima .
Arrivo in palestra alla solita ora e inizio a correre sul tappeto , i primi 5’ dei 5 round di corsa sono volati ma era solo il principio di ciò che ancora mi aspettava.
Mountain climbers , affondi , burpees ... io odio i burpees .. mi hanno stroncato il fiato e pensavo tra me e me che non sarei riuscita ad arrivare alla fine ...
NO , UN CAZZO !!!!
Io ci dovevo arrivare alla fine anche se avrei dovuto rallentare ma di certo non mi sarei fermata senza arrivare al traguardo .
40 minuti dopo , mi sono buttata a terra felice di non aver mollato e di aver conquistato un’altra vittoria sulle mie paure .
Mica è facile ma nemmeno impossibile ✌🏼😊❣️

A slight lean forward allows me to hit more angles of the Triceps. When people perform Triceps Pushdowns standing straight up, they fail to work the shoulder-extending function of the long head. Tilting slightly forward may feel like ‘cheating’ but it will allow for more segments of the Triceps to work during the exercise 💪.

Followed by max distance rowing with team sync’s burpees (team work makes the dream work!) ‘Power 10’s’ testing out the best of the beasts! With 913 watts pulled! Many times in my life I’ve used holidays & trips away as an excuse to do nothing ❗️ Zero training + eating excessive calories every day = 🤭🙅🏼‍♀️ I agree 100% with allowing yourself to have a few cheat meals and fulfilling what your body craves when training regularly- you will not get “FAT”! Yet, repeated days of inconsistency CAN lead to weight gain. 🍟🍩
Give your body the time it needs to relax on holiday but also remember WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS?? It’s not difficult to wake up a little earlier everyday to go for a run/ walk, do some circuit training in a park or to just utilise what’s available. 
Here’s an upper body circuit I completed one of my mornings while in the Gold Coast! 👊🏽
