Мои первые соревнования по бодибилдингу ) 2013г кубок Батайска🏆и на следующий кубок Дона🏆 2 дня подряд соревновании ! Мне тогда удалось забрать два первых места в категории до 75кг и попасть в абсолютке в 5ку лучших чему я был очень рад ! В абс стояло тогда человек 17 ! С каждой категории по 3 человека ! Уровень подготовки у спортсменов был хороший , так как через неделю проходил чм.России в г.Краснодар 
Помню забытый зал фанатами бодибилдинга и крики болельщиков так впечатлилл меня, что наверно за все турниры в которых участвовал ни где больше такого не было ! Энергетика была просто 💥
Зал был битком набит людьми что сесть было не где !

What protein supplement should you take? You don't need to as long as you get enough from food. But as you progress, there will come a time where you just can't get enough from regular food. It is then should you start supplementing with protein. Don't make it a primary source of protein, because it is a SUPPLEMENT to make protein more convenient for you.

What's the best workout program? None. It is the one you can stick to till the very last day.If you're following a 12 week program, don't quit after 6 weeks because you think it's not working. Don't even quit after 11 week... of course it hasn't worked! There's still a week left!

How much junk food? You can have cheat meals once a week if your goal is fat loss, and twice a week if it's strictly muscle gain. This should be on training days.

Hard to stay motivated? This is what I do.. I remember why I started, I follow people who I want to be like on social media. and have this constant exposure to them over time, and I keep looking back at my before picture to remind myself how much I've changed. That's when I say to myself "Yes, it's working."

Here is part 3 of compound exercises that will help you burn more fat. Here we go!
•
Barbell curls.. Yes, you heard (and saw) that correctly. Barbell curls are not an isolation exercise. You can go very light and just focus on the biceps to isolate them but going heavy is what we are after. The straight bar curls involve the biceps, the brachialis, and brachioradialis muscles in the arm, your traps, and a little bit of front delts believe or not for an inch of the movement. If the bar is very heavy, it is kind of like holding it at the top position of a deadlift... before you curl it!
•
Upright rows are the only compound movement for the middle delt. As I mentioned before, ONLY GO WIDE GRIP on this exercise to avoid internal rotation! This exercise hits your rear delts as well, along with your traps and rhomboids.
•
The hanging leg raise is a very athletic movement. When done properly, you entire abdominal wall is activated, your lats are also stabilizing your body and actually help with the first half of the movement. Also, your forearms are working very hard to keep your moving body hooked to the handles above.
•
Lunges are simple but effective! Small steps will focus more on quads, long steps will focus more on hamstrings & glutes. Here we go! • Barbell curls.. Yes, you heard (and saw) that correctly. Barbell curls are not an isolation exercise. You can go very light and just focus on the biceps to isolate them but going heavy is what we are after. The straight bar curls involve the biceps, the brachialis, and brachioradialis muscles in the arm, your traps, and a little bit of front delts believe or not for an inch of the movement. If the bar is very heavy, it is kind of like holding it at the top position of a deadlift... before you curl it! • Upright rows are the only compound movement for the middle delt. As I mentioned before, ONLY GO WIDE GRIP on this exercise to avoid internal rotation! This exercise hits your rear delts as well, along with your traps and rhomboids. • The hanging leg raise is a very athletic movement. When done properly, you entire abdominal wall is activated, your lats are also stabilizing your body and actually help with the first half of the movement. Also, your forearms are working very hard to keep your moving body hooked to the handles above. • Lunges are simple but effective! Everything thinks that if you're a flexible dieter or eat IIFYM, then it means all you eat is junk food.

This is a lie. Flexible dieting means eating a diet primarily of clean foods, and then sprinkling in some junk foods. It's not eating crap all the time. Do this, and you'll be built like Hodor.

If you're eating for fat loss, AT LEAST 80% of your calories should come from clean foods. The rest of your foods can come from junk foods as you wish.

If you're eating to build muscle, AT LEAST 60% of your calories should come from clean foods.

Remember to hit your minimum protein requirements, eat clean foods a majority of the time, get at least 3 Cups of non-starchy vegetables per day, and that's how you ace a Flexible Diet.

For example, yesterday, I ate clean foods all day, and then in the evening, I ate 350 Calories of milk chocolate. It was incredible, and I felt completely satisfied with my "fat loss" diet. Is there any other diet in the world that allows you to eat chocolate? None that I can think of.

How do you use the equipment? Get the instructor at the gym to teach you. He/she will be happy to walk you through. Have the trainer train you for a good week so you get familiar with all the exercises. You can look them up on YouTube as well.

What exercises to lose fat? A combination of cardio and weights, with lots of protein, and a caloric deficit. For a beginner, simply switching to a healthier lifestyle to kickstart your fat loss.

What exercises to build muscle? Strictly weights. And again, because you are a beginner, progress will come fast. Capitalize on it by eating lots of protein and calories!

How many times per week do you train? As many times as it takes to hit every muscle group. It will depend on the split. If you follow push-pull-leg, then train 3 times with 4 rest days. If you do chest, back, arms, shoulders, & legs, that's 5 days with 2 rest days. You can even split arms and include triceps with chest and biceps with back, so now you have chest & triceps, back & biceps, shoulders, and legs. That's 4 days per week with 3 rest days.

This is part 2 of a similar post I made earlier where I showed you 4 compound exercises that should be a part of your training program. Here are 4 more! I will probs make a part 3 😄.

Bench press is a great compound exercise. It primarily works the chest but it also places a great amount of load on the triceps and the front deltoids. It also forces you to contract your scapula and keep your back tight & feet planted firm as you are pushing the weight up. So a lot of muscles are engaged in this movement.

Bent-over rows you can either do with barbells or dumbbells and they basically work the entire back musculature. Rows involve back, trapezius, rear delts, biceps, and forearms. The lower back, hamstrings, and glutes keep you stable.
•
Overhead military press hands down the best shoulder exercise. If you do this correctly, it will make your shoulders bullet-proof, contrary to popular belief of being bad for your shoulders. This is almost identical to the bench press except that only the angle of your body is different, making shoulders the primary mover, and your triceps and upper chest the assisting muscles. It keeps your core tight as well.

Leg press is one exercise where your body can move the most amount of weight on. Load up on this exercise and hit your quads, hamstrings, & glutes. Try different foot placements to focus more of different muscles. It keeps your core tight to push the weight. Make sure to grab on to the side handles.
