After dresding every minute of my 3-10pm job before even getting to work, I guess you could say I changed it around and had a pretty successful butt and arm day to end my night! Skipping Friday due to picking up a shift working my 3rd job and having a beyond lazy but much needed weekend left me no choice but to combine my Fri & Mon workouts. I'm D.E.A.D and ready for B.E.D! Hope you all had an amazing weekend and a great Monday to start off your week! 💋

My time in the gym is limited. I’ve got other things that pull me away.
I get to the gym by 2:45pm. Change out of work clothes, warm up, do my lifts, say hi to fellow regulars, and leave by 3:40 to be home for my daughter getting off the bus.
I could see this as too little time. Instead, I choose to bust my ass for the time I have... no stopping, no sitting (unless for a lift), and no bitching that someone is using the machine I need. Keep moving, find an alternative and work those muscles.
