3x6 highish bar squats with 340lbs moving well. Figured out today that actual high bar is overrated and should never be placed upon anyone . I tried one set and now I very well may be a girl bc that shit hurts 😂
Zero to hero. Four years into bodybuilding and I’ve finally figured out how to make consistent gains 🤞. Knowledge is not enough, we must apply. Having read dozens of books on working out and dieting, getting three personal trainer certifications and a nutrition certification was not enough. I had to find a way to motivate myself to stick to it every day. I had to develop mental toughness. I had to develop a vision for why I was doing this. Bodybuilding didn’t just changed my physique. It changed my mind. 💪
This is for everybody
Babe, you gotta take care of your body
Ain't no time to deny it, that is why we talking about it
Yeah, we talking about it
So deal with it, don't try to get by it
Ain't no time to deny it
So we had to sit down and just write it
Wedding at 3 means lift at 11💪🏼👔 there’s always a reason to skip your workout whether it be you’re too tired, busy or just feeling lazy! Push through those feelings and get that work!💪🏼 If you don’t sacrifice something now you won’t ever see the results you want later! ..
This exercise is a Russian twist with a small medicine ball, focus on leaning back to engage your core and keep the motion slow and controlled to see the best results !
My chest day was yesterday and I PR’d with 110lbs!! Making my first appearance on my gyms competition board at 3rd for max lift for females. Pretty stoked because chest day is my least favorite and benching is the hardest lift I ever attempt in my opinion. Practice practice practice! #chestday#benchpr
First time back in the gym today, even if it’s in a small hotel gym it was worth it 💪 Felt so good to be back after a month off for injuries and illness. It’s amazing how much lean muscle I have lost in a short amount of time, but it’s motivation to come back stronger than ever! Hope to know more at the end of the month after my endoscopy procedure, just ready for some answers. #hawkfitlife#gymrat#fitnesslife#strong#motivation#hotelgym#leamingtonontario
We invest so much time and energy into things we have absolutely no authority over that we loose control of our own bodies. .
We overlook what’s important. Take control of your nutrition and movement so that you promote wellness and longevity. .
Take back your life.
