Here are some nice visual changes from one of my clients.
When this client came to me his aims were broad; lose weight and get fitter.
Over time we were able to focus more specifically on what needed to be improved.
I highlighted that his posture was internally rotated (he also mentioned that he experienced back pain)
So, we started to focus on fixing his postural kyphosis (upper rounding of the back)
We achieved this through back exercises using machines and bands.
Alongside this we saught to improve his physique and fitness by implementing lifestyle changes at a steady rate (focus more on training and diet outside the gym) .
I believe that with all of my clients we should monitor progression using the following tools:
Measurements with tape.
Body fat percentage using calipers.
Weight on digital scales (once per week)
As well as photos taken front and side (same place, same lighting)
When you are able to see physical progression this helps create a "snowball effect" of positivity that will accelerate progression faster and help you to achieve your goals!

Today started with a hot 🔥 cup of coffee ☕ as usual. Wrote a daily journal before coffee is done. Fed Coco 🐕 and ran with her for 10 mins, enjoying the chilly nature covered with light snow. Looks Beautiful. I lived well in the present moment. Made a 🔥 hot oatmeal with a half pot of veggies (spinach, mushrooms, string green beans...) and 1.5 eggs. ~
I feel awakened and grateful. I am still a flawed human being who continues to be improved but feel blessed with this gratitude and peace in mind. It took a while to get here. This journey to POSITIVITY AND PEACE started 5 years ago to fix my greed for materials, foods and negativity comparing myself with others. I'm glad to say that I have got that peace, maintaining my positive attitudes even during the tough out-of-state moving. ~
I used to buy clothes or shoes or overeat till 5 years ago to deal with stressful situations. Now I'm a totally different person. I learned about letting go, beauty of little greed, sharing, giving, understanding & moderation. 3 years ago I started donating stuffs I don't use often, let alone not buying more. The room in my brain that occupied those unnecessary items has been used for practicing peace. ~
🔵One step at a time! One day at a time! I got the peace. I make less, get less materials, reduce greed but obtain more peace and happiness. ~
🔵Whatever happens around me, I learned not to get very disturbed and learned to interpret it positively. This calmness is a miracle to me who used to have a hot temper. ~
🔵The keys to success and happiness shifted ~
➡From more money, job promotion, outside look, doing better than others, luxury, running, receiving, self-centeredness ~
➡To just enough money, inner peace and internal organs' look, doing well within myself, frugality, walking with peace, more giving, compassion! ~
🔵I'll continue to choose to be happy with this valuable POSITIVITY in mind wherever I go. ~
