Ea.
You know those days where you actually manage to wake up early, take all of your supps, workout, eat healthy, drink a gallon of water, keep up with your planner and responsibilities, and go to sleep early? I have these days maybe once a month, and that’s ok with me. It’s almost impossible to do everything perfectly every single day, but if you reach for perfection and fall short, you’d be surprised at how satisfying it is to know that you tried your best. Plan ahead, manage your time, prep your meals, do as much as you can with the time you have. Dreams really don’t work if you don’t!
Welp! Today's total body circuit was a doozy. 25 minutes of heart pumping moves focused on strength and resistance without lifting a single weight. I went into the workout thinking @shaunt was going to lighten up from yesterday's speed round. Ha silly me.
I used to think it took hours in the gym and hundreds of dollars on fitmess programs to see results! Boy was I wrong. Now, it takes me 25-30 minutes a day to push play in the comfort of my own home for the price of a one month membership to a boutique gym. I mean seriously, Calleigh?! Kicking my self in the ass for thinking "home workouts don't work". Gesh.
A little snap from my “rest day”. I love throwing in a tiny workout at home in the morning before the day starts. It gives me an awesome energy boost and spark for the day. It has nothing to do with my possible gym time later on. This is just how I warm up for the day and guide my spirits, soul and body in the right direction!
