A little strength training wearing my favorite @livesore tank😍
"Bones heal, sweat dries, blood clots, pride is forever. SUCK IT UP BUTTERCUP. Embrace the pain."🔥
I wanted to see how fast I could run 2 miles today and I got my results.
I ran 2 miles in 13 minutes and 35 seconds!🏃🏽♀️💨
That's 6 minutes and 47 seconds for EACH MILE.😩
I almost threw up, but I want to believe it was worth it.
I have came too far to run any slower than that for two miles honestly.
I love when people say "You're skinny" when I know I'm not "skinny", I'm STRONG.💪🏽
I "look" skinny, although there is nothing wrong with being skinny, but I'm more than that. I worked hard for almost 2 years now to get where I am. I lost 30lbs, give or take a couple, and I am immensely proud of myself.
It's such hard work, dedication, extreme dieting, and self discipline to obtain such a goal.
That's why I firmly believe if you want it bad enough you'll get it.💥
When I moved to ATL I didn't want to just start over and "live" life.. I wanted to #livesore . I missed fitness, sweating, dieting, the struggle of commitment.. EVERYTHING.
It made me the strong woman I am today.👊🏽💚
Away from home but never far away from the gym 💯 Can't miss leg day !! Here's some of the quad developers I did within the session

#morningmovement 🏃🏽♂️ Coach @ash_fitness95 giving us an example of a Rope Sled Pull 👌 Hard but satisfying exercise working the forearms, biceps & back! Keep the weight light & be fast to build power 👊
1️⃣ Squat down holding the rope in both hands
2️⃣ Start pulling the sled towards you one hand at a time
3️⃣ Make the exercise harder by pulling fast or adding weight!
Just put up a motivational/ actionable post in my private VIP coaching group and thought I’d share 1 of the 5 points:
Exercise- if you haven’t already, take 2 minutes to schedule in your workouts for the week like any other appointment/ meeting/ event. Prioritise and diarise it and it WILL happen, don’t, and it probably won’t! 🙅🏻♂️ People VERY often underestimate this, me included! We all lead busy lives which can regularly push and pull us in different directions meaning our plans can change at the drop of a hat 🎩
So unless we prioritise the things that we need to be doing, they probably won’t get done!
So take a second to actually book in what workouts you’ll be doing this week! I guarantee you’re much more likely to actually make them happen 🙌🏻

Good morning beautiful People 😁 I'm on my way back to work, I'm not sad because it's my last month there then I come back home prepare for my new life in France 🇫🇷 🙌🙌 Have a nice day 💗 -
Caffeine essentially makes you more alert so you can focus on the set you are about to do in the gym. When you do the set, you will have less fatigue and perceived exertion. In addition, you will have increased power output. Essentially, caffeine allows you to do more reps and weight in the gym, which pushes you for progressive overload, the key to building muscle and strength
In terms of body composition, caffeine has a thermogenic effect so you burn some more calories. It also may suppress your appetite. These combined effects help you lose weight!
Bottom line, go drink some damn coffee. It will help you with your fitness goals. If you think caffeine is bad for you, then you must understand context. Too much of anything can be harmful. Have a nice caffeinated day

Talk about pushing a product to the limit. Instructions: take with a meal. But what if...(takes on an empty stomach) that was a terrible idea. I always say, there’s no magic pill but thermal black is pretty close. My 10th day using, I haven’t checked my fat percentage because visual over numbers for the first review. My abs which I’ve been protecting by layers of fat are slowly coming out for a visit. I did NOT follow the advice I give to anyone trying to lose weight to do —balance your cardio with weight training and eat your veggies. I decided to do strict weights, powerlifting method, eat a ton of food without tracking. No cardio, no intense abs session but I’m shaping up a lot better than expected. It’s my belief that thermal black targets water weight within the first 2-3 days and gradually works into the really messy stuff. Please keep in mind, this is a 10-day review. The product is a 45-day cycle. I will happily do a full review at the end of the first cycle. And yes, I’ll be taking my advice for the next 35 uses, weight training, cardio and balanced nutrition. _________________________________________________________________Personal Training: | @rk_fit_868
