I went to Mandy’s for the first time in the spring and every since I go on their website to look at their menu for inspo when I’m in a salad slump 😂😂 it might not look like much in this photo but this build your own salad was life changing: baby spinach, mixed greens, quinoa, basil, cilantro, dill, lentils, capers, cucumbers, kalamata olives, mushrooms, roasted sweet potato, sun dried tomatoes, pumpkins seeds and turmeric tahini dresssing. ALL the goods 🙌🏼 drooling just thinking about it 🤤
My Perfect Sunday = 10 hour sleep, cookies for breakfast, rooftop yoga + 2 girl dates. 🤗 The cookie deets though...These are @kalejunkie’s Life-changing Tahini Chocolate Chip 🍪. Soft, chewy, chocolatey and of course grain + dairy free. I tweaked her brilliant recipe to make them keto and the results come close to life changing. My girl @ericaindira calls them the best gluten free cookies she’s ever had. Recipe below! #aunaturellelife
Keto Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup Tahini
1 cup almond flour, I recommend @honeyville brand
3/4 cup unsweetened vegan @santabarbarachocolate buttons, chopped
1 T maple syrup
3 T @lakanto monk fruit maple syrup
1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp pure vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
Combine all ingredients except for baking soda + egg in a large bowl. Refrigerate dough for 30 min while preheating oven to 350. Mix in baking soda + egg and form dough into 12-14 balls using a cookie scoop or spoon. Place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges barely turn golden. They will seem very soft and somewhat raw but trust! They will continue cooking as they cool and transform into chewy cookie magic. Enjoy!

Weight Loss Cookies - Perfect Low Calorie, High Fiber, Rich in Taste Munchies for Weight Watchers

Who says you cannot munch on cookies on a diet? This batch of oatmeal cookies uses no butter and is loaded with fiber to help with your weight loss goals.If you are doubting the taste of these oatmeal munchies, then better try this batch out and find it out for yourself. One batch would disappear soon!
1/2 cup- whole Wheat Flour
1 cup- oatmeal Flour
4 tsp- Olive oil
3 tsp- hung curd/Greek Yogurt
2 tsp- Honey
2 tbsp-sugar/Jaggery powder (more or less depending on your taste)
1/2 tsp- Baking Soda
Roasted Sesame Seeds (optional)
Sieve oatmeal and whole wheat flour along with baking soda.
Add sesame seeds.
In a food processor, add olive oil, hung curd, sugar, and honey.
Add both flours to the processor.
Do you get a smooth ball of dough? We need semi-soft dough. If it feels dry, add 1 tbsp more of hung curd.
Keep aside wrapped in an aluminum foil for 30 minutes.
Roll out on a dusted surface or counter top.
Give desired shapes and patterns.
Preheat the oven or microwave convection at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
Place cookies at an even distance on a greased baking tray.
Bake for 15-16 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Take out the cookies on a cooling rack and store in an airtight container.
Easy to make, the healthy oatmeal cookies area perfect weight loss recipe that you may enjoy guilt free. Olive oil lends a distinctive taste to the recipe. The cookies taste even better the next day.

Yesterday I guilt-free ate mexican food for lunch. We do it every Sunday after church because my husband loves me and I love Mexican food. I didn't sit there and eat the whole basket of chips AND I did *not* make myself clean my plate! I ate until i was satisfied and put the fork down. Chocolate Banana Cookie Snack😍🙌🏻🍫🍪 These cookies are sooo yummy and so wholesome! 🍃Which means they a guilt free and can be enjoyed as a snack to satisfy your chocolate cravings🍫🍫 Best of all, they are vegan, Paleo, gluten free, refined sugar free, low in fat, soy free and nut free!👍🏻anddd they have a soft, chewy texture😋😋 Recipe: - 1 cup gluten free oat flour (or almond flour if strictly Paleo) - 1/4 cup cocao powder
-3 tbsp stevia or 1/3 cup of coconut sugar - 1/4 cup tapioca flour -1 tsp baking powder -1/2 tsp baking soda - a pinch of salt - a splash of lemon juice - a splash of non dairy milk - 1 banana - 1 chia or flax egg - a splash of vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 175 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper or tin foil
In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Then in a seperate bowl, mash the banana and add the vanilla and lemon juice
Add the banana mixture to the dry mixture and stir before adding the milk and chia egg
Place cookie mixture in the fridge for 5-10 minutes before rolling into 6 balls and shaping them into cookies
Bake for about 15 minutes, let cool before removing from tray...Enjoy!😋😋😋 Have a great day/night everyone!💕💕
