Every year I garden I learn a little more about each plant and the way they grow. I have been slowly transforming our back yard in to an edible landscape, which makes it so fun for the kids to walk around, pick, and eat!
Blueberry blintzes: I remembered them from college and found a recipe that works perfectly. Probably the tastiest thing I've ever made with homegrown fruit. Tart-sweet parcels in a crepe that's then sautéed once more for browning. If anyone wants the recipe, let me know.
